Dr. Sheehan is a great listener and explained the treatment very well. I also appreciate that he understands my complex medical conditions and how they are all linked. Not many doctors do.

This immensely talented doctor is, quite simply, one of the best I've ever had the privilege of consulting with. I have Ehlers Danlos and, as far as the Boston area and beyond goes, his knowledge of this relatively rare syndrome runs absolute circles around every other physician I've seen at any Partners location (BWH, MGH, etc.) and even the big-name experts in my condition. I have some very complex, poorly-understood spinal complications from EDS and, after a phenomenal consult with Dr. Sheehan, have full confidence he can help me successfully address them. He answered every question I had with genuine care and consideration, I never felt rushed, and he draws from an unusually vast well of knowledge. Bar none, one of the most clearly intelligent, helpful and impressive doctors I've ever met with.

Very smart, and caring and helpful using traditional and cutting edge pain mgt techniques in a perfectly integrated wise manner. Yoi never feel like he's rushing you and he shows you lots of compassion and respect!

Absolutely horrible, waited over an hr an half to be seen by him, an then when he finally came in seemed irritated an was rude an short with me.. not professional services at all. Was disappointed.

I visited Doctor Sheehan for epidural injection which can be fairly a painful operation. Dr. Sheehan's treatment was unbelievably smooth. I had done Epidural Injection in the past, but none was as smooth as Dr. Sheehan's procedure. One of the BEST Orthopedic Doctors in northern Virginia. That said, his support staff and the office staff all were unbelievably professional and pleasant too. This is the only review that I have written publicly. I felt compelled to let all know about Dr. Sheehan.
