Today I had my f/u visit with Dr. Cernak to review my doppler and ultrasound results. I wanted to write to comment on her patient care as it’s superb. She is the easiest doctor I have ever had! When Dr. Joel Weil referred me to her several years ago, I remember him saying, “I really think she will be able to help you”. Well he was right! The neuropathy and plantar fasciitis was treated and I have not suffered with either of them for several years now. She is the best! I couldn’t end this without mentioning her staff, Maria, Stephanie and Asha are always a pleasure!! Thank you Dr. Cernak for everything you have helped me with. Forever grateful!

Dr. Cernak is AMAZING! Went to see her for a second opinion after 2 surgeries on 4th toe, left foot, was still in pain (the original pain!) after two years. I mean, how much drama can a smaller toe create?? 2 visits to Dr. Cernak, an MRI and follow up later, I feel I'm on my way to recovery. Research this lady on line (I did) her credentials, continuing education and accomplishments are impressive. Wish I'd found her first! Good diagnosis is the start of good care. Her staff is top notch too.

Dr Cernak recommended that I begin treatment of neurapathy in my feet with a CST treatment, The results have been very good and I have feeling back that I have not had for a number of years

I have been a patient of Dr. Cernak's for 8 months. I have been a Diabetes II patient for 47 yrs. Suffering from Diabetic Neuropathy for the last 25 years. On the first visit she educated me about the CET treatments. I went ahead with the treatments. MIRACLE ? YES! I cannot begin to tell you how my life has changed. I have followed her recommendations ,with water therapy, etc. The best of all this, I NO LONGER take any DRUGS for Neuropathy. Give this Doctor a try ! Get on with LIFE !

Several office visits (including evaluation, testing, result and post operative care appointments) and the surgical decompression of two Morton's neuromas (simultaneously), I am highly satisfied in all respects and would be pleased to recommend Dr. Cernak's services for foot care. Cynthia is extremely proactive, through, investigative to make sure she has arrived at the root cause of a problem. She explains what has happened and what the plan is to repair the damage. Her office staff is knowledgable and friendly and all are very concerned about how you are feeling. Clearly her staff is hand picked and she is the kingpin of the family! I would recommend her and already have to anyone needing foot care.

My experience was very successful as Dr. Cernak was very clear in her treatment and follow-up. Her technicians were first class and made me feel very comfortable during treatment. 5 star all the way.

I am fortunate to have met&seen Dr Cernak as she was able to address my feet issue.I don't know the corporate structure that is Weil but feel Cernak could straighten a few things out. My initial visit, with Dr Sorensen should not have been scheduled since he was unable to address my issues as I explained when making this appointment.As an afterthought he did address a toe issue but I had to request puncture site sterilization for this procedure.I have a big problem leaving a creditcard on file!

Dr. Cernak is very professional, and also has a sense of humor. She diagnosed what was wrong and how to fix my problem.

She was great with my daughter. We went in for in ingrown toenail, but found out she has wide toe nails. The doctor had to remove part of the nail and she explained the procedure to her fully. After the shot, my daughter felt nothing. She also didn't miss any school or any additional pain.

All I have to say is that she is amazing!! She takes care of you in a way that makes you feel special! You know you can trust her and she knows what she is doing! I had a great experience! Thank you very much Dr. Cernak! I'm so grateful!

I've been to other Doctors about my foot problems and nerve pain in my feet. Being a senior they would tell me that I was getting up in years, pat me on the head and prescribe more drugs. Dr Cernak is really concerned and listens to your problems. She did some tests and recommended the EST therapy for my nerve pain. Since completing the treatments my foot pain is 90% gone. No more scaring the wife and launching the cats to the ceiling when I would yell from a shooting pains in my feet.

She is wonderful and very helpful when it comes to foot pain! Very friendly, thorougal, and too the point. I've been to 3 other foot doctors before her for which i was only given shots.

Dr Cernak is very thorough, she explains what she is doing, why she is doing it, and the expected results. She assures you that if the first course of treatment doesnt work, she will keep trying till she finds the right treatment. Between the orthodic insoles and the Physical Therapy she recommended, the pain in my right foot is minor. I expect that pain will be gone by the end of treatment.,

Dr. Cernak is such an advocate for her patients. She may come across as louder and a little gruff than other physicians but do not let that fool you, she really cares about her patients and she wants the best medical treatments for them. I had my doubts because I let her larger than life personality make my first impression of her. But I soon learned that she has a very big heart to go along with the voice. We dearly miss Dr. Larsen, but Dr. Cernak, our new Doctor is just as fantastic!! She & Mr. Kim explained & showed me exactly why my son is having pain again. Mr. Kim kindly engaged Nathan as he cast Nathan's feet for a 2nd pair of custom orthotics in less than a year. Since my insurance won't cover them Dr. Cernak & Mr. Kim were able to graciously accommodate me with a payment plan that was acceptable for all 3 of us. Extremely grateful for such compassionate & understanding individuals.

Amazing experience. Dr. Cernak was incredible and attentive. Even though she is a foot doctor she looks at the entire patient. I didn't feel like another "cog in the machine". I was treated like a really person by a doctor who really cares. It's so refreshing to know that there are doctors out there who still care about their patients and not their pocket books. I've been seeing Dr. C for about 6 months. And every one of my experiences has been extremely overwhelming. She is very knowledgeable at what she does but but at the end of my appointment my mind is all over & I'm so undecided on what was said. Due to so many nurses and random people coming in and out of the room. One will be in the room from the beginning, leave then a different nurse would just walk in. Also if there isn't someone to help, she starts yelling. Very unprofessional

Dr. Cernak and her staff were extremely helpful in scheduling appointments immediately. I had a painful ingrown toenail and had an appointment scheduled for two days later. Being a resident of western Kenosha County it was also convenient for me that she practiced in Paddock Lake. As far as the procedure goes it only took twenty minutes, and I had minimal complications for no longer than a week.

Dr. Cernak's breadth of knowledge about her profession becomes obvious in your 1st visit with her. Her drive for success and no nonsense treatment style, makes for a high level of confidence that you're getting the best treatment.
