Really not sure about these guys. 1) They dont really answer their phone. You go to an answering service who takes your name and number and that kinda ends it. No real response there. They're heavily booked so appointments will be a while out. Their parking lot is ridiculously undersized so best to be dropped off or walk if you live under a mile away. I actually had a really great experience here, the surgery was basically painless and they talked to me during the operation which help calm my nerves. Recovery was quick and follow up was short and to the point. I recommend going here even though there are many bad reviews. The staff was very polite and friendly.

The front office staff rude & frequently offer false information. Wait times are absurd. Dr. is almost non-verbal and not very compassionate. Avoid at all costs, went to another Dr after wasting time, money and severe pain at this facility.

Dr. Milanesa has very poor bedside manners. He is always in a hurried, rushed state. He does not come in n make things clear nor comfortable. Initial appointment was fine, follow up as well. But I have been calling consistently for 4 and a half months to schedule a new appointment and have not been able to speak to a single person. I have left a number of voice messages that I have never received a response from, and now when I call (during their stated hours) their phone tells me that they're closed and to call back during the times that I am already calling. The Doctor that I have is okay. He charges a lot of money which is something I can't afford. Plus, when it was time to come in, the nurse didn't introduce themselves and didn't say sorry when I told them the problem

Worst doctor I have ever met. Worse beside manner. Doesn't have any compassion for patients and basically doesn't care about anything you say. Wish I had seen his reviews before seeking treatment.

Dr Milanesa was my “Urologist” for my ER visit 3 days ago. Now let me tell you first HAND. This doctor does “patient profile” and will make you feel like a “drug seeker” if he thinks you’re in there for pain medication. Worst experience ever... Dr.Milanesa Is very rude, inconsiderate, and racist. He doesn't listen to you. I asked him for a work exuse for the rest of the week and he said no. He said why did I even come to the doctor. That I was just faking what I had. VERY RUDE DOCTOR. Don't go with him.

He performed a vasectomy on me previously. I saw him for a follow-up appointment after some complications. Dr. Dan Milanesa seems to be very experienced in his craft, but he has poor bedside manners, and did bother to walk me through the process of what he was about to do - which was terribly painful. It felt like I was an inconvenience to him.

This doctor performed a TURP procedure on my father a few days ago and didn't prescribe any antibiotic for after care. By day 2 after the surgery I have to rush him to the ER and find out he has sepsis. I spoke with doctor and told him my father said there was supposed to be antibiotics and the doctor replied "that is false your father was given antibiotics during the peocedure" I don't feel this doctor has any regard for his patients.

He has two offices in Salinas, one is at E Romie Ln, and the other is at Natividat. I used to go to his office at E Romie Lane, but I needed urgent consultation and treatment, so I decided to visit him at Natividad this morning (he practices at Natividad on Wednesday mornings).
