Be sure to check your medical record after your visit. My mother's medical record was full of errors after the doctor came in and said she had a meeting to go to and couldn't stay. I brought the errors to the attention of the office. They said the doctor and office manager would call and never did. They would not correct her medical record and billed Medicare for the visit.

When you call u can never get a person and if you leave a message they NEVER return calls I am currently looking for a new primary dr as this office is horrible

A few years ago, I was involved in a car accident the same week I had a planned doctor visit with Dr. Abritton for another medical issue. During that visit, I told the doctor about the car accident and asked her to examine me just in case. Dr. Albritton refused saying that if she did then she might have to lose a day at her practice to go to court. When your primary care doctor refuses to examine a patient after they have been involved in a car accident and is only concerned with herself, you need to look for another doctor. If you want to get a quick in and out doctor. This is the place for you. All about numbers. There’s no real care with doctor/ patient relationship. I have experienced this for years and today was icing on the cake. I was running late and was told to still come in. I did, kept driving my 30 minutes to get there. When I arrived I was told it would be an hour wait. I arrived 19 minutes late from my appointment time. However, would have rescheduled my appointment when I told them I was running late. Instead they told me to come in anyways. I have been a loyal patient for years, who is self pay, pays in cash and always on time. It’s been long overdue to separate myself from her practice. Love Dr. Albritton. Very caring and sympathetic. However, as soon as I was called back to be seen, Marissa came out from behind her air conditioned desk and told my 72 year old wife to leave the waiting room and go sit outside in the 97 degree heat on a hot metal bench. There were no other patients in the huge waiting room other than a man in a wheelchair. When I came out and found my wife outside in the heat I was very upset. Where is the consideration for people? Just "doing your job" with no thought for anyone else? My wife had a mask and has had both of her Covid shots. She was just quietly sitting there, waiting for me. As a faith based clinic of the AdventHealth hospital, "Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ", I think someone forgot your mission. Shame on you for unnecessarily putting someone's health at risk just so you could have 3 empty chairs in your waiting room.

I like Dr. Albritton very much. She is understanding and wants to help. Not so much her staff. I left a message on Tuesday and apparently no one saw that it was answered in their computer inbox. It's probably still there. I would have liked at least a return call answering my request. Whoever took the message (I think Marissa but it will show who took the message in the computer) either didn't forward it or whoever it was assigned to did not follow through. My appt was on Thursday and Dr. Albritton took care of my problem then. No thanks to her staff.

Very incompetent staff. My husband has covid, has left several messages for the doctor and she does not return calls. I had to take him to Advent ER, they sent him home with steroids and antibiotics for lung inflammation and infection . He has fever again after completing antibiotics, he left another message message today and she still doesn't return calls. No bedside maners, she is only there to collect money. Run! She has her staff members set up appointments for you to pay and she doesn't tell you anything that's useful. all they want to do is set up appointments for you where they can bill you and nothing is resolved. My daughter has been trying to get help from this doctor because she was seen in an emergency situation, (this is not even her regular doctor) and it's going on nine months now and we're still going back and forth with her. My advice keep looking around because clearly this doctor does not care. Lastly, to whomever is going to read this review and respond to me with an apologetic note, don't waste your time. Sincerely I really don't care Run! Dr Albritton has always been attentive. Due to case load and changes in office staff which I believe is a corporate issue more than the doctor, it is not always easy but they try to accommodate everyone to the best of their abilities. Appreciate the consistent care I’ve received over the past seven years.

Terrible Doctor! Spends no time with you . I made an appointment for a yearly physical and not only did I not get a thorough physical I was charged for two visits. When I refused to pay for second visit I am being harrassed by a collection company. They call my phone ???? Every hour.

We have known Dr Albritton for many years. Over the past year there has been a decline in her patient care and performance as a physician which impacts her patients in a negative way and has a potential to cause harm! I will never recommend this doctor ever again.

My 4 year old was diagnosed with Flu type A by her pediatrician. The pediatrician asked for my husband and I to connect with our primary to have a preventative med called in as we would more than likely get the flu. We called Dr. Albritton’s office 3 times and left messages each time. The voicemail advised we would get a call back by the end of the day. Never happened. We finally got a call the next morning only to be told that Dr. Albritton refused to send in the preventative prescription because she hadn’t seen us in 3 years. We didn’t need a physical or her to tell us what was going to more than likely happen. We needed her to CARE about our health and do the right thing! Best part about this is not only did she demand we come in to be seen, but that was followed by “Oh and we can’t see you until 5 days from now”. A doctor who cares about patients? Absolutely not. My husband and I have used Dr. Albritton for our primary doctor for probably 15 or 20 years However long she has practiced in Z-hill and Dade City. While I think she is a good person, her medical practice has gone down. She use to be so caring & attentive but now I feel while she is talking to me, she is looking to the next patient. She doesn’t seem focused anymore & doesn’t seem to listen. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor this year and was very disappointed with the way she handled this. ????And her staff was sooo rude during all of that. I hate it but I’m changing Primary Doctors. It’s sad because she was an awesome doctor. I wish her the best. Dr. Albritton is very kind and caring and is supported by an excellent staff. It is a very busy office but I always leave feeling like they care about me as an individual. If I ever needed an impromptu appointment or prescriptions refilled we are able to get things scheduled quickly.

She has been my personal physician for 6 years. She is very thorough and takes great care and time with each of her patients. She is proactive in her treatment and listens to me with clear concern. Any issues I have ever had were not with her but the office staff as it has changed quite a bit the last couple years but everyone is striving to do a great job.

Never got to see her due to over scheduling, understaffing-both in office, and medical staff and no emergency appointments for existing patients. Met with office manager, found her full of excuses, overwhelmed, and unsemithetic.

She listens to what you say. She is attentive while you are speaking. She is knowledgeable. In my opinion she is an outstanding Family Doctor. Also the Doctor is very personable and puts you at ease.

The doctor seems pretty good but her staff is rude, this woman Tanya especially seems to constantly be rude and disrespectful. Even when others in the medical profession have called and hace to talk to her. Considering changing doctors due to the staff.

Dr Albritton has served our family for more than 7 years and we all love her! The staff and nurses are fantastic too

Awesome caring doctor!

Finally, I have a primary care physician who listens. She seems very thorough.

SHe put me in some med for a issue I have. A few week later I went back for another issue and she wanted to put me on another med which has serious interactions to the meds I’m already on. Lucky for me I’m proactive in my health and knew what meds will interact with my condition. I went earlier this week and was 10 min later for my appointment and was told I had to re-book another appointment. I’ve to wait as long as 30min on her before. Don’t go to her, unless you have some medical knowledge.

This so called Drs office is not in the business of caring but rather making money. My mother has been treated so poorly by Dr Albritton and her office staff. At first, Albritton would spend less than 5 minutes with my mom at her appts. My mom would get her Medicare bills from her Drs appt and see that the office was charging them $400 for an office visit for less than 5 minutes. My mother had a talk with Abritton and it seemed to get better. Now Albritton’s staff, one person in particular, named Jennifer had the nerve to count how many Non-opioid pills for RLS my mother should have left while my mom was on the phone with her. My mom was requesting a refill to called in and she treated my mom like she was lying about being out of the pills. She also lied. She said she would call my mother back and never did. My mother has progressively become where she can’t walk and she just tuned 60. She has RLS so severely that her leg uncontrollably jerks at night causing her to not be able to sleep. I am in total disbelief that a Drs office can treat their patients like this and there is absolutely no repercussions. The reason why our healthcare is in the position it is, is because of Drs like this who cheat the system and do not care. Not my Docter. And not the rite place. Need to get it rite. Will not use again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Albritton's for over 16 years. There are several items that are very special about Dr. Albritton. She takes her time to listen and find out the best resolution to the problem, or provide referrals if another doctor is needed for further consultation. There is never a long wait to get in to see her, appointments are always made available within 1 or 2 days at the most. She is caring and concerned for each of her patients.

Called this am for an appt with severe sore throat. I am an established patient with the Dr. This is Tuesday. I was told there was no appt till Friday. Friday- seriously. Also last year my husband had an acute UTI and needed care. Again no appt. yet there is a sign out front accepting new patients. Very confused. Why would you want new patients if you can t see the ones you already have. Very disappointed . Always liked the dr and care but something has changedandthisnis unacceptable.

I have used Dr Albritton long enough. She does not listen to what your concerns are nor does she listen to you at all. She has not been a thorough Dr at all. I find her to be a sweet person, however not a very good Dr
