Dr. Daniel Lee Cochran

Today was for a follow up to a new dx of asthma and A fib. Dr. Cochran had all this info in his laptop. And it was mentioned that today was a follow up for that. Then starting with yesterday evening the patient experienced a severe muscle spasm in the back that was truly debilitating. Bottom line: Dr. Cochran determined the back pain was muscular so he prescribed a muscle relaxer. After the 5 allotted minutes we were literally rushed out. I don't know if this was to make up for being behind earlier ( our visit was more than 30 minutes late), or if it was time for lunch. But after getting back home, we realized Dr. C. didn't even listen to the patient's lungs or chest! What kind of follow up was that? We didn't realize it because as I said it was a rushed visit.

My family has been going to this office since 1993. Never had problems until the last 2 years. I miss Dr. Treharne dearly. I am not sure what has happened but the office in not the same. Now you will wait about an hour to see the doctor for less than 10 min of their attention always with the excuse of staffing issues and the office staff is unprofessional and inept. Doctor Cochran is a wonderful caring doctor. He always takes the time to listen and to solve any problems I am having. I met him when he took care of my mother and his kind and thorough care of her cemented my decision to see him as my doctor. I recommend Dr Cochran 100%.

I and my family have been patients and of this medical group for about 35 years now. Over that time Dr. Cochrane has been my third doctor. The first two retired and like them Dr. Cochrane truly cares about his patients. He takes all the time necessary to explain what he is seeing and answer any questions. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

As soon as they hear I'm looking for a new PCP for my 8 yo son they are very helpful and say "Oh yeah we do accept new patients " but when I say it's a Sunshine Health Insurance they say they don't accept new patients. Bias!!!. This is not professionalism. What happened to Hippocratic Oath? We are 4 people more to the millions who'll never use services from Advent Health anymore... Great family practice. Very attentive to individual needs and issues. Fair price for self pay too.

Dr. Cochran has been professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. If you are looking for a family practice that is both caring and efficient, I highly recommend.

Dr. Cochran is a great doctor who cares very much about how patients feel mentally & physically when they leave his office. I have had consistently great experiences. Ignore the negative comments. Those who bash here likely aren’t first directing their concerns to Dr. Cochran himself. Be open about any concerns you may have. He wants to give you the best care, & make you aware of all of your options. If you’re feeling dismissed, tell [him]. He won’t be offended, & will be sure you feel both heard & understood before leaving.

Dr Cochran is very through. He always takes time to answer any question that I have. He always explains any medications and why he feels I should be taking them. Would recommend him to anyone.

I have been seeing dr. Cochran for over 15 yrs. has always been very informative on my condition and needs. He has always been a straight shooter with me and tells it like it is. Good or bad which is what I expect and respect. Also, the staff is very nice and accommodating.

I do not recommend Dr Cochran......he over medicated my father who was suffering from acute depression and ended up in a psych hospital! During the office visit, I requested a recommendation for a psychiatrist in case it was needed and he refused to give me one, said “We don’t give recommendations and was told that if an emergency arises, go to the emergency room. discovered dr cochran after my "long time" GP dr kramer retired. I am so happy he was available. I most appreciate how he always has time to listen. thank you for caring!

Dr. Cochran has been an excellent primary care physician for my wife and me. He listens well, explains his diagnoses and cares.

I am actually looking for another family Dr. I have insurance and yet I had to pay this practice $158 every time I have been there for few visits and so is my husband due to our high deductible. He spent 5 minutes the few times I have been there. Yet my sleeping problem has not been resolved for more than a year. I went there because I read a good review, but made the mistake to go by what people said. Please go to another practice.

One of the worst experiences I've had. I've gone to this practice now twice. As I sit here dying coughing tonight... going into his practice with one condition of ..high pressure Nurse couldn't even get my blood pressure right... blood pressure cuff wouldn't work. nobody ever double-checked it. He ordered an EKG and told me I had a heart problem.... I had a full Cardiology workup 6 months ago..,, this office is a joke

Dr Cochran has been our physician for years and is extremely thorough and listens to his patients.
