I just wished I was there when he talked to my wife the way he did ... but that's ok they can frame that 50.00 co pay they got cause it will be the last money of mine he EVER sees

Excellent dr! Top notch! When I was 18 I was injured in a work related accident I had my nose and lips basically cut off. Over 500 stitches later no one can tell. I recommend him to everyone

Dr Neal very professional very knowledgeable cool doctor. i had septoplasty surgery last week i was Nervous before but it was very comfortable all hospital people who helped me they are all very nice & polite His employees at clinic also very professional and nice Today I had followup after surgery When doctor took out something from my nose which is done time of surgery my feelings today i am in heaven. Amazing Dr. couldn’t ask for better. He done my sinus surgery in 1997 and I’ve had to see him on and off ever since and he always remembers me. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Neal is a straight up good Doctor. He makes you feel like you're His only patient. He cares and His staff are Great too. I would recommend Him 100%.

Avoid this office if at all possible. I have seen this ENT (Dr. Neal) twice, once for sleep apnea and once for dizziness. For sleep apnea, he was jovial and dismissive, telling me I didn't look like someone who has it (I do have it). He mostly went on rants about treatment methods he didn't like and did not satisfactorily answer my questions. For the dizziness, he ignored some of the crucial information I shared (that it subsides with steroid use), declared me "a mystery" and ordered a battery of testing. He also refused to issue me a few days more steroids to get me through the wait time between the initial visit and the testing, saying, "It doesn't make sense that they're helping you so I won't give you any more." He then shamed me by standing very close to me, towering over me, and threatening that if I keep taking steroids (I had only been on them for 4 days) I would "need joint replacements by the time I was 46." There was no compassion for the fact that the steroids are the only thing keeping me standing at the moment. I arrived for the test after three days of careful waiting where I was not allowed to use any anti-dizziness medication. I signed in but the receptionist didn't notice, so they didn't call me back for 20 minutes. When they finally called my name they told me the computer needed for the testing had broken that morning and they didn't know when it would be fixed. They did not call me to tell me not to come in, even though they had called me about something else that morning. To top it all off, I was not allowed to drive myself to this test, so I was stranded at the practice before I could be picked up. If you can avoid Harrisonburg ENT, avoid it.

Ruined me. Ruined my life. Ruined my sleep. Have constant sinus issues. Miserable

I've gone to him several times over the last six years. Entirely competent and skilled. Great personality, too.

Dr. Neal and staff are what you want in a doctor's office. No wait time, very thorough, listens and the best part about that is, he hear's you. I always leave feeling up beat and positive. He rubs off on you!! ????

Dr Neal and his entire staff are very caring and compassionate. They are courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Danny to anyone who needs ear, nose and throat care.

Dr.Neal is an amazing guy honestly and he is really great with children! But the staff there is very very rude and disrespectful! I will NOT be going back all because of the front staff women. They definitely need to take some classes on how to deal with the public.

Absolutely amazing Doctor. He listened to me when no other doctor would. He gave me sinus surgery that has changed my quality of life for the better. I could never repay this man for all that he has done for me.

I suffered for way with an all too angry ear infection way too long. I called Harrisinburg ENT in dire need of a consult. I was out of network for my insurance, and they did wonderful making payment arrangements, as well as getting me in within 3.5 hours of my call. I arrived to a very friendly and accommodating front office staff... those girls are amazing. The triage Nurse gave me a "friendly mothers scolding" for forgetting my BP meds, which, to me was wonderful, it showed she cared. When Dr Johnson IV, looked at my ear his description was "that's an angry ear". Within 35 min I had relief from the pressure and a nice shiny drainage tube for my 40th bday. What girl doesn't want bling for the birthday. Dr Johnson was amazing, from the time he walked in until I left. He actually TALKED to myself and my mother and not down to us. I felt welcomed amd comfortable asking questions throughout the procedure and always recieved an answer with a positive attitude. If you need an ENT, I totally recommend this office and Dr Johnson. Dr Neal was great to us. He talks to you, not at you. He listens to what you say and cares. He truly saved my life. He made sure to come in twice to the hospital on a weekend to check on me days after surgery. Not many other Drs. Would do that. If you lay in bed at night wishing you could sleep while your nasal is stopped up again, and otc sprays are not working any more. Come see this man. You will not regret it. Dr Neal was great to us. Doctor Neal is wonderful. Not only did he save me from almost literally choking to death by finding out why I couldn't swallow but he helped my 21 month old with his ears. The eardrops my son needed were to expensive and our insurance didn't cover it. Dr. Neal gave me enough sample bottles to get us through and put me on a payment plan I could afford for my procedure. He has a sense of humor and he listens! Thank you Dr. Neal and staff! Doctor Neal is wonderful. The hispanic lady in the front office was one of the most rude and disrespectful people in the health profession that I have ever met. The doctor didn't answer my questions, and rushed me through the visit and didn't care about my child's health and well being. I would not recommend the doctor or the office. I would try Dr. Alexiou, he's an amazing doctor that cares about his patients and the front desk ladies are super sweet as well.

NEVER! The entire office is so unprofessional. This is coming from a medical professional that knows how busy and difficult the job is. I would NEVER treat my patients the way I was treated. I could go on for hours...just spare yourself a terrible experience and go somewhere else.

The whole staff was prompt and friendly and took such good care of us. We were offered our first appointment the same day we called, and we had no wait at registration, in the exam room or for further tests. Our son has been really sick and I was blown away by how thorough and knowledgeable they were.

Such a kind, personable, knowledgeable provider. So glad to be his patient!
