Dr. Jones is the kindest doctor. Listening to you. Immediately taking action to resolve the problem

I'm usually pretty nervous about doctor's but you really made me feel at ease.

Dr Jones has been so patient and professional through the whole knee replacement treatment. We look forward to having the other one replaced by him as soon as it is safe to do so.

Dr Jones has the best bedside manner! I have never had a major surgery and he made me feel at ease the entire time. I am two weeks out from shoulder surgery and can already lift my arm over my head. He got in there and did what he needed to do and nothing more and was gentle. Highly recommend!

Had a checkup appt with Dr Jones on my right knee after a total replacement in August 2021. Went to Dr Jones because he had cared for my Mom and had referred my granddaughter to another excellent doctor for both her knee injuries due to volleyball. Dr Jones is a wonderful doctor!!

Dr. Jones was good at explaining what is wrong with my knee. He gave me options for my treatment to try instead of surgery.

Honestly one of the best orthopedic surgeons I’ve visited. I have had 5 other surgeries from 3 different surgeons and Dr. Jones is by far the most personable. He didn’t just instantly start saying anything. He addressed my concerns we had a good laugh and I go back in a month.

He was a very informative Dr. and seems to have a hood bed side manner.

Came in to have my knees looked at. Took X-rays and they seemed to look good. Waiting on Dr. Jones office to send me to get an MRI done. Everyone was really nice and on top of everything. The wait time was not long at all. I was in and out w in an hour. Great staff!

Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Our young athlete is eager to get back to playing and I trust Dr. Jones will help that happen.

Fast and friendly! I have never had to wait around past my appointment time to be seen. They are very efficient. Dr. Jones and the staff are great, knowledgeable and care. He is not the kind of doctor who sees patients as money and instead sees them as people who need help and he goes above and beyond to ensure they recover and thrive.

Friendly staff and Dr Jones is great, always explains everything so well. This was my third time needing his expertise and has always gone according to plan.

Great Dr and staff is very friendly , he is helping me get my rehab for my prosthetic he ordered from Steven Savlitch prosthetics

Wasn't at all what I expected or needed

Great experience and skills but would like more examination, hands on vs just relying on X-rays. . Great personality. Staff is friendly but introducing themselves would be a nice touch.

My visit was a very good experience. I had a couple concerns about my elbows. Dr. Jones ordered x-rays and explained what was going on. He also addressed one of the issues that day . Thank you Dr. Jones. Hus staff was very professional and kind.

I was referred to a different surgeon who treated me like I was not worth his time. You took listened to my complaint gave me exrays options and allow me to decide what was best left feeing heard thank you

Dr. Jones was very personable and professional. I appreciated how he educated me on all the possibilities of my injury, what his recommendation was and why. He was not pushy in any way. Super nice guy and would highly recommend.

I was surprised that I was diagnosed and given a sound solution in such a small amount of time.

Service is impeccable and Dr. Jones is very easy to talk with and explains in-depth the possibilities and what he would like the outcome for me to be.

I was referred to Dr Jones for knee pain and a lump on my lower shin. When I went in the office Dr Jones tell’s me he has reviewed my MRI. I informed him I haven’t had an MRI in a year and a half. He said well then what is wrong with you. I proceed to tell him, he interrupted and says I’ll send you for an MRI and come back in 2weeks. He at no time examined my leg. When I tried to explain my pain, he tells me it’s arthritis and a result of my age. I’m not old. I try to explain the pain in my shin an lack of circulation, I tell him that can not be a good thing and fear when I get old the loss of a limb if not addressed now. His response was that I probably would lose my foot. He yelled at me and said we are done here. I tried to ask a question, he threw his hand up an said I’ll send you for the MRI, I’m a bone Doctor someone else can figure it out and again told me we were done and spun around in the chair and turned his back on me. I tried one last time to ask a question and he just pointed to the door and sluffed me off. I have never had a Doctor that I’m paying yell at me and refuse to address my reason for seeing him. He definitely won’t have a problem billing my insurance for doing nothing. And then expect me to do an MRI and go back to bill my insurance again. I don’t think so. Dr Jones is very competent and personable.

My experience having rotator cuff repair surgery with Dr. Jones was great. I was never nervous about having the surgery. Dr. Jones is a very kind person who will take time to answer all of your questions and help you understand everything. He has a great personality and is a very good orthopedic surgeon. My husband just left dr jones office, he was referred by his pcp to get an MRI and to go see Dr. Jones because of severe shoulder and back pain, cannot lift his arm higher than his shoulder without it locking up Dr Jones would not look at the MRI that we just paid $800 for because we had not met our deductible, told him he needed to do some Xrays and then after viewing xrays told him he had arthritis and a bone spur. My husband has been tested for arthritis before and was told he didn't have it. Sent my husband home with a rx for tylenol and ibuprofen. This dr is a quack only wants to bill your insurance. Dont waste your time. Dr. Jones is very attentive, personable, and easy to work with. I've been very happy with my care so far.

Dr Jones knows your chart when he walks into the exam room. He gives you options on treatment and listens to your concerns. That's what everyone needs. I certainly will continue to utilize his services and trust the decisions we come up with.

We think Dr. Jones is doing a good job with Gavin's injury however, the facility leaves a lot to be desired. The building seems to be old and not maintained well, the wait time is many times too long both in the waiting room and after you are shown to a treatment room.

I've been a patient of Dr. Daniel Jones for over 12 years. He has performed 2 surgeries on me, repairing both my knees due to torn miniscus damage. He has also performed a major surgery on my husband, removing a 2' titanium rod from his left leg. I've been a patient of many doctors & surgeons over the years, and by far -- Dr. Daniel Jones @ SW Orthopedic has always remained my favorite physician & surgeon. His staff has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Jones always takes time to listen to my questions and concerns, and he is very kind. I trust his knowledge & recommendations 100%. I had an incredible experience with Dr Jones. He was very thorough and made sure I knew what was going on and what I needed to be doing to heal the best and quickest possible. The whole team did excellent. I will definitely go back if I ever have any orthopedic needs.

Dr. Jones is awesome he knows what he's doing, he done Athroscopy on my knee and as well as the rotator cuff on my shoulder he's never made me feel like anything less than a person he's also well explained what the procedure was and what to expect before during and after surgery. In my opinion I couldn't ask for a better Orthopedic Dr.

This was my second visit. First must say Dr. Jones addressed me with concern and compassion. Reassured me that we will get a solution and fix my shoulder. And spent plenty of time with me. He was very compassionate in telling me the problem with my shoulder, and assured me that we would get it fixed. Though, don't like hearing there is a problem, I felt better when leaving and assured.
