Amazing care and attention to the patient experience. Helped me finally find some restful sleep. Dr. Bagdonas is an absolute gem.

FYI: The mouthpiece has a scale of 1-6. Increase by 1/2-1 on the scale every 7-10 days over a period of 2-3 months while utilizing the sleep app, ( bearing in mind that the ultimate goal is to have a sleep score that is 5 or less ). Is what I found to be the most efficient and effective way to quickly and fully utilize my mouthpiece. So that I can finally have a normal/healthy sleep pattern. For me the before and after was day and night. With the help of Dr Sever and her staff I was finaly able to put it behind me. And move forward in a way thats improved my quality of my life. Dr.Sever and her entire staff are awesome. They were very knowledgeable in relation to the oral appliance and answered all my questions and concerns. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea years ago. Initially I had a CPAP machine and then got an oral device to help with the sleep apnea. The technology and techniques have evolved with time and I recently upgraded my oral device solution for sleep apnea with Stop Snoring Boston. I am 23 years old and I have been a patient of Dr. Sever for two years now. Her and her staff are kind, helpful, and relatable. I notice a big difference when I do not wear my device- I can’t sleep, and when I do sleep I am still exhausted afterward. After horrendous trips through Temporomandibular disorder (TMD) and finding no lasting answers (having consulted a dentist, an ENT specialist and a maxillofacial surgeon), Dr Sever did the magic! Never did I know my TMD pain is connected to my sleep disorder! Dr Sever made the link that is instrumental in embarking on the right course of treatment. I am glad that I escaped an invasive maxillomandibular fixation but rather got a splint device helping with my upper airway resistance syndrome to rest my jaw and heal my TMJ. Hi all! As I am sitting here at my desk at home starting another work from home week I wanted to let the office know how grateful I am. I know it’s only been about 4 days since I have used my appliance but I have not snored once (according to my wife) since I started using this last week. I feel so refreshed and energized in the morning and I haven’t felt that way in about 15 years. I almost forgot what it felt like to actually have energy and be refreshed and ready for the day. Every person I dealt with there was outstanding. As far as the appliance; it works great. No snoring. I tried the CPAP and it was fine for a few months but it eventually bothered me. Dr. Sever and her team were amazing with me. I came in having had failed in natural attempts at relief as well as two separate attempts at the CPAP machine and countless different masks. My apnea was severe (about 60 on the scale if your familiar). My consultation was informative and easy. I wasn't pressured but decided on a slightly more modern model from ProSomnus. The device came in short time and really was comfortable from the get go. I use it every night and you really can barely tell. I got a sleep study done with the device and happy to report that my apnea now ranked as a 4!!! That's completely in the normal range. I'm a fairly fit, slim guy so when I started going down the road of horrible sleep, I never thought it would be sleep apnea. But when I was diagnosed, the thought of wearing a CPAP was out of the question (I'm often a belly sleeper and the logistics of that just don't work well). Dr. Sever's staff has been so pleasant and the device itself basically restored my life. I have had great success with the mouth appliance for my sleep apnea from Dr. Sever. My bite had been getting worse and from the first night, the appliance put my mouth in a comfortable position. Now I wake up rested for the first time in a long time.

I was recommended to this practice over a year ago. I ended up paying money for no device. The front desk never called me back, nor kept up with my insurance issue . I kept calling frequently to ask if they received my insurance request. They lied and said they never received anything. Maybe the doctor isn’t horrible but her staff is unorganized. I am a young woman of average weight and was really embarrassed and aggravated that there seemed to be no alternative to cpap besides very invasive surgery (per my ENT). We are still in the process, but this has been a great experience and I am so happy to not have to deal with the cpap anymore! My husband, Joe, didn't know that he actually stopped breathing during the night and when he was diagnosed with sleep apnea he absolutely refused to go the cpap route for treatment. Fortunately, we found there was an alternative to wearing a mask... an oral appliance that is worn at night. Before I met Dr. Sever I was struggling severely with my CPAP pushing my jaw back. I would wake up with panic attacks, and then be exhausted the next day. Now, my jaw is properly positioned so that I can breathe when I sleep. What I difference... I recommend it to anyone struggling with any level of sleep apnea! I'm very happy with my mouth guard, it only took a few days to get use to. I was using a CPAP machine for about five years, but after using the mouth guard I don't want to go back. Cleaning the mouth guard only takes a minute and it's also very easy to travel with.

NASTY- These people are great until they have your money and you have a problem with the device. I spent a TON of money and got ZERO relief from sleep apnea. The woman at the desk DEBBIE HARRINGTON became hostile, combative, punitive and just plain nasty when I was late returning the sleep study machine the next day "by 7:00 am!" due to the incredible traffic from the suburbs into Boston at that hour of the day. The "friendliness" of the staff went down from there. She has lied to me about the history and what transpired. I have since been unable to get any legitimate help in getting my very expensive devise to solve my apnea issues. The failure of their "Magic" devise to work, coupled with their unbelievable hostile , offensive aggression when I asked for help leads me to believe that "Dr" Seaver only cared about collecting my very large fee. They have shown me ZERO interest in my customer satisfaction or their customers health. It's all about the money. Had I known then what I know now, I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT, AND "DR. I have had Dr. Sever as my dentist for decades. I continue to go to her office for my dental care even though I have re-located along the way and it now takes me an hour or more to travel to the office. (I am not a fan of long drives nor traffic so this should tell you something.) Her office staff are welcoming and supportive, as she is. The feel of the place is cooperative, comfortable and very professional. High standards here. Dr. Sever keeps up with research and development in dentistry. She continues to investigate products and procedures that will deliver the best care to her patients. As an example -- I found at the last visit that the imagery for the x-rays had been changed to digital. This allows for less radiation exposure to the patient. They continue to use the lead protection blanket for even less exposure. And the blanket they routinely use includes a neck covering which is very important protection for the thyroid, and sometimes lacking, even at some well known medical facilities. Again high standards with attention to patient well-being. In addition to general dentistry Dr. Sever made a NTI night bite device for me to help me with headaches related to clenching and grinding and to protect my teeth from erosion and damage from my grinding. The device has served me well, fit well and lasted for a long long time. I have referred people to her for this service alone, even if they are happy with another dentist. I have been going to Dr. Sever and Susan for a few years since I moved to this area. Everyone at the office is incredibly nice. Karen always remembers your face is is so helpful with getting apt times that work for you. Susan is so gentle and thorough with her cleaning. I was even able to convince my husband, who hates getting his teeth cleaned, to go to Susan. Today Dr. Sever removed and older metal retainer I had, did three fillings AND took out my wisdom teeth. I’ve been going to Dr. Sever my entire life and have built up a great relationship over the years. I’ve had plenty of work done (cleanings, fillings, root canals, crowns, etc.) and although the dentist can be unpleasant, I have always had a great dental experience. Dr. Sever and her staff provide professional care, great service and are always very friendly. I’ve needed a few emergency root canals and every time they were able to find time for me to come in and complete the job quickly and easily. I would highly recommend Dr. Sever! I began going to Dr. Sever around a year ago for help with sleep apnea. I had been using a CPAP, which never seemed to work properly. I was fitted with a mouth guard by Dr. Sever and her staff and it has worked very well. I recommend that anyone struggling with a CPAP try the mouth guard route. I have also begun using Dr. Sever as my dentist and she has been great. Aside from the technical competence of Dr. Sever and her staff, they are all very nice and accommodating. Dr Sever has been my dentist for for 20 plus years. She's smart and up to the minute in the field. Her office and techniques are cutting edge and you can tell the staff is happy to be working there. The atmosphere is comfortable and very relaxing.

Was told when I came in that my insurance was taken, it was not. I ended up paying for everything as out of network because a member of the front desk staff lied to me about coverage.This is just unacceptable I wrote a letter explaining the situation and addressed it personally to Dr. Sever, giving her the chance to make things right and she refused to do so. Should you choose to use this provider check independently with your insurance regarding your coverage, you cannot trust them to tell you the truth.
