I’ve always appreciated the service that I receive from Dr. Brown and her staff. They treat me as though I’m the only patient that they’re concerned about during my visit. I’m very satisfied with my care and services.

I think that Dr. Brown is a very smart, knowledgeable doctor. She is a quiet doctor so I have learned to ask questions. Dr. Brown has always taken her time to see to it that my questions have been answered. If there is a tough medical issue, she has referred me to a specialist. 100% of the time Dr. Brown is the person who returns my calls and I have never had an issue to get in to see her. My experience with doctors over my 65 years of life tell me that I need to talk to my doctor and ask questions. Often I think that patients in general take the quientness of a doctor as a sign of bad bedside manners. You have to give them a chance and realize that doctors as well as Dr. Brown is a very busy doctor. It can't be easy working with so many different people with different illnesses, knowing that she has your life in her hands. Dr. Brown is doing her best to make sure she helps you or gets you to the appropriate specialist that is needed. Dr. Brown is a nice person. She is listening to my concerns with my health. As a patient I tend to be voicerous and she has been very tolerant of me. She gets to the point and she is humorous.

My appointment was quite pleasant from the time I walked in until the time I left. The receptionist, the nurses, and the technician were all very nice. Dr. Brown is amazing!! She listened and she truly cares. I made a good choice!!

Dr. Brown has been my doctor for many years. I'm pleased with her advice and the way she monitors my health care concerns.

Dr. Brown is an awesome doctor! She really seems to care about you. She has done alot for me. She is firm but I like that. She only tells you what is best for you ( like it or not). Recommend to anyone looking for a great doctor!

I was very satisfied with my appointment, but after I left everything seemed to fall apart. Due to my unbalanced prosthetic legs I had a really Bad fall trying to get back upstairs to my apartment. After I got up, I had a hard time trying to get my medicines that you faxed to the pharmacy because they said that I no longer have Medicaid Part D because I am no longer in the Nursing Home and that only covers Nursing Home Patients. Therefore I am here laying in my apartment without any medicine and I am trying to get back and forth to the kitchen and the bathroom without falling again... What should I do without any help or my meds. I was very satisfied with my appointment, but after I left everything seemed to fall apart. As soon as I walked in I knew Dr. Brown was a good choice. Her receptionist was super nice and engaged in conversation with me. She didn't take too much time but made me feel welcome and not just another number! I did wait longer then I would have liked but that was okay. Her staff was nice. I found Dr. Brown's bedside manner to be great. She was direct,knowledgeable and even gave options. She never seemed judgemental but really seemed to care about my life and how to make it better. Her Phlebtomist was awesome. I never even felt the needle go in!! I have lived in Fort Valley for a dozen years and I wish I would have made Dr. Brown my physician a long time ago.
