I broke my wrist. They were very helpful with my questions and concerns, + my wrist is fixed

Very unprofessional and wasted my time and money!

Dr Baldarrama is the best, he just performed trigger release surgery on my left hand. He did my right hand a couple of years ago with great results and zero scarring. Our town is so fortunate to have such a skilled surgeon, he has a gift. Thanks Dr B

"Unfortunately due too an emergency situation I was not able to make my appointment..". "But the professional staff that did help in pre-appointment paperwork and showing care of their concern was way beyond the norm..Very Curtious and looking forward to another time too fulfill my concerns.. I went to see Dr. Balderrama for trigger fingers. Dr. Balderama is a great hand surgeon, has a great bed side manner and a wonderful sense of humor. I play guitar so I was nervous about surgery. He always gives me options on how to proceed on treatments. I had surgery on a Thursday by Friday I was feeling much better. By Monday I was playing my guitar again. Thanks Doc. Way to make that scalpel sing. The staff there is very nice, professional and helpful as well.

Staff was great. Dr. was very nice, explained pros and cons of procedure, listened and answered my questions.

Very clean offices, and pleasant atmosphere, personal very respectful and pleasant. Dr Dana, was very gentle and concerned, thank him for my ear chewing on safety. I appreciate it the reminder.

He told me almost everyone has Dupuytrens Contracture. Totally untrue. Five percent of the population has it. Told me there is nothing he could do for it. Another untruth. Bottom line is he just didn't care.

I have a trigger finger. The staff was very professional and attentive. Dr. Balderrama was very informative and SUGGESTED several solutions to me. He only advised me which one I should take leaving the decision up to me. I chose the one he suggested. He also has a wonderful since of humor. I enjoyed the visit. Thank you Dr. Balderrama and staff.

He was very attentive and his office staff are so friendly and down to earth!!! Would recommend him to others

DR BALDERAMA WAS VERY DIRECT IN DIAGNOSING MY WRIST PROBLEM , VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD IN EXPLANATION & DEMONSTRATION OF PROBLEM . HE IS THE TYPE OF DOCTOR I APPRECIATE. DIAGNOSIS IS ARTHRITIS FROM OLD INJURY WHERE SEVERAL BONES WERE BROKEN . DUE TO HIGH TOLERANCE OF PAIN WE PUT OFF FUSION & SETTLED ON STEROID INJECTION UNTIL I CAN NOT TOLERATE ANY LONGER. DO NOT UNDERSTAND NEGATIVE COMMENTS UNLESS PATIENTS CAN NOT DEAL WITH DIRECT DIAGNOSIS.

Receptionist did not have a good attitude. Her demeanor changed when a patient came out, and then went back to poor attitude

Dr. B did a wonderful removal of a large melanoma spot on my forehead last year. He showed excellent bedside manner and performed surgery with no pain for me. Dr. Balderrama does a great job and you can barely see my surgical site. I recommend this doctor and will be seeing him soon for another procedure not related to last years surgery. This "Doctor" is a total joke and waste of time, I was rushed in and out in 15 minutes, he knew nothing about me, had very few questions and was no help at all. Guess his website shows where his mind is, I have filed a complaint with BBB and Medical Association, Please consider anyone else prior to going to this quack. I hold Physicians in high regard and am almost always so thankful for their service, that makes me angry when someone acts in such thoughtless and unprofessional manner. When seeking a medical opinion, it's rather disconcerting when: 1) the physician does not examine the area in question (in this case, the hand) and 2) he begins the interaction by asking " what do you want me to do?" If I were a doctor, I would not have to go to him to ask. So as a patient, what kind of question is this? What does "consultation" mean? Needless to say, my experience with this doctor was void of any medical attention pi r advice. I give him a "thumbs down" in patient care. I gave the second star for his nice office staff, however. No. If you need a doctor that is loves to provide care, no. If you need the doctor to be condescending, he will. He judged my medical Hx because he thinks himself a bit of a psych dr. No. He could have enough insight just to try to act like he knows something. He needs to keep to surgery. Dr Balderamma would do well to hire a skilled PA to do his intake , only coming in after a repore was developed with the pt. He was judgmental, and he certainly made me feel small for even showing up. He made me sorry I went in. He also let me know that was his goal. He has a need to feel bigger. He said he had not done the surgery in 12 years. So I was not considering surgery, but if I was I certainly would find a more skilled dr that does nothing but hands. He also told me there was not support for recovery . So why did he offer the surgery? It was a waste of my time. I know more now though. I know I would not use him for anything. Ppl want doctors that care. He cares about making you understand your place. He KNOWS EVERYTHING. He does not ask about your medicalHx, but he comes to his own conclusions. Wow you go to a Doctor to get their advice not sarcasm. Very arrogant man will never go back will go to another Doctor in Kingman or Bullhead like he was to busy I was wasting his time I will contact our insurance and maybe get his attention tell them please don’t pay for that five wasted minutes with him

Rude

Most arrogant doctor I have ever been too. I was referred to him from another doctor to make sure I didn’t have a tumor or something under my nail. Took a look at it, very condescending and lackadaisical about it and made me feel stupid for being there. I would NOT go back to him. The front office however deserves accolades. They were friendly, thorough and worked to get me in. But I wouldn’t want to work for him. I think I was in there a total of five minutes.

Rude and very sarcastic said that he didn't think I had anything wrong with my broken wrist come to find out I had two fractures in it now facing surgery with a very good surgeon in Phoenix ...not take my dog to him avoid!!!

Good customer service

My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Balderrama because I had a growth on the back of my hand. I had a total of three visits to his office: the initial visit, the removal of the growth, and the follow-up where stitches were removed. I dealt with the doctor and several staff members while there. They were all pleasant, attentive, and gave excellent care. I would not hesitate to use this doctor again if I needed his services or to recommend him to family and friends.

Arrogant and condescending presentation. Dr. made quick diagnosis, recommendations and appeared uninterested in my care. At conclusion of appointment, he left then returned (as an apparent after thought) and asked if I had had an X-ray of the painful limb. In my opinion, 1 star is too generous.

Dr Balderama is extremely rude and uncaring. He did eye lid surgery on me. I got an infection and called him. He did not call back because he later told me he was at a concert in LV. I ended up in the ER. So unworthy of anyones praise.

When I started seeing him in 2016 from a total breast removal due to cancer.I had nothing on my right side He told me of a procedure that would make another breast. It would be a long process n he would do the best he could to restore my breast.He was amazing.His Manors and respect my concerns of my appearance. He created a new breast for me which is amazing.He made it so close to original breast you actually can not tell the difference.He us a wonderful very professional and very compassionate doctors.I have recomdated many of my cancer ladies to him and they also agree with me. New in town i went to see Dr. B for carpal tunnel issues on my right hand. I researched him as well as possible but as usual its always a leap in faith. When I met him he seemed abrupt, busy and not that interested. However, he sounded very knowledgable and capable. He advised a brace which he provided to start therapy. It worked initially but before long numbness was back. I asked him to detail the surgical repair and he did so with great confidence. He did the surgery and I had immediate relief. 6 months out, I have no more symptoms. very small scar, I am quite satisfied. I highly recommend Dr. B. Do not be put off by his abruptness and don't get hurt if he doesn't have Ben Caseys bedside manner. Look past it, he knows what he is doing. I would select 0 stars if possible. My child has a broken hand, and unfortunately this piece of insurance milking trash has no regard for parental/patient concerns. He is an arrogant, complacent pig headed doctor that immediately discredited the fact that he was further damaging our childs hand(over time xrays to prove negative bone movement), forced our childs hand into a strenuous position to try to prove that his hand was healing fine which caused our child severe pain then ignored the child.

A meticulous surgeon who had my best interests at heart from start to finish. The abdominoplasty procedure Dr. Balderrama performed on me came out so beautifully well, I cannot thank him enough. Dr. Balderrama's nurse, bookkeeper and receptionist were all so helpful and accomodating to my wants and needs. His nurse Nicky gave me a big hug after my last visit, the bookkeeper Chris had my back on a way to help me save my money and the receptionist was cheerful and so personable. 10 out of 10 thx

Exemplary physician (excellent office staff) who helped me decide for surgery for a Dupuytrens malady that has bothered me for years. The office is quiet and relaxing, one of the best medical office experiences in town.

This Doctor was just awful. From the moment he introduced himself, he was preoccupied and very condescending, He was more interested in finding out what other kind of work he could get out of me instead of taking care of what I needed. When I told him I would be moving soon he completely shut me out. All the while he was sniffing, sniffing and sniffing and bouncing off the walls. It was a strange experience for sure. However, the office staff were very nice and helpful.

I would most certainly not recommend this doctor. He keeps an open door when consulting his patients and every word he says can be heard by other patients in reception area. He is loud and condescending. I found it impossible to relate my concerns and felt I was wasting his time.
