Appointment handled very promptly, on time. Dr. Mathew spent a good deal of time answering questions and recommending testing. Very pleased with the expert, professional handling of me as a person. Good job!

Just a follow up after recent Hip Surgery. Happy to se Dr Mathew back from his medical leave. Takes his time never in a hurry. Explained everything very well.

I have been going to Dr Mathews for years now and he is a very personable doctor and caring. In a day and age where your just a number doctor Mathews makes sure you’re not .

Dr. Dani Mathew has been my family’s primary doctor since he started his practice years ago. He is very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have referred him to several friends and family over the years who all have him as their primary doctor as well. Great doctor!!!!

I'm so thankful to have such a caring primary care doctor, who listens and advises but understands and helps manage my health and well being. A big thank you to Dr Mathew and his staff for taking good care of me and my family .

Dr Mathew is knowledgeable, empathetic, and very conscientious.

Outstanding service in every respect. I am so impressed. The doctor and staff were so well organized and professional. It's hard to find such excellence in services these days. I am very grateful and feel fortunate to have found such a quality medical staff.

The moment you walk in the staff greets you with a happy and welcoming smile. I have never waited very long to be seen by the nurse. She also greets you with a warm welcome and anice masked smile.

For people that are not computer savvy, not being able to reach your doctor by phone is frustrating and dangerous. A person could die before they get help. .

Dr. Matthew always listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He really cares about me and my wellness.

Dr Mathew and his staff are the BEST

Incredibly difficult to reach anyone by phone. Website also difficult to navigate. The only way to contact anyone there for a specific reason is to actually go to the office. The office staff, nurse and Dr. Mathew are very professional, pleasant and attentive. Dr. Mathew is an excellent listener, quite thorough and proactive in attending my medical needs.

RESPECT the patient's time, as you like your time to be respected. I had to leave the exam room to look for the Doctor, not acceptable.

A very caring doctor who really listens and is open to ideas.

Trash. I spent over an hour in the lobby in front of 3 "busy" staff members before I complained. Then spent another 20 minutes before I was seen by my doctor. All of this was for a routine yearly physical. What if it was actually serious??? Total clowns.

It was a pleasure meeting Dr Mathew for the first time as my primary Doctor whom I expect will be Honest and professional in telling me Anything that may become a health issue...

On line check in was easy and made on site check in much faster. Dr. Dani spent a lot of time with me to go over my past histroy (as a new patient) and provided some insight to my future health plans.

Dr. Mathew is a kind and patient man. My mother is 92 year old and has slight dementia. He is patient with her but also gets her laughing. Everyone in his office is great to deal with.

Doctor listens, takes time to discuss all concerns, and make recommendation. He has a very calming manner that I find extremely lacking in most of the other doctors I have had in my 73 years of life.

Dr. Mathew is very thorough and everyone in the office very pleasant. Dr. Mathew takes his time and explains everything clearly. He's very pleasant and I'm very satisfied and happy that I chose Baycare.
