I sat in on an appointment with a family member after they had expressed confusion regarding their care plan. Dr. Elkadi was approximately 30 minutes late. During the appointment, Dr. Elkadi was condescending and rude. She would not allow me or my family to finish asking a question before she interrupted. When answering, she would speak using medical jargon and then would talk down in a condescending manner when we asked her to further explain. She refused to discuss alternative treatments.
