Was told the results of the EMG would be ready that day. This was a Fri. and by the following Mon. they had not been released to Caroline Barr my NP at the same office. I still have no results or coordination from either office.

All my visits at Dr.Reddick's office have been great the receptionists are warm and friendly, there's not a long waiting period, and Dr. Reddick is very professional and I'm quite pleased with my results. It really means a lot to me how I'm treated when I enter a doctor's office ????

Dr Reddick was very helpful in explaining my condition. I could not have asked for him to be kinder or more through.

Darrian Riddick is extremely intelligent and wow what a wonderful sense of humor. He has great bedside manners as well. Not to mention he literally saved my life. If it wasn’t for him I believe I would not be here today being left untreated as I suffered for years before being referred to him. I can’t thank him enough … no words. I’m speechless. Dr Darian Reddick is Patient, Understanding and good at his job! I've experienced Migraines my entire life, it wasn't until I met Dr Reddick tht I began to get Relief! It's still an uphill battle, but he listens very carefully to your complaint/ issues to give the best Solution/ Care! I would definitely recommend him!!

I had a great visit January 27th with Dr. Reddick. He’s been extremely helpful since I began seeking him in October 2021.

Dr. Reddick is a wonderful doctor who listens to you and really understands what you are going through. He is without a doubt one of the very best doctors I have ever known. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a caring knowledgeable doctor.

I love this place I get treated like it's a home I love how the doctors are sincere and caring and they do their jobs and find out what's going on with you and don't stop until they do

Dr. Reddick is one of the nicest, smartest and has more patience than any other doctor I have ever had.

First visit with Dr Reddick. He’s very pleasant and took his time with my visit. Dr. Reddick listened to my issues and didn’t rush me. Very good consultation.

Dr Reddick spent extra time with me going into details about my condition and how it came about. He then learned how far I had to travel to get to him, so he decided to do testing and evaluation on this visit so I would be able to help him diagnose my problem. He gave me my assignment and a means to get him the feedback he needs.

Dr. Reddick always takes extra time to listen to me and answer questions related to treatment of migraines, and I rely on him for expertise and support for co-current brain health issues. I cannot recommend him highly enough and am thankful I was referred to his care a few years ago.

Takes really good care of you, it's really wonderful to find a doctor that really listens to you. Dr Reddick is one of the best doctors that I have and has helped me a ton. Ascension same Thomas has helped me a lot. Even the video chat it great. Sometimes I can't come down or if I get confused and mixed up a office visit instead of a virtual visit then Dr Reddick was still able to help and fix the problem that day. I love Dr REDDICK! He’s awesome. He listens and is concerned about your problems. Has a great bedside manner. I recommend him highly.

He looks you in the eye when he speaks to you. He is so kind and friendly. My husband and I get Botox for migraines. He really cares about you as his patient. That is very hard to find. I would highly recommend him.

I thought he would do a MRI to see if I had problems

Dr. Reddick is a very kind doctor and excels at giving botox injections. I would refer him to anyone.

Dr. Reddick is a wonderful neurologist. His specialty seems to me to be botox injections, not only for migraines, but for the treatment of many things. There isn't a long waiting time. He and the office staff seem friendly. I have had telehealth visits with him as well. He does those appointments without any problems or issues.

Dr. Reddick seems to really care about his patients. He was easy to talk to and ask questions.

My visits with Dr Reddick are always great. His staff works efficiently. Dr Reddick takes time to listen to my concerns and I leave his office feeling confident I am receiving the best care.

Dr. Reddick is amazing. We were handling a difficult situation with my mom as she was being screened for dementia. He handled my mom with such care and concern. He made her feel comfortable and put her at ease. He was very thorough and I could tell he cared about giving her the best possible care. If I had one criticism to make. It would be the medical staff specifically the front desk receptionist. It took me such a long time to make this appointment and to get into this office. The first appointment I made and showed up to was canceled. I drove 45 minutes and no one from the office bothered to call me and let me that this happened. It was very frustrating. They rescheduled my mom’s appointment and didn’t even call to tell me that. So I wasted my day,took time off of work for this appointment to only be told oh I am sorry I don’t know what happened. I am sorry but that doesn’t cut it. The second time they rescheduled my appointment they texted me a link to confirm the appointment. When I clicked the link it told me my appointment was cancelled. Not again ????????‍♀️. Called they office and they put me back on for that same day and time. Good thing Dr. Reddick made up for the bad experience I was having. Meeting him changed my experience or I would not be giving this place any stars. Wish the rest of the staff could give the attention and care needed to take care of its patients like Dr. Reddick. Dr. Reddick is a first class professional. He made me feel comfortable within the first few minutes of meeting him. He is easy to communicate with and very thorough in his explanation. I highly recommend Dr. Reddick.

Dr.Reddick is simply the Best !! . He takes time to listen, makes ajustments in treatment as needed all with a smile. He has made me feel very comfortable from day one and I recently recommend him to a friend who will see him in the near future.

Can't get anyone to call you back. In a months time I called 6 times leaving messages that it was important to call me. Never heard from anyone in his office

Other the being on the west side of Nashville and being over an hour from me, the visit was great. The doctor and his staff were professional yet personable. Dr Reddick is WONDERFUL! He listens to any questions you have and makes sure he answers and you understand! Love him!

He's not my normal doctor but he got me laughing during my Botox appointment and it went so smoothly. Very happy with my experience

I saw Dr. Reddick after being hospitalized for severe attacks of diffuse muscle weakness, difficulty walking, and difficulty breathing during sleep. He was very rude and dismissive. He suggested I wished I had a disease and said he doubted my breathing issues were as I’d described because I hadn’t gone to the ER every time. He ran some inconclusive tests and told me at my follow-up that as long as I could walk from room to room in my home I was fine, as though that is the picture of optimum health in one’s 20s. I had tears in my eyes as I told him that yes, I could walk from one room to the next, but my symptoms were still very concerning to me. He shook my hand and left the room. I’d spent months waiting for the appt and he spent less than 3 minutes with me. I never saw him again. I have since been diagnosed with Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, Narcolepsy with Cataplexy, and Complex Sleep Apnea.

Dr Reddick has such a pleasant demeanor about him that you feel he's your friend from the first meeting. He asks all the right questions and digs deep to get a good picture of the real problem that might be causing you concern. I would highly recommend him to anyone who could need a neurologist.

Reviewing on behalf of my husband. Did a telemed appointment last year die to COVID. Seemed okay, advised him it was probably allergies or something he is exposed to at work and to monitor. When my husband tried to get ahold of him for worsening symptoms, we could never get anyone to return our call, 3 times. Was referred to another Dr. In his practice since my husband was not getting the care he was seeking. The day of the appointment, right before we were about to make the 1.5 hour trip to Franklin, he received a call that since both doctors are in the same practice, it is a conflict of interest and they cannot see each other's patients, even though he only did 1 telemed and was not helpful after that. He isn't proactive in your care, doesn't listen to your concerns, doesn't disclose full test results, and the office refuses to call you back. I went in with a concern and a couple other issues and he had no regard for my other issues. He did one test on me and and failed to share the full results!! I learned about all the results from his test from another doc he referred me to. From that I was ordered for more testing, a neurologist that cares, and last week received a serious diagnosis that I'll have to manage the rest of my life. My other concerns I talked about to him over a year ago, that he dismissed, are all symptoms. The office manager never called back with multiple messages.
