The nicest and caring doctor that I’ve ever had, he has kept me informed about all my heart surgery details before and after. And he offered me a new heart device that is life saving technology it’s all wireless, and his team are great and treat me like family. And also Becky his nurse is the best she helped us through the whole process. Doctor Morin went to school to learn this new wireless crt heart device and we were the first at ochsner hospital and second in the state of Louisiana. Dr. Morin, was extremely nice and confident in helping me! He made me feel at ease at my appointment.

Dr. Morin was very informative. He answered all my questions in detail. He helped me to make the right decisions about my heart. I would recommend you go see him if your in need of a cardiologist.

Dr. Morin and his team are Great! When first meeting Dr. Morin, the title Electrophysiologist was worrying, would I meet a scientist, a medical professional that I could not understand? Not at all! I met a very caring medical professional interested in me and what we can do together to improve my health. Dr. Morin and his entire staff are very professional and courteous, I highly recommend Dr. Morin and thank him and his team for the excellent care I receive. Dr. Morin and his team are Great! Dr Morin is always very professional and gives you the feeling of being cared for … I appreciated his foresight to increase my medication instead of adding and to the pharmacy of pills that I already take . I enjoy the experience of seeing the fellows that work with him. Everyone is very thoughtful and caring on this team

My regular cardiologist referred me to Dr. Morin for evaluation of my arrhythmia. He recommended a cardiac ablation, which would cure my condition. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and kind during my consultation with him. I just had the procedure done yesterday, and it went very smoothly. He and his staff and the anesthesia team took good care of me. He even called me personally today to check up on me. I highly recommend Dr. Morin and his team at Ochsner. Dr. Morin is the best Cardiac doctor I have seen. He does not rush decisions. Dr. Morin takes the time out to sit with you draw pictures of the problem and explain in fully what's going on with your heart. He cares about the patient, your concerns and answer every question you may have. He also gives you options to chose from depending upon what's going on with your heart. I absolutely would recommend him to all patients having cardiology problems.

not a good dr.

I was his patient for years up until I received a shock from my ICD. He and his nurse were very unprofessional. Never gotten an office visit with Dr. Morin. They took days to return my phone calls. I talk to him once over the phone and he had the nerve to tell me that I should go get a job at Wal-Mart or fast-food or become a janitor and I'm a supervisor on my job. I really felt that was racial. He also told me that I died from ventricular fibrillation and needed to be shocked back to life and when I bought insurance claims papers to him he put a different diagnosis on the claims papers. The reason I went into ventricular fibrillation was because my pharmacy and I tried to contact him for six days for a refill on my digoxin so I went six days without it and u should not stop suddenly that was told to me by second opinions. He covered it up. I wouldn't recommend him as a cardiologist for anyone especially blacks I was his patient for years up until I received a shock from my ICD. I am a very active person, so I did my homework before choosing a doctor to perform a catheter ablation for my svt, and it paid off. Doctor Morin was awesome! Never in a rush. Answers all your questions. And you get the distinct feeling that he is excellent at what he does. I can't recommend Dr Morin enough to anybody needing an electrophysiologist.

Dr, Morin is one of the best doctors that I have ever seen. He is kind, caring, and really takes the time to LISTEN to his patients' concerns. I never feel rushed during an office visit and His focus is entirely on you when you are speaking.
