Dr. Romanelli is a top notch surgeon. He has excellent bedside manner and is very caring. He explained my knee surgery procedure in great detail to put me at ease. After surgery, he went into great detail about what was done to my knee and showed me pictures. I highly recommend him!!! Love Dr. Romanelli!!!

I had an apt at 1 pm, was seen at that time and I was out in 1 hour. He explained my condition and how to treat it and was honest about the recovery and expected pain level. Very professional.

Aside from the long wait. I found Dr. Romanelli very friendly, professional, and willing to answer any/all questions.

Dr. Romanelli performed a medial meniscectomy and an ACL allograft on my left knee. From my first visit up to surgery everything was explained thoroughly and the procedure went smoothly. I don’t think you can find a better orthopedic surgeon. I highly recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care.

Dr Romanelli is an outstanding physition. He explains everything you need to know on the procedure. He makes you feel comfortable and worry free.

I chose Dr. Romanelli for his sports medicine track record and because he’s originally from Los Angeles, hoping he would understand how performing musicians put their bodies through much of the same rigors as other athletes. Turns out, he is a fellow musician and that made for some deeply relatable conversation. I am used to being rushed through medical appointments and being upsold on meds and surgical treatments. Not so with Dr. Romanelli. He took time to listen to my concerns and very honestly offered treatment options and their efficacies. It was quickly evident he was focused on treatment that made the best sense for my comfort level, performance needs, and optimal health. I cannot recommend Dr. Romanelli enough, whether you are an athlete, a musician, or have everyday work or lifestyle orthopedic issues.

He is the reason I’m able to play soccer again; he reconstructed my ACL..and am stronger than even before!...He is definitely an Asset to humanity! God bless you Dr!

After the 1st doctor told me he wouldn't know if he could fix it until "he got in there"it was a pleasure to deal with Dr. Romanelli. He told me he could fix my shoulder and he did. The surgery was on 12/27/19. I was told 6/8 months recovery because of the damage, my age and time that had lapsed sense the injury. As of 6/1/20, the shoulder is damn close to being back to normal. Each week I do see improvement and expect close to 100% recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Romanelli. Excellent surgeon and bedside manor. As a side note........just remember there is a lot of rehab involved..........so you have a part in this also!! He does his job.....you do yours!!

Dr.Romanelli performed Arthroscopy surgery on my right shoulder after a work injury. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable and post surgery support was superb I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with these types of injury's I first learned of Dr. Romanelli from my Aggie athletes basket ball players that I have known that also had surgery on knees and shoulder surgery and have him to thank for my great result

Dr. Romanelli repaired my shoulder. I’m now out about a month and I’ve experienced a lot of progress. Currently progressing through physical therapy and am confident in my total recovery.

Dr. Romanelli is a remarkable surgeon. I had a bad rotator cuff repair that went wrong less than 2mos after my first surgery by another surgeon. Dr. Romanelli repaired the mess and I’m as good as new. He’s a spectacular surgeon.

Dr. Romanelli is an exceptional surgeon with an extremely pleasant bedside manner. He is very attentive and always took time to ensure all my questions were answered. His repair of my complete ACL tear as well as a meniscus tear was second to none. The office staff was always very friendly and accommodating. While there can sometimes be a wait in scheduling an initial appointment, it's to be expected as Dr. Romanelli is highly sought after. The other providers in the office are excellent as well and are usually available for urgent appointments. He's the only doctor I trust with my family's orthopaedic needs!

never saw dr Romanelli just his residents an a nurse practioner for my first visit. I have not have no problem with my treatment. Everyone in his office is friendly and accommodating . i have no complaints. I give his office and staff five stars. I just can’t rate him since i never saw him.

A caring and great surgeon surrounded by a professional and knowledgeable team. Regular checkups and progress reports have alleviated any worries I had about the surgery. I am now three months out, saw Dr. Romanelli last week, and am staying with my physical therapy program. The results are eviddent. It all began with the MRI and then Dr. Romanelli working his magic. I cannot rate him highly enough.

Second shoulder surgery by Dr. Romanelli, one each side now and the results are spectacular. He is a very thorough and attentive surgeon and his support personnel are top of the line. Highly recommended!

VERY DISSATISFIED WITH DOCTOR ROMANELLI HE ALWAYS SENDS HIS RESIDENT IN WITH NO SUPERVISION OR NURSE PRACTIONER IN . 6 MONTHS THE ONLY TIME DR. ROMANELLI WOULD SEE ME WAS AT MY REQUEST AND WHEN HE DID SEE ME ALL HE WOULD TELL ME IS THAT I AM FAT!!! 6 WEEKS AFTER SURGERY I AM STILL IN PAIN SO AFTER SURGERY HE TELLS ME I NEED A KNEE REPLACEMENT YOU WOULD THINK THAT HE WOULD KNOW THAT I NEEDED A TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT BY LOOKING AT THE MRI. HE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO HIS STAFF . ????????????????

Dr. Romanelli Sr. was the best choice for me for the surgery I had to undergo (repair of my rotator cuff ). His courteous, professional and confident demeanor put me at ease and reassured me that I was making the right choice in selecting him as my doctor. He came highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend him to anyone else !!!

He was great! I had a workman's comp injury that he helped me through. Was always honest and made sure I knew the process. The surgery went great and recovery great too. Looking for good physical therapy check out romanelli 's place with tutor. He's awesome too. All around great experience considering the circumstances. The ladies in front were super nice too. Dr. Romanelli and the staff at Las Cruces Orthopedic Associates were professional, courteous, and genuinely concerned for my well being and recovery. Dr. Romanelli did a great job repairing my shoulder and explained the procedure, expected outcome, and recovery time and process. He communicated with the Physical Therapist to stress the severity of the injury and to take it slow so as not to compromise the repair.

So far so good. I really like Dr. Romanelli and his staff is very friendly and accommodating. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the wait has been 2 hours both times I’ve been there. Otherwise I’m happy with my treatment.

Dr. Roma Ellis is a wonderful surgeon! I had huge success with the surgery on my broken leg.

The results of his surgery on my left hand for Carpel Tunnel was better than expected. My right hand will be operated on within the next few days. Going to the Surgery Center is far easier than having to go to a hospital.

Dr Romanelli did a great job on my ACL surgery. I had little scarring. He also removed arthritis fluid from around my knee. Now I’m pain-free!

Just started developing a recovery plan but staff was organized and pleasant Dr Romanelli was straight forward and honest about the nature of the problem and what he could do to alleviate it. Off to a good start

The office staff was great to get my son in the same day I called due to a broken arm. We didn’t wait long, received very courteous care from the staff and Dr Romanelli was thorough, informative and his attention to detail was excellent! Highly recommend.
