The worst experience ever coming from a "OFFICE MANAGER" Mike very rude and Disrespectful. Call to try and get some notes for a pt he had in comment, and I was told by this person that If I was Stupid and Ignorant that that was the second time someone called to ask for that. He would sent them when he got to it, to stop bothering. I was shocked to hear someone speak to a person in that way specially when coming from doctor to doctors' office and we are trying to PROVIDE the best Pt care possible. Is a shame that he has such an awful attitude hope Dr. Palmisano patients never get treated this way.

The doctor is fine. The front office is rude and unhelpful. After am ER led to hospitalization, I contacted their office on the only day of the week they're open. When they answered at 3, I was surprised. When I explained that needed help with a referral in order to be discharged, I was yelled at that the hospital should have already called their office and that he wasn't going to help me because it was 3 and they were closed.

Receptionist is rude and lacks communication skills, you literally cannot finish your thought without him cutting you off.

Dr. Palmisano is okay, but the man who works in her front office and handles scheduling and billing is extremely rude and disrespectful. Save yourself time and energy and go somewhere else.

Been going here for roughly 20 years. Always friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend.

This doctor completely disregarded what medicine had detrimental side effects to my health, even though I specifically mentioned what I experienced before. It was only, because I asked my pharmacist of any side effects when I found out what I was prescribed was actually dangerous to me! Find a better doctor. Dr. Palmisano is an amazing Dr. She is a professional who really cares for your well being. My wife and I have been going to her for many years. She and her staff treat you with so much curtesy and professionalism. My wife and I feel blessed to have her as our Dr.

Terrible experience all around! I have been taking the same meds for over 10 years, but they make me come in to the office to get refills, so they can bill the insurance. I would give minus 5 stars for sure. They called and left messages that I was going to have to pay, very rude like a debt collector, so I called my Insurance company and her husband filled out the information wrong and were trying to lay it at my feet. I cannot recommend this office!

This lady is a totallllllllll lunatic. I have given her many MANY chances and this lady doesnt know a single thing about being a doctor. I dont know who decided to give her her license. Every time i show up with a simple problem she tell me " go see this doctor or that doctor" and then charges you 60$ just to tell you to go somewhere else. I would/will never waste my time here ever again. Waste of time and money. Would not recomend her to anyone for any kind of medical problem you are having. My husband and I see Dr Palmisano, I think she is a very caring and friendly doctor. She listens well to you and your concerns.

This Doctor seams to be just another money maker, basically wants you to see her monthly whether you're sick or not just to get refills on my maintenance medications. Not once has she helped get rid of any illnesses that I had. Anything I went to her for ended going away on its own. Would not recommend her.

I will be reporting this practice. I’m truly shocked at how horrible my experience here has been. I cannot even believe this is a review I have to write, but unless you want to pay hundreds more in out of pocket expenses and be BULLIED to pay it, I would suggest going elsewhere. I went in for a checkup that usually costs me a simple co-payment, but here they misfiled my claims, refused to fix it (causing higher-out-of-pocket expenses), and proceeded to call me like a collections company to pay over $200. Full story below: This office mishandled a few of my claims and charged me for tests that I did not even take. When I called to address the issue, Mike acknowledged he mistakenly ordered the wrong tests and misfiled my claims and said he would fix it right away. I refused to pay a bill that was incorrect and contacted my insurance company to fix the claims. They were able to fix a few of them but said they could not fix the bill I got from the testing center because it had to be corrected by the office specifically. While the insurance company was fixing my claims, I should also mention, I was getting crazy calls from Mike demanding payment frequently. I had the insurance company call Mike to tell them that they were fixing a few of the claims, but he had to fix the bill from the testing center himself. The insurance company also told him to stop hassling me to pay anything until they sent them a corrected statement; well I was also on this phone call and Mike proceeded to lie and say that he was not trying to overcharge me/ hassling me to pay a anything and that he had already fixed the bill from the testing center (which he did not). I was shocked AGAIN and asked him why he was lying. He claimed he did not know I was on the call, got angry/embarrassed he got caught in a lie, and immediately hung up the phone. Since Mike refused to fix the bill from the testing center, I had to pay over $200 in out of pocket expenses when all I should have had to pay was a co-payment. THE WORST DOCTOR’S VISIT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.

Dr. Palmisano is a wonderful compassionate person. She is thorough, understanding. My entire family sees her and have referred Dr. to many friends. Dr Palmisano has been treating my husband and I for about 1 year. During each visit we waited only minutes for our appointments She is very thorough she assesses a patient physically and also takes as much time needed to listen and explain treatment The staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable about medical treatment and other doctors so that an informed decision can be made I definitely would recommend her as a primary doctor

I have been with Dr Palmasano for over 16 years . I love everything about her . She genuinely cares about her patients . She is accessible, thorough , intuitive and kind. A lost gem in today’s world of healthcare. She takes care of my entire family as well as my mother when she travels to Chicago. Highly recommend!!

She is a very good doctor gets right to the point love her best doc I have ever had

Absolutely wonderful Dr who really takes the time to listen and is very meticulous about getting answers. She runs tests to check for all possible red flags. She truly has a gift for investigating every aspect of symptoms and has a take charge attitude. Staff is courteous, offices clean, wait time has never been more than 15 minutes of scheduled appointment. I highly recommend Dr Palmisano for yourself and your family!

I have a myriad of chronic, painful health problems and a complicated health history. I found Dr. Palmisano to have a very pleasant and professional bedside manner. She listened very carefully to me and was very conscientious in her treatment plan for me. She asked me many questions, to clarify, and explained everything, making sure that we were on the same page. She spent at least a half hour with me and wanted me to follow up with her personally. I appreciate this, because I have become accustomed to PCPs sending me out to numerous specialists but not following up with me (based on ALL of the findings) but instead expecting me to only follow up with the specialists if necessary. Dr. Palmisano wanted to follow up on all of the results from the tests that she ordered, as well as the findings from the specialists that I am seeing. She cares about all aspects of her patients health, instead of just sending them out to a bunch of other doctors and not mentioning a follow up.. This has become rare, in my personal experience. I am a newer patient, and so far, have been very happy with Dr. Palmisano and trust her. Her staff is very helpful and stays on top of things, as well. One note: the office is open different hours and days than the usual M-F, 8-5. This is not a problem for me. I am very grateful that I found this practice!
