It is hard to get someone to answer the phone or call you back. Dr removed my tonsils and did a fantastic job. Spent a whole 3 minutes with me post surgery, however for the check-up. I think he stays very busy with patients. I would use him again inspite of how hard it is to get through.

Why are the front desk girls being Ruder than sin to the customers? Come on now. Even in a bad and unstable labor market you can literally do better than them

This practice is a joke!!! Upon the first exam was initially told the office would make contact that same afternoon to schedule another exam. After 2 weeks, no one called to schedule a follow up. You call and call, never actually speaking with a person. If you are lucky enough to speak with someone, you are quickly transferred to a voice Mail. You then leave a message and no one ever calls back. Finally, with the help of another medical professional, not related to this practice, this office made contact for an exam. After this exam the Dr said they would make contact within 48 hours to schedule surgery, guess what ? It’s been well over a week and not a single call from the Dr or anyone else to schedule the surgery. Don’t waist you time with this practice. Complete incompetence and bordering on medical malpractice. This practice is a joke!!! Dr Daube has been honest, upfront, and thorough. I went to see him after my vocal cords were paralyzed during heart surgery. He showed empathy and explained all of my options.

Dr. Daube is amazing!! I had a huge lipoma in my armpit and I was terrified about the experience of getting it removed. I had no idea if it was going to be cancerous, much less what it would look like after it came out. I love wearing strapless shirts so I was worried I might never be able to wear them again without looking ridiculous. Dr. Daube’s team was so incredibly kind throughout the entire process and he did an outstanding job with the removal! Not only did my lipoma end up being benign (thank goodness!!), but you can hardly tell I ever had anything there! It’s been over a year since I had it out and it healed so good I can’t even believe it! I am beyond pleased with the results!! I highly recommend him and his team!! Dr. Daube removed my tonsils and the entire experience from initial appointment to post-surgery was great! The staff are polite and professional, and the wait times are very short. The practice is clean and the only issue I had (with insurance billing) was handled by their staff with very little stress on my part.

If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I went for CoolSculpting under my chin and neck area in September 2020. The girls in the procedure room kept looking at the manual when placing the applicators on my neck...which made me question how experienced they were. Half an hour after starting the machine I didn't feel cold in the area like they said I would. The Doc came in the room and noticed that the machine had an error code and was not even working. After what should have taken 2 hours...I left after 5 hours. Six weeks later I went in for result photos and there were ZERO changes from the "before" photos. I complained and was told that the applicators were faulty and that the rep for the machine was sending new applicators and they would retreat me. I go back for the retreat with the same machine...and six weeks later.. ..ZERO results. I spoke with the Doc who said he "wasn't surprised that there were no results". He offered a $7000 facelift instead. That was way out of my budget and I asked for my money back on the CoolSculpting. and was told flat out NO. They offered a third treatment WITH THE SAME MACHINE and I refused. I called the rep for the machine and they opened an adverse results claim. The staff will not return their calls or respond to their emails. I want my money back so I am filing in small claims court. for it. I would not recommend this facility to anyone

What a shame. I've seen Walmart employees try harder. Unbelievably had the nerve to bill me for: Ferrying a test result from tester to his office, reading the already known results to me and then ushering me out the door. The last of May I went to Dr Daube for lower face and neck lift. That is now over three months ago. My experience has been very bad. I developed two hematoma that he didn't bother to explain any thing about other than apply heat. I could not eat for two weeks, liquids only because of them. I was able to swallow some solids after that but they lasted for a month. Very much pain. My biggest problem and fear was the fact that I could not talk right and I sounded like a stroke victim. My speech problem had me scared to death. He never once called to check on me. When I made trips back into the office because of pain and fear., he told me he did not know what was wrong that it might be the chin implant and then said he just didn't know what was wrong and suggested I see a speech therapist. I did that , and she suggested I see a different plastic surgeon for evaluation. She suspected it was coming from the chin implant being too large ands perhaps nerve damage but wasn't sure. The plastic surgeon I went to for second opinion was very kind and knowledgeable. He completely explained the two hematoma which I still had and also told me that I had a nerve that was either cut or compressed with tension that was causing my speech problem. He explained more to me in five minutes than Dr Daube did in my four after visits. On my initial visit consult, Daube suggested he put in a chin implant for two thousand dollars that I did not think I needed but in the end agreed to . The day after my procedure when I went to have the wrap removed he said he had some difficulties with placing the chin implant and would remove it . After seeing the second plastic surgeon I had NO confidence in Daube and knew I would not go back to him again. I wrote him a very detailed letter about my speech therapist, my second opinion with the other plastic surgeon , and my present condition.i asked him to give my money back for the chin implant explaining I would have it removed somewhere else, and one thousand dollars for my pain and suffering. I paid him eleven thousand dollars. That has not happened and he never answered me . I have had surgeries in the past but NEVER had any issues with scarring. I now have hypertrophic scarring everywhere he cut . I have researched them and found they are caused from too much tension or trauma to the area. I am paying for laser treatments to try and diminish them. I am not sure what my future actions with Dr Daube may be , but want to advise others that although he supposedly specializes in facial plastic surgery only and should be the best that is certainly not my experience . Dr. Daube knows exactly what he is doing. I’ve always received the upmost amount of care, and would recommend the services to anyone. Dr. Daube worked very hard to make me feel welcome and comfortable in the office, when I am very anxious over needles and surgical procedures. God bless.

Dr. Daube did my total thyroidectomy in Dec of 2017, because I had both medullary and papillary tumors. He swore he would then take care of all my follow up work with my medication dosage, etc, but I was sent home from the hospital without a prescription for synthroid. Which is a HUGE mistake on someone's part. Throughout 2018, I gave him many opportunities to redeem himself. I was having persistent swelling in my neck and requested further testing. He said my neck felt fine, so I went to my Endo for the testing. Turns out, my cancer had spread and I found a specialist in Tampa who removed not only the cancer in my neck but the REST OF MY THYROID that Daube was supposed to remove. I am very disappointed that I was so trusting of him and his office. So happy I finally found the right Doctor though. Oh and a side note, I requested doctors notes to get insurance approval for a CT of the neck and my records were completely wrong. It had me listed as having an eating disorder and as a smoker, which I am neither, and the notes of my thyroid problems were pathetic. He diagnosed me with hypothryoid instead of the CANCER that it was. Guess that's what I get for going to a plastic surgeon, though I think if you're an ENT, you should be well versed in ear, nose and throat. Hmm. I love Dr. Daube and his entire staff! He's honest, not pushy, explains everything, answers all your questions, and doesn't make you feel rushed- and does an amazing job! Everyone at his office is so nice and helpful! Definitely highly recommend!!!

After having a done Rhinoplasty by a plastic surgeon in another city I was left with a dent under the tip of my nose. It looked like part of my nose had been cut out. During my post op visit I asked the doctor about it and he said a filler should fix the problem. A few years later, while another physician was injecting filler, my nose turned white. I thank God that he had something that dissolved the filler and saved my nose skin from dying. For about eight years I was scared to have any work done on my nose but was always very self conscious. Finally I began researching Rhinoplasty online. I found that often it is better to have an ENT surgeon rather than a plastic surgeon perform a Rhinoplasty. I decided to contact Dr. Daube who I had seen before and knew he was a very good surgeon. Right away he said I was missing cartilage on one side of my nose. He did my Rhinoplasty and it looks great! Kudos to Dr. Daube!!! My situation was a bit different from most procedures described here that are provided at the Gulf Coast Facial Plastics & E.N.T. Center. My needs were a bit different, urgent - a real emergency. What started as just a very bad sore throat days earlier, quickly worsened with the rapid onset of epiglottitis. My epiglottis was quickly swelling, cutting off upper airway breathing. It was a life-threatening emergency. God's blessing in the form of Dr. Daube was with me!!! Dr. Daube, thanks for doing such a great job on a beautiful Sunday, 3/24. We met briefly at the Bay Medical O.R. where you performed my emergency tracheotomy, and saving my life. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your skill and professionalism. Thank you all for your skill and support after my incident. My follow-ups with Dr. Beggs, were also top notch. Been using Dr Daube for about 20 years for sinus surgery, scar removal, nose implants, and lesion removal. He found a break through solution to my nasal septum issue when no one else could. If that wasn't already good enough, I have averaged about 3 minutes wait time in the lobby waiting for my turn to be seen, sometimes your seen a bit early and sometimes a bit after your appt time. His staff is friendly and helpful, and the doc is just so down to earth to talk to and understand. I am a local business owner in town and I am both proud to know and be a patient of Dr Daube. Just had a septoplasty surgery, and I already feel much better from him opening my air ways. My nose is still swollen, but I can see its significantly less crooked and more open at the top. Dr Daube is the best doctor we have ever met. He is more than a doctor he's a friend and he's just amazing. He's made a huge difference in our daughters life she can be herself and look and feel better. We owe Dr Daube so much for helping us and our little angel.

Dr. Daube performed at tonsillectomy on my 12 year old last month. He has the best personality and is an awesome surgeon! And I cannot say enough about the staff at his office and the surgical team he has working alongside. Great care givers from start to finish!!!
