David Bernal

Mom likes the doctor but office staff NEVER answers the phone. She goes weeks with out being able to schedule an appointment because they never answer. Then they put you on hold and forget about you. They need to hire efficient staff that will actually answer the phone.

Took my mom to get checked up after visiting the hospital. He cut me off when I was talking about my concerns in regards to what the ER doctor had told us and then proceeded to yell at me. He ignored my concerns and told me not to worry because everyone has these problems and didn’t even try to help my mom. My mom has been going for years. For the last few years he’s been terrible with keeping appointments, canceling them last minute and ignoring health concerns. He’s on vacation more often than he’s in the office and getting him to see you is difficult, so they just have the nurses send medicine to the pharmacy without even seeing you.

Dr. Bernal is a very empathetic and caring physician. He always tries to make you feel cared for and does not rush you out of the medical center. Doc Bernal still makes house calls for many of his closest patients and athletes that he treats. Great job Doc!

Came here with no appointment, they were very helpful and welcoming, the doctor was amazing g, very professional and knowledgeable, he told me straight out my options and I love that he has the time to chat with patients, nice experience, plus he is bilingual. ...
