A thorough evaluation and treatment options. Very gentle adjustments, if requested. Advises on exercises to treat the source of the problem. Would recommend.

Dr Heer is the best. I have been going to him for years. He does great adjustments and I always feel better when I leave. He is very kind and doesn't pressure you in to making lots of appointments

Dr Heer is very personable and a good listener. He really takes time to see you and help you feel better. I've had many chiropractors over the years and he is definitely one of the best.

I've been going to Dr. Heer for over a decade now. He combines chiro with massage and stim depending on what you need/want and he's all about getting you healthy and *off* his couch. Despite living about as far away from his office and still being in the Bay as possible it's worth the trip. He accepts insurance but also has great no insurance rates. Dr. Heer was recommended to me when I had back problems, and I cannot say enough about how competent, effective and caring he is. His approach is to get you back to health as quickly as possibly and on your way. Start with frequent appointments and then taper off while "assigning" more and more core-strengthening exercises. (I've had two episodes about 1.5 years apart, so I guess I should have kept up those exercises more religiously. This time, I swear!) Plus his assistant Mei (May?) is super friendly and very welcoming. The other assistant is also very good, just not as gregarious. Thank goodness for Dr. Heer, my Heer-Oh that hurts so good! Dr. Heer is a very kind, caring doctor who is constantly working on ways to better help his clients. I can't go to any other chiropractor after being treated by him - and, despite not having health insurance, I can actually afford his services! He's helped me with everything from whiplash to "sleeping wrong" and I've never felt better than I do after seeing him.
