I am extremely nervous with dentists due to my childhood and now executive function difficulties. The staff here is 100% wonderful and gentle. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who may be hesitant to get back in the routine of regular dental care.

Absolutely terrible services done. I needed a crown & while I waited for the permanent one to come in had a temporary one put on that came off in less then 2 days so just left it alone while I waited to have permanent one but on. So finally had the permanent one but on within 2 days it came off so had it put on again. 3 weeks later came off again & this time I didn’t know it had come loose & ended up swallowing it. The 2 times I had to either leave work early or be late to come in at their conveniences & now they are attempting to collect more money for the additional visits & yet I still don’t have the crown & I already paid $550

I have made several attempts to speak to someone at this office regarding my records and the ignore my calls. I over paid and fully intent to file a complaint against this dental office. And the crown was set poorly to top it off. Three weeks and still waiting for my record's....this office is run by incompetents

Going to the dentist is never really fun, but Dr.Benson and his staff make it better. I would recommend his office for your dental care.

I thought everyone was so nice and caring and Dr Dagher was amazing!

We could not be happier

I have been a patient of Dr. Benson and associates for over 9 years. During that time they have provided me with terrific dental care. I think Dr. Dagher and the hygienists are very talented. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience and I am now finding a new dental practice. I had my appointment set for a routine cleaning. The office sent me a reminder postcard a week before my appointment. Dr. Benson's office called me a day before to remind me of my appointment, and to also let me know about their Covid safety procedures. I was instructed to call the the front office when I got to their parking lot, and they would let me know when to enter the building. The day of my appointment I arrived 2 minutes early, stayed in my car, and called the office. Nobody answered. I waited another couple minutes, and then called again, but this time I left a message on their answering machine. I waited for another ten minutes before trying again and leaving another message. After 20 minutes I was wondering if I was mistaken, and that they were closed. The only way I knew they were open was because one of the employees walked outside, threw something into the dumpster, and then had a smoke break. After waiting 30 minutes and leaving 2 messages on their phone I decided to go inside the office to see what was going on with my appointment. The woman at the front desk looked confused that I was entering the building without being contacted by them. Nobody was in the lobby at this time but me. It was just a woman at a desk staring at a screen. I told her that I had been waiting for a half hour in my car, and left 2 messages with them, and I didn't know what was going on. She told me that their "phone and internet are down." Then she said that they were keeping an eye one the parking lot for people. She then asked me if I "was parked on the street." I felt like this question was a way for her to blame me for not being contacted. I told her that I wasn't parked in the street, and that I was parked in one of their normal business parking spots. She just looked at me with confusion. Just then another person came in with her son. They were saying the same thing about waiting and leaving messages with them. The employee told them the same thing about their phones being down. I was already upset that I had waited for half an hour for my appointment, but I was completely taken off guard when the woman working the front desk told me that they were "going to have to reschedule." I told her I would not be rescheduling, and that I would be looking into finding a new dentist. The whole situation was kind of depressing. What I gathered from the woman at the front desk was that the smoking employee was supposed to be keeping an eye out for arriving patients. But people were arriving, and they didn't go get them. It was bizarre. As I mentioned, the dental work is top notch, but the front desk has serious issues respecting the time people people commit to their appointments. Best Dental Experience I have ever had! I would like to state that I could not believe how my root canal turned out. I went in there to have Dr. Benson look at my tooth and determine what needs to be done. He looked at it, told me what was wrong, the worst-case scenario would be, and what he could do. Then he did my root canal right then and there. Took less than 1 hour (I did not need a crown), and it was completely pain free, and felt back to normal. I have spent a lot of time in dentist offices since I was a kid with braces, and I have never had an experience were there was no pain, and I was done so quickly, and efficiently. Back story...I went to Aspen Dental on Eureka the week before, and they took some x-rays, and one of the people that worked there stated I may need a root canal, but no one confirmed why I needed it done, or explained the process. They stated they sent my x-ray to a specialist by email who stated I needed a root canal, and they proceeded to set up an appointment to have it done. This appointment had me chasing the doctor to another city 45 minutes away, but 2 weeks later. Then they shuffled me into the payment area and charged me $2140.00 upfront (total would have been $3,500 including a mouth guard, which they never really asked me if I wanted it) to have it done (that included the x-rays and cleaning for that day). I tried to give one of the people my insurance information, but they stated they were too busy to look it up but will later. So, then they made me go wait in my car because there was no room for me in the place, or in the waiting room. They just took $2140 from me and made me go to my car? Went back to have my teeth cleaned, and no one examined my gums, but just went straight to cleaning. I felt like cattle being herded from place to place. You can really tell it is a corporate environment with numbers being their priority. I highly recommend going to small family practiced like Dr. Benson, as I felt like a human being and cared for. Two visits so far, very gentle.

Awesome experience all the way around! The office staff (shout out to Haley - so helpful) and the Dentists (extremely caring & professional). I highly recommend!

Very deceiving. Don't trust this place.

Wonderful lady that assisted in my daughters tooth being pulled .. not sure of his name but dr bensons associate needs a class in bedside manor!!!!!! So next time requesting dr benson personally .. but all around very nice place????

I have been very happy with the care my family has received at Dr. Benson's office. The entire staff has always treated us very well. Dr. Benson has put together a great team. Dr. Dagher is awesome.

This is not my normal dentist. I had an emergency over the weekend and they got me in immediately. They were very professional and friendly. I would recommend and I’m even considering switching to them. Thank you

Don’t deal with this place unless you have deep pockets. Even in emergencies, this is one of the few places that won’t work on payments regardless if you’ve spent thousands there already. Call around, there’s cheaper with payment plans out there.

Dr Dagher and the staff here have been great! All of my repairs have been painless, will not hesitate to send family and friends here. Excellent dental care downriver.

My dentist insisted to do a root canal on me and then when.i didn't have the money , they told me I had an infection in my tooth....and wouldn't take a payment plan. They had to have half down. Very disappointed in this dr ..she was a female dr...comes on Super nice and then a big change

I was really nervous about going to the dentist due to a bad experience in the past. Dr. Sagar and his staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The pricing was was less than I expected. Great experience!

Dr. Benson and the whole staff are caring, knowledgeable, wonderful people. They all make the trip to the dentist a more pleasant experience. I would recommend coming to them for all your dental needs.

Dr. Benson and his staff have always treated my family very well. He is a very good dentist who is always there when I have needed . Thank you Dr. Benson & staff!
