Best specialty doctor ever. If you need a cardiologist, this is the man to see. Very personable and caring. To receive a phone call about a prescription that hasn’t gone through in time is amazing and surprising. Even when not needed at the time. Will not see anyone else!!!

He is a doctor that listens, is personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone with cardiac issues. His office staff is friendly and efficient.

Dr. Brezenski is a very knowledgeable and down to earth person. Takes the time to explain things that others rush right by you. I appreciate the time he took to explain things in a calm and assuring manner!

Dr. Brezinski is AMAZING!!! 5 minutes into meeting him for a consult, I KNEW he was brilliant, kind, patient-focused and a great listener. So easy to talk to and share your heartfelt (no pun intended, of course!!) Concerns with and he puts you right at ease. Heart issues are scary, but Dr. Brezenski's positive and smart bedside manner make you feel confident that everything is going to work out for you, the patient. Small business with big heart. Dr. Brezinski is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I have referred many of my friends and they all been very happy with their experience. I will highly refer anyone who need cardiologists to Dr. B

Dr. Brezinski has been taking care of me for over a year. I have a complicated heart. Dr. B and his staff take care of me in every way The take care of me so that I do not have to worry about all of the intricacies of the medical world. They handle everything while giving me excellent care.

In this world of "doc in a box", this practitioner is a rare find. I have been a registered nurse for more than twenty years and have been a travel RN with assignments in open heart surgery step-down, Emergency, NeuroTrauma and transplant unit, he is the what medicine should be. He is a caring, extremely knowledgeable professional that has restored my faith in the profession that is now "insurance mandated" and "business modeled" to the extreme.

Kind and personable Dr who listens and takes care of you. Your not just a pt number. The staff is very friendly and the office is clean. He deeply cares about the community and his outreach is tremendous in helping and educating other about heart health.

I had the pleasure of being a patient at Dr Brezinskis office. It is scary going to "the heart doctor" The staff from front to back of office are very accomadating, helpful and pleasant. Dr Brezinski was very thourough in his exam, explained what was going on and took his time with me with a wonderful bedside manner. Going back for follow up testing was "not so scary" Thank you Dr Brezinski and staff for such GREAT CARE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

What can I say....when he saves your life a heartfull thank you is in order! TY Dr. B.... Truly, very highly recommended. Had emergency stent at NHCRMC in less than 20 mins. Feel great!

he is one of the best Dr.'s I have been to in Wilmington. followed up when other Dr. didn't found other issues I needed to address . He is a Heart Dr. and was the one that realized the pain in my legs was from a blockage . so I would say he has saved my but a few times and I use him as my primary Dr. now .

I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Brezinski for over 10 years now. He has been caring for my mother. My husband and I are now patients also. Couldn't ask for a more compassionate, giving and down to earth Dr. Always available to answer questions and address any concerns you may have. From the minute you walk in the door of his office you know you are in excellent hands. All of his staff are very pleasant and welcoming. All testing is done on premises with state of the art equipment.

He has cancelled my appointment multiple times after I have taken off of work and shown up. I moved down to NC and my previous cardiologists sent over my records and Brezinski's office lost them! I asked him to compare my stress test that I had last year to a previous one to see if there were any improvements and he said no and tried to get me to have another stress test (I later learned he sees $$ for each stress test he prescribes/gives). Also, he was always rude in contact as was his staff.
