Dr. BARRY is such caring through doctor. I'm so happy that I checked out this office despite the lacking reviews.

Dr. Barry is a wonderful physician with a wealth of knowledge. She never seems rushed and answers all questions with excellent recommendations. She is kind, gentle and listens to every word you say. I wish there was a way to clone Dr. Barry.

You can never be seen in office if you are at all sick. What’s the point of a telemedicine appointment when you’re wheezing and need an inhaler refill? Can they listen to your chest through the computer? There’s no point in having a PCP that refuses to see you.

Dr. Barry failed to diagnose my grandmother-in-law's dementia and completely ignored her obvious signs of CHF (never ordered a cardiology referral). She prescribed her 286 tramadol pills at once which she misused because of her dementia. Dr Barry changed my grandma-in-law's neurologist's medication orders in her assisted living home without speaking to that doctor! Dr. Barry and her team helped me out when I was in need. Overall nice experience

I always find the staff very helpful. Juanita spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with me this morning when they were obviously busy. She's my favorite part about the whole practice! Love Dr. Barry too, for over 20 years!

Horrible care and horrible front desk support staff. They prescribed the wrong medicine for me and when I had to come back In to get reevaluated by a different doctor on their staff, they were running an hour late on their appointments. When I asked if I could leave and reschedule they said I would be charged for the visit since I was on the schedule even though they were the ones running behind. I will never go back to them. The reception staff are enough to twice make me go elsewhere. They are rude, do not listen and talk over you. Every time I did manage an appointment it was with rude nurse and a different PA every time. This isn’t what I pay my insurance for. Even my dog sees the same person every time I take her. Completely useless!! It’s a shame because if you can see Dr Barry she wonderful! But not worth jumping through hoops by her staff and being treated like garbage. I arrive thirty minutes early to my appointment because i know I might have paper work. After that I am sent to a room where I wait for over an hour before a PA arrives and tells me that they are checking on my insurance because it’s only been 362 days since my last annual screening. She tells me that I won’t be charged for the visit according to my insurance and then I sit for another 30 minutes before a FNP walks in and finally does the ten minute screening. On my way out I am told that I am now being charged due to conversation over irregular labs which don’t qualify as preventive. These are identical labs to my previous year which I wasn’t charged. Apparently they needed my twenty dollar co pay that bad. After today I won’t be back.

I made an appt for 12/18/2018 w/Dr. Barry. Specifically stated no PAs. I'm a new patient. Got a call last week asking for my DOB and SSN. I told them they don't need my SSN because my insurance does not require it. They argued and said it was the Doc's requirement. I said if so, I'll find someone else. Let me know. Of course they didn't. Called to confirm my appt. today and was put on extensive holds twice and the snotty scheduler had me scheduled for a PA. I told the gal I wanted Dr. Barry. Now they have to move me and I can't even believe how rude she was to me. I told her they've made mistakes and she just said, "OK - sorry about that" and moved on like it was nothing. I said that because of these things, plus their rudeness, cancel everything. I'll find someone else. The staff is incorrigible and I won't tolerate it. Never even got to see the doctor. I've been a patient for 25 years, and her knowledge and level of care always impress me. And I've seen her once a month for the last 15 years, since being diagnosed with Type II diabetes. Not many doctors can tell you about how various drugs work or interact - both brand-name and generic - but she can. She's put several pharmacists to shame when they weren't able to answer questions that she could, such as why you shouldn't have grapefruit products if you take a statin drug for cholesterol.

Came in for assistance, was explicitly lied to and treated badly by staff and NP. Ended up escalating to Dr. Barry where I did get a resolution. Not worth the headache and added stress. I was initially satisfied with her treatment as her apology seemed sincere, and I received the treatment I was initially denied. But after reviewing multiple other complaints - she is fully aware of how unprofessional her staff is and consciously allows harmful and incompetent treatment in her office.

Besides Jaunita in the front this place is an absolute joke. Do not go here if you suffer from migraines. They are of no help and have wasted thousands of my dollars in the process of trying to half ass me to a migraine free life

I love dr Barry !! She is beautiful inside and out.. she really cares about You ! She takes time to listen , and always wants the best for your health .. her helpers are also very kind and compassionate also .. Im grateful to have a doctor that I can depend on .

If you have Medicare ... run! I am in a Medicare nightmare. My wife loves her doctor and the care ... but if you are on Medicare, even with a supplement, you may want to look elsewhere. They require immediate payment. OK ... I can handle that. They've told me that they will file with Medicare but not with my United Healthcare supplement. My insurance broker has advised me that, given their policy, it will be nothing more than a huge headache for me.

I called on monday about a bladder infection here it is thursday with no call from them. I had to call them back about it and the girl on the phone said there was NO notes about it in the computer. There are no appointments so they suggest i go to urgent care and spend ALL damn day there. If they would have called me back THREE DAYS AGO when i called, i might have been able to be seen and get antibiotics by now. Lazy, uncaring office! I hope the girl who took my call the first time and then was a jerk and didn't put my communication into the system never is treated as badly as i have been. I've been going to Dr. Barry's office for over a decade. I've read previous reviews a while back about how this office nickels and dimes you. Unbeknownst to me, they kept a little over $100 surplus from me for over a year without refunding me. It was credited to me with my next visit. However, when the shoe is on the other foot...watch out! They refused to see me, a long-established patient, over a measly $23 balance that I could have easily paid with my next visit...I'm done!

Every single time I visit this office I wait for over an hour to be seen. My time is valuable as well and shouldn't be respected. I do no hear any commotion that would indicate that another patient is in distress abd causing the long wait times. They need to modify their scheduling and be respectful of their patients time.

Great Doctor but you will see her maybe twice in 3 years. When it's time to reschedule you, they will cancel the refill on the weekend and you will learn it when you try to get your refill, (when you cannot schedule an appointment); therefore, if you are short of medication and cannot afford $250 urgent care, be ready to do without your medication, even if it's life threatening. But if you miss an appointment because u work 70 hours they will charge you $25...Feel free to make your own judgement

I have a very unique insurance that allows me to go where I want. I do not have any in network or out of network doctors. I just called and tried to explain to the lady who answered the phone and she told me I needed to call my insurance and ask if they cover this place. I explained I called them and that they told me that I can go where ever I want because they cover the cost. This office should have made more of an effort. I would have been a new patient but now I will NEVER go here. Health care is also about customer service and support. Thanks for nothing. She is a sweet amazing physician who will sit and talk to you, and is always attentive to my needs! I've been with her now for 15 years. I'll be there until she retires.

I saw Dr. Barry this am as a new patient. I was in the room within a few minutes of finishing my paperwork, and Dr. Barry was in about 5 mins after that, right on time. I've been a long time patient of Dr. Barry for many years and I believe I've seen all the other doctors there as well and they have all been great to me. I love the nursing staff and the receptionist staff. I've felt that the doctors really listen to what I have to say without feeling rushed. The time between patients might be a tad long, but I know that when I'm seeing the doctor, they will spend time with me as well so I'm more forgiving of that. I love their care and would highly recommend them. She take time to answer all your questions and is very attuned to her patients. She has a great referral network of medical specialists when needed.

Dr Barry takes time needed to get to know her patients. She and her staff are generally quick to respond on patient issues. She is the best GP I've ever had. My health and my husband's health are very complicated. Dr Barry works with us to address our continuing health issues.

Doctor is nice, but staff is not great. I just got my first bill, 10 months late, and I'm being sent to collections in three days?

I cannot praise this Dr. enough. She listens and genuinely cares about how you are feeling. Her staff is wonderful. Just a all around great experience. Thanks Dr. Barry.
