I first went in to see Dr Valdez when I was 48 years old . I live in Irving so I wanted a dr where I didn’t have to drive to far out to find a good doctor . I had seen several doctors before her but none were as knowledgeable as she was. She had patience and listened to my health problems. She helps me with the right medications . I trust her to take care of me . She is kind and caring. I am now 65 years old and Dr Valdez is well inform on all the treatments she prescribes for me . I feel better then ever. Dr Valdez needs to wash her hands when entering a room with her patients. Because of covid, it is important that a doctor washes hands right before pulling a patients masks down and touching the patient. It is also the least that a doctor can do to give the patients a heads up before pulling a patients mask off. I just recently moved here and have yet find a doctor to establish care with who actually CARES and knows HOW TO TREAT THEIR PATIENTS. First, my appointment was at 1:30p. My son and I (since he tagged along) showed up at 12:56p. Didn't get pulled back until 2:30p. I was referred to Dr Valdez for severe depression & anxiety once I told her I have a PCP dr she told me I had to choose which I understand I waited a hour and 15 mins to be called sat with her less then 5 minutes because i chose not to change my pcp paid $35 for nothing

Really good physician. Knows her stuff but her bedside manner is not what most people want and expect. I’ve been a patient for about 10 years and her assessments of my health saved my life.

Dr Valdez has been my doctor for almost 15 or more years now and I wouldnt have it any other way. Is there a wait sometimes? Yes because she is thorough with her patients and thorough doctors tend to run behind.

This is the worst doctors office in irving area. They wasted 4 weeks of my time for immigration medicals when usually it hardly takes two weeks. The staff is slow as hell, they dont respond in time. Please avoid this place at all.

ZERO STARS She was the worst doctor we have even been to! My mom had an appointment for 10:10 we arrived 9:30 only to be seen at 11:15. The wait was horrible, she puts her patients last. So many medical sales reps walked in during our time there, they were seen first and all the patients had to wait. Dr Valdez is a GREAT doctor, don't get me wrong. I like her a lot. She was the first out of several doctors to effectively treat an ongoing issue I've had. However, her MA staff is awful. It takes sometimes over a week to get a call back, if you even get one. The miscommunication is terrible, and she seems very amateur and unexperienced. While I highly recommend the doctor herself, I wouldn't recommend the office to anyone, period.

They take analysis and you call and they give you excuses to not let you know your results.They say they'll call you but in reality they don't let you know your results until a week or so passes by, one being worried on what's going on.

I think Dr. Valdez is excellent. She is very detailed in all her explanations of the care that may be required. She takes her time with the patient...makes you feel at ease. I would recommend her highly. You can see and feel her vocation towards her profession.
