I used to enjoy this doctor until they wouldn't see me because I was sick with "covid symptoms" which can be any symptom of every other sickness. It should be illegal to refuse to see sick people while you're a doctor.

The doctor and her staff are top notch. Yes, it is not always easy to get them to answer the phone, but it you try a few times and leave about 5 minutes in between calls you will get someone eventually. I was kicked out for a Bill of $100.00 after going past due during a hospitalised illness.they refused to care and she would not even come out and speak to me! Thanks dr. Bastin:' -(

Love all dr Bastin staff and Rebecca and of course my wonderful dr Bastin she has went beyond being a dr

If you need to get in touch with anyone at this office make sure you call Tuesday between the hours of 9:15-9:16. Because everytime I or anyone I know try to call or get in contact they are literally always closed.

I never actually got to see Dr. Bastin. After turning in the new patient paperwork, I waited two weeks to hear from them. Nothing, so I called. “We’re busy, and haven’t gotten to it yet, but we received your paperwork.” Fine. Three weeks pass. My roommate (whose paperwork I emailed in with my own) gets an appointment. Great. Four weeks pass. I call again. “You’re not in our system. I’ll call you right back.” Three days pass. No call back. My wife calls. “We’ll call you right back.” Days pass. No call. I call this morning. “We didn’t receive your paperwork until just now.” (Right—but someone already told me it was received, so they lost it.) “Dr. Bastin will accept your wife, but not you, because you take klonipin.” Excuse me? On my form, my chronic illnesses are lined out. Cushing’s and bipolar I are two of them, both which cause extreme anxiety. Inept. That’s why she couldn’t accept me. Because she doesn’t know much about chronic illness that aren’t run-of-the-mill. Also, my psychiatrist writes my script for klonipin—NOT my primary. I never actually got to see Dr. Bastin. Been a patient for a couple years, and it is almost impossible to get someone to answer phone calls. I've left several messages on voicemail, with the answering service to set up an appointment, but never received a call back. Not once in the 17 times I've called over the past week did I get someone to answer the phone. Other than not being able to schedule an appointment, the office seemed nice enough, short wait time. Seen Dr. Bastin once on my first visit then never again. The PA's are pleasant and seem knowledgeable, parking is great. But if I can't schedule an appointment, none of that matters. I have raised 7 children, the youngest of which is 15 and I have see a lot of doctors. Dr. Bastin is one of the nicest, most competent doctors I've ever met. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Bastin is very personable, friendly and cares. She is the goldstar example of good bedside manner.

Dr Bastin as well as her PA Rebecca are wonderful!! I could ask for better doctors.

I love this Doctor. For the first time I felt like my care provider really cared. She listened and showed concern for my health needs. She is down to earth and I wouldn't mind having someone like her as a friend. Overall she exceeded my expectations and would recommend her to any and everyone seeking a primary care provider

I have been seeing Dr. Bastin for over 10 years as my primary care doctor. She has always accurately diagnosed my conditions and got me quick referrals when necessary. i would put her office staff in a category of exceptional. They are always friendly, knowledgable and concerned about your medical needs. I have compared other doctors offices and doctors care to that of this office and they do not come close to the standards I am accustom to with Dr. Bastin and her staff.

Dr. Bastin is wonderful! Very friendly, warm, and caring. She was recommended by a couple coworkers and I'm so thankful I went to her. Her NP (Rebecca Donohoe) is also great - I'd highly recommend both! Have needed urgent appointments twice, was able to get in on the same day I called each time without a problem.
