My Dr recently retired so I made an appointment with Dr. Dela cruz not knowing anything about her. I was so happy with my first visit. She was so easy to talk to and knew a lot about everything that was going on with my body. I'm so happy that I chose her to be my new doctor! As always, the staff was great and the office was extremely clean.

It says that she speaks Spanish and Portuguese... thats a lie. She was condescending and the staff rude and heartless. The doctor showed no interest in seeing my sister who has autism. The medical assistant didn't even looked at us as I was giving trying to tell her the reason why we needed see the doctor. She looked at my autistic sister in disgust. Not a good feeling. Dr Delacruz needs to go back to school to learn how to a human being. She is no primary. She only treats patients with no big issues, she only prescribes meds for blood pressure and cholesterol.. very disappointing

I have been seeing her for about 18 months now. She prescribes my pain meds after my neck surgery and for my fibromyalgia. She recently drug tested me to make sure I was taking the meds. The lab ran all the normal drug screening test and when it got to opiates, last on the test, there was not enough urine to complete the test. The results came back with all the test BESIDES the opiates. Under the opiate section it clearly states quantity insufficient to complete test. IT CLEARLY STATES THEY RAN OUT OF URINE SO COULD NOT TEST FOR IT!!!!! She had her "assistant" contact me to tell me that she will no longer see me because I was obviously selling my meds because they didn't come up in the test. Even after printing out the lab results and bringing it to her, she still insist that the test shows I don't have it in my system. AGAIN, IT SAYS ON IT THAT THERE WASNT ENOUGH TO TEST FOR IT! I emailed LabCorp to get that in writing, they confirmed that, Iwill be dropping it off to them on Monday.

Misdiagnosed me causing me to have to go to urgent care for a proper diagnosis. Lied to myself and my wife about said diagnosis claiming the rash I had was not present at that appointment, which it d finitely was since she prescribed me medications at a prior appointment for the same rash. When called out on her medical errors even though provided proof she continued to insult me and call me psychotic. She is cold and rude. Even when given a fair opportunity to correct her mistakes she proceeded to discharge me from the practice and tell me to seek mental help FOR A FUNGAL INFECTION/ thrush/ conjunctivitis/ and pharyngitis that I provided documented proof within 24 hours of being seen by her and another physician at urgent care. Unless you want a doctor whom is clearly not interested in treating her patients with compassion or respect; I’d steer clear.

Does not listen to allow a thorough explanation of anything. Very short and cold. I left there in tears and cried the whole way home. I felt like an animal and was also made to feel like I am not honest. I was cut off every time I tried to explain ANYTHING because she is in such a tight time schedule. Gives you 15 minutes to explain ten years of medical history. She is very timely with her appointments which was the one positive thing I can say. Other than that, I am extremely disappointed and upset over how I was spoken to, spoken AT, and cut off every time I tried to explain ANYTHING. I’m beside myself at the moment... I’ve never been treated like this by a physician. Ever.

I went there with my mother. She needed a new PCP. Dr. Dela Cruz was AWESOME! Funny, witty, thorough, knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. Her Lacey office staff were incredible! Extremely helpful and courteous.

She is fabulous. Takes her time to listen to you, is always respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I trust her implicitly with my care and consider her one of the best physicians I've ever had.

Rude, short, cold, spoke over me. Had no bed side manner or patience. Would not recommend. I left that office in tears. Feeling like an animal.

Dr Dela Cruz was so courteous. She diagnosed me when no one else did. Her office staff was so friendly and helpful. After 5 years in New Jersey I finally found a doctor I could trust

Dr. Dela Cruz is an excellent diagnostician. She listens to me and I need a doctor I can talk to. She's gone from this practice now and I am going to find her. The practice is now under St. Barnabas and I've watched one doctor after the other leave. I do not believe the story I was given.

Very short and rude. When I questioned diagnosis she said 'would you like me to get another doctor to look at it'. Unprofessional. Would never recommend

No time for patients, short and rude. She needs a lesson in how to treat people.
