Referred to Dr. Merey. Made appointment on a Wednesday. My first question was if the took my insurance. I was told yes. Gave all of my information. Received a call the next day confirming my appointment for Monday. Get directions and found they recently moved and no one advised. Wrong address on their own website. I called and got correct address. Drove to the office. Got to appointment on time. Gentleman at reception told there was an issue with me - they don’t take my plan. This was a 2 PM appointment and no one could pick up the phone and let me know prior to my visit?! When I asked this, the gentleman behind the counter told me that he did not work there and apologized on behalf of the office. You do not work here? I am confused. He went on to say that insurance isn’t that simple blah, blah, blah. I said picking up the phone to advise someone that you don’t accept their insurance AFTER confirming you did and waiting for them to arrive IS DEFINITELY SIMPLE!

I recently started seeing Dr. Merey and she has already gotten my rosacea completely under control, in a matter of weeks after I have seen numerous specialists and dermatologists with no results in the past. Dr. Merey spends time with you and doesn't rush you in and out the door and truly cares about her patients. I feel truly blessed to have her as my doctor and looking out for my well being. I highly recommend her! She is a rare gem!

I have never been to a physician who can hold a candle to Dr. Merey. I am a difficult patient, with difficult heath issues, and at times a difficult personality, even demanding- especially when stressed. In 15 years, this has never phased Dr. Merey, nor her staff. She offers patients hope, but holds them accountable. She is brutally honest, even in difficult situations. Her medical knowledge, and no-nonsense approach have brought me results like I could never have imagined! She uses the most advanced, cutting-edge techniques, careful to proceed in the most minimally invasive ways necessary. Both Dr. Merey and her staff have a practice which prioritizes and revolves around providing the best results for each individual patient. Despite my own flaws born out of a fear of physicians, she doesn't see patients as their medical problems or personality quirks, but is always empathetic - her patients feel cared for. I have been in her office for appointments, having one person sitting on my left who flew from South America to see her, and another patient on my right, a famous sport's players wife, all the way from California. She is a great communicator, speaks at least 4 languages, and understands her patient's fears, as well as how to explain treatment options and diagnoses in detail. Her staff go over and above,- the most loyal medical staff to their patients I have ever witnessed. Go see her, whatever your need, you will walk out of there literally floating on air, and in time will get the results and good health you now only dream about!! Dr. Merey, and her entire team, are the most knowledgeable & sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I'm so happy to have been referred over to Dr. Merey's office. She is extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about her patients. Additionally, her entire staff are the most welcoming and kindest people in the world!

Dr. Merey cares about getting the results that the pt wants. She is never judgmental but she is a realist and will not sugar coat the truth. She practices what she preaches...so many health professionals themselves are overweight and unhealthy these days. If they look that way, how can they help me? I was told to get bariatric services by several professionals. Or exercise more and I blew out both knees being too heavy. I decided to educate myself first. I met Dr. Merey and read all her books, tried almost all of her products. Soon I found myself losing 50 pounds, then 65, now working on losing another 30 to get to my goal weight. I buy her meals, her supplements, read her best selling books use her pre-packaged snacks (they work because of portion control and consistency.) Her food and drink products are awesome! Dr. Merey uses the newest techniques and is the most knowledgeable physician I have ever met. She is definitely a "10" or higher! If you're a doubter, check it out...

This was my first visit. I felt like they cared about my health issues. I was not rushed when trying to explain my issues. I felt very comfortable in the office. Great staff!!

Most unorganized and unprofessional doctors office I have ever been in my 42 years. Receptionist is very rude and seems to take everything personal instead of treating people as patients. Took 3 days and 4 phone calls to have them call in my prescriptions the doctor prescribed me. “Told they were to busy” Every time there is a question asked I was put on hold for at least 20 mins. One time an hour. She also hung up in my face! I had a positive Covid test result and I was told that they are “old school” and they are not able to send me a copy via email. That I would have to find a fax machine for them to send it to. They try to sell you everything Under the sun from massages to facials, etc. I would recommend finding a professional and able place to take care of your health. I have been a patient of Dr Merey"s on and off for over 30 years. I have always come to her for weight loss She has always been kind and caring as is her entire staff. Dr Merey does a very thorough examination including a full body scan for cancer. She always takes her time in the exam room and answers all my questions. I highly recomend Dr. Merey and her office

I recently moved to West Palm Beach and searched for a good doctor. I found Dr. Merey and she is the best! I absolutely love coming to the office. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I see her as my primary physician and she also has helped me with weight loss! Highly recommend.

I was looking for a new PCP and Endocrine doctor and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Merey. From first contact over the phone the receptionist was extremely kind, professional and efficient in scheduling me promptly. I was greeted right when I walked in and the environment was warm and welcoming. Everyone in the office works together and I was brought back to be seen prior to my scheduled appointment. I was brought back and the nurse was nice and also thorough. The dr. was extremely nice and thorough in completing my physical, ensuring that my thoughts and questions were answered and addressed and she took the time to listen with no rush. I elected to get blood drawn at the office and the nurse who was trying to take my blood was very kind and made sure that I was physically ok because I get really nervous. She took the extra step to ensure I was comfortable by letting me lay down and getting me a warm compress and was very sweet even though my veins were non existent.

Dr. Merery is a super doctor with my nose bleeding. I was treated well.

I am relatively new to the practice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. What I like most is that the doctor herself practices medicine and oversees my care and is very thorough and thoughtful. I would highly recommend Dr Merey's practice.

I've been seasonally visiting Palm Beach a few months per year for over 3 decades. About that time 30 years ago, with a pinched nerve, I was referred to Dr Merey and I found the Doc beautiful, brainy and big-hearted and she quickly zoned in on my problem. For the past 30 years I've been blessed with good health and had little need of medical assistance and had almost forgotten about Dr Merey. About 2 months ago, because of Corona complications that impeded my ability to get my prescriptions, I conferred with Dr Merey “again - for the first time”. The years have been gentle and generous with her. A quick hello, cognizant recollection, a little nostalgic chit-chat about the good old days and with scripts in hand, I went about with my life. I've had Oh, about 15 different physicians check my thyroid, FINALLY, Dr Merey found that I had low thyroid- She put me on meds and told me most doctors only report when their high- She's the best I've found here yet, there's absolutely not much of a choice here, and she's not young & brainless.

Excellent doctor very professional and very detail and concern about your health

Dr. Merey has been my doctor since the beginning of 2020. She is quick-minded and always vigilant. She has helped in every aspect of my health from COVID testing to lab tests (in her office), management of all medications. Each visit is quick and personal. My whole family sees her now.

Dr. Merey is a kind and caring doctor. There is anything that Dr. Merey doesn't do. In practice 37 years. Dr.Merey is the most thorough doctor and has found many health problems that were missed by the previous doctor/hospital the patient had been to and this saves lives. Dr. Merey speaks 5 languages and is able to communicate with many patients which is imperative when it comes to your health. Dr. Merey has an attention to detail like no other. Dr. Merey has been written up in magazines and news papers for her amazing weight loss program which I have witnessed. Dr. Merey also does Medical Esthetic and it is life changing. If you a looking for a nutritionist, and just a nutrionist, then Dr. Merey is a great choice. If you are looking for a primary care doctor, I would not recommend her. She focuses soley on the nutritional aspects and ignores the other medical issues.

Best doctor in Florida! If you need work done, come see her first. She believes that "more is less." And, "If you can see it then it's not good because we can always add more if we need it."

The new machine that freezes the area to be injected is amazing! I felt nothing and I feel great!

I have been a patient of Dr. Merey for 11 years or more, for a medical problem that she cured, for weight I also had dysport, PDO Threads for lifting the skin and Kybella to dissolve the fat under my neck the results are amazing.
