Never go here. I went in, got my whole procedure, and paid my bill in full on the day I had it. Nine months later, I got a call from debt collections. I never received any notice, and the outstanding balance was for something they forgot to charge me for while I was there. They went to debt collections over $250, when I had already paid them nearly $2,000, without receiving any notice that they wanted more money on top of the bill I paid on the day of the surgery. The manager was extremely rude when I called, leveraged things from my personal life against me for no reason when I was justifiably upset, and tried to get her little tit for tats in during the conversation, rather than resolving the issue, and did nothing to solve the situation. Dr. Pak was a good doctor and my wisdom teeth surgery went fine and healed well, but at the end of the day there are plenty of good oral surgeons out there. I did call back to apologize for some of my rudeness during my call with the manager, and, for the record, I received no apology in kind for the manager's rudeness to me or for their mishandling of my account, both when they failed to bill me initially and when they sent it to debt collections without trying my phone number or email, both of which were on file. I feel like that's a very unfair way to treat a good customer, and I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. I have a lot more dental work that needs to be done, and I am blessed with the means to pay for it, but I will never return to this office and will encourage anyone looking for dental care to avoid it. I always pay my bills on time, and they completely mishandled this situation and treated me with disdain and rudeness when I did everything they ever asked me to do.

Although Dr. Park is named in the list of the best doctors, two years ago he caused me great suffering and significant harm to my health. He performed the implantation procedure rather carelessly, thereby infecting the operating field. When, on the third day after the operation, my temperature began to rise, and my gums and tongue swelled up so much that even my salivary glands became inflamed, Dr. Pak prescribed antibiotics for me. I have been taking these antibiotics for more than three months. During this time, Dr. Park performed three operations in the oral cavity, he dissected the gums, making extensive incisions. He believed that the infection was not in the implant, but somewhere in the gums. I twice took a break for several days from taking strong antibiotics at his insistence, but each time after that the infection returned with even greater force. Nevertheless, Dr. Park continued to insist that the implantation procedure was carried out by him without errors, that the problem was not in the implant, and insisted that I contact my therapist. He suggested that I had some serious disease, from oncology to systemic infection, and it was the reason of my oral (!) problems. He chose not to notice that all my health problems started immediately after the implant procedure. During one of my last visits to his office, he told me that if I did not get better after another gum cutting operation, then I should go to the emergency care because his staff was tired of my problems and that he no longer had time for me. After such a speech of his, being by that time already 3 months on antibiotics, with an elevated temperature, I had to go to my previous dentist in another state to get advice from him. I drove the car for almost 11 hours. My previous doctor, after taking an X-ray, immediately diagnosed that the implant was infected. He pointed out to Dr. Park the loss of bone mass by as much as 4 mm, which clearly indicated the presence of infection. I had to make the return trip in the same serious condition. Only after this consultation with my former dentist, Dr. Pak agreed to perform the removal of the implant. After the removal of the implant, healing immediately began. However, I was recovering for a very long time. This infection in the oral cavity has aggravated all my previous illnesses that were in remission for many years. In addition, I was not refunded the $2300 that my family spent on the implantation procedure. After such a traumatic experience, I will allow myself to draw the following conclusion: Dr. Pak is good in the technical part of the procedure of implant installation. However, he is completely unfamiliar with human physiology, pathology, anatomy, and does not understand how a doctor should work with a living organism. His operating room is a passageway. There are no sterility conditions in it. His assistants in working medical clothes are completely free to leave the office, go outside, not caring about sterility and hygiene. In general, discipline in his office is at a very low level. In addition, he lacked the medical courage and the ability to admit his own medical mistakes. He was looking for someone to blame for my health problems, thereby denying me timely help. That's why I suffered for so long after the operation he performed. He is a very bad diagnostician, which is absolutely unacceptable for a professional in the field of surgery.

I was made completely comfortable and he and his assistant explained everything be done regarding my tooth extraction. I had absolutely no pain, just brief uncomfortable moments. I highly recommend him!

I don`t understand why two people would take something as simple as getting a pretreatment plan for a tooth implant from my MetLife dental plan and make it so difficult for me. Could it be my age 75 ? I was told by Stephanie,who assists in surgery not to talk to anyone except her or Tracie, who handles insurance.They were never available when I would call or respone to my email toTracie.I found that I could not trust the info that I was given by them.Why trust them with surgery. Mean spirited

Had two wisdom teeth removed. Was able to get in for consultation and then surgery very quickly. The care was very professional. I was quite anxious the day of surgery, but both Dr. Pak and Nicole were very calming. Absolutely no problems after procedure. I would highly recommend.

Had a tooth extraction. Didn’t feel a thing! Highly recommend . Great staff.

I was sent by my dentist to have an infected wisdom tooth removed. I was extremely nervous because I had already eaten not knowing that would make it so I couldn't be put to sleep for the procedure. From the minute I walked in, until I walked out of the door, everyone was extremely kind. Nicole was there to prep me for the removal and was so sweet and really helped calm my nerves. And she answered all of my ridiculous questions in length and when he was time for the procedure, her and Dr. Pak to
