Dr Link has been my daughter’s doctor since she was born and we think he is great. Yes, the office isn’t great and sometimes we have to wait for him but not always. Dr. Link has been for us, all anyone could ask for in a primary care physician. He is cautious, compassionate, and thorough. He truly cares for us. Important to me, he follows my conditions and needs with all my specialists monitoring me and providing any additional care deemed necessary. He knows what is going with us all the time.

Doctor link is nice but takes for ever to return calls and do paper work seriously thinking about going somewhere else if it keeps happening

Well, I can't say anything about the doctors, because I didn't even make it into their offices. When I opened the door I should have turned around then. There are maybe 15 chairs lined along the wall with a huge open area, old carpet that is torn and patched behind the receptionist and no decor. It just felt dirty and unkept. I felt like I was at a free health clinic rather than at a DuPage Medical Group Facility. I sat for 5 minutes, read all the online reviews and then walked out. This place needs to clean and update it's space to DMG standards. First impressions give you a great clue to the insides and doctors. You'll never see any of the doctors there because you can't get through on the phone line. They supposedly offer a call back feature, but after 2 days, I didn't receive one.

Dr.Link is my children's doctor when he leaves I'm gone. ALL but one of the receptionists here are HORRIBLE to deal with. You think yeah it's just a receptionist, no every time I call they act like I'm bothering them. They speak down to you. Great doctors but they need to retrain their receptionists or clear them out.

Great doctor who truly cares about you as a person!

Our families doctor for 18+ years! He is wonderful.

Dr link is amazing and my daughter loves him!! The receptionists on the other hand , well that's a whole different story

Darryl Link has been my Doctor for almost 20 years now. He has always been extremely pleasant to work with. Great advice and always polite. I would highly recommend.
