I decided that 4 children was enough for any sane individual and made an appointment with Dr. Altstatt for a vasectomy. The procedure went smooth, the staff was very nice and professional and Dr. Altstatt made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous. I recommend the Dr . For bedside manner and experience . However I was left to fend for my self with pain management . I was told that he left out of town and left his patients with noone over seeing any complications or for pain managememt . The office staff had three different stories to tell me . I was given a fax number and told to tell pharmacy to submit request . Then I was told the opposite of they have noone to see after such things . Make sure you ask all questions before letting him do surgery only to leave you with the such drama to deal with . Suggestion for the Dr. That he get new office staff that are more compassionate and that want to help I recommend the Dr . For bedside manner and experience . I love this office! The staff is cordial and appears to enjoy their work very much. I hear them laughing and enjoying themselves, but at the same time, they are focused on their job and the patient. Dr. Altstatt is very caring. He has collaborated with me and has given me options for my care. My symptoms are controlled. I would highly recommend this doctor and his staff! I love this office! Dr. Altstatt is great, would recommend! However, get ready when you go to the office for a visit, you will be "greeted" with hostility by the lady at the front desk. Just know it's BYOM (bring your own mask) because they do not have any.... ironically at a doctors office they do not have masks ???? & "if you don't have a mask we cannot see you." As if that wasn't frustrating enough, the appt took 2 1/2 hours! Office appears pretty disorganized. Dr. Altstatt is great, would recommend! Dr. Altstatt is great. That cannot be said for some of his staff.

Amazing care! Been to Dallas for the same prefer dr alstatt above the rest.

My husband had prostate cancer and Dr. Altstatt was his doctor. Dr. Altstatt and his staff are wonderful. We would highly recommend him to others. He is a very caring man and takes time to answer any and all questions and concerns.
