A PHYSICIAN RATES BROWN AND STAFF TERRIBLE. He ruined my wife's eye and then blamed her for his poor work. His staff NEVER answer the phone. They NEVER return calls. You have to wait over 90minutes to get a pair of glasses, so people just leave and the staff could care less. After Brown ruined my wife's eye they refused to let her see an eye physician, so she see went to the OD 6 times. She had to yell to get an appointment with an eye surgeon--she still cannot see right after seeing him repeatedly. This is purely a medical MILL meant to make money, who ONLY OFFER JUNK CARE. Find someone else. That is a doctor's order. :) o. .

I have never been treated so badly by any business . My appointment was not in computer. The insurance information was not in their NEW system. The front desk was so uncooperative that I will never go back. They are a business and demand a larger than normal fee.but rudeness and being so uncooperative is not necessary.

Visited Dr. Brown May 18, 2020 and found him very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend this eye professional.

Saw Dr. Brown for cataract surgery in December and have been blind ever since. I was scheduled to see a specialist 6 weeks later. This facility only worries about getting paid.

From the first contact through the cataract surgery to final checkup, everyone at the Eye Centers of Florida did Outstanding Excellent work. Every appointment was fast and friendly and with the experience of Dr. David C. Brown my final results are fantastic. And I will add Dr. Brown's Cataract procedures are a perfect fit for people with past retinal problems.

Outdated technique, dirty overcrowded surgery Center, and inexperienced staff all contribute to this review. Not to mention I see much worse now than I did prior to surgery. This doctor is very old and does not want to invest in modern technology. Read my full review on vitals. Think twice before going to this doctor. Use your gut in the initial examination. Look around. You will see things aren’t right. Unhappy staff who look overworked and underpaid.

Stay away from this guy. He installed a "restore" lens in my right eye. During the surgery, he bursted the capsule in my eye, then took the lens out and installed a "standard" lens after destroying the vision in my eye, charged me for the "restore lens" that he removed, Told me it was the "thief in the night" glaucoma, gave me a pair if free glasses and sent me on my way. Now I have to live for the rest of my life with a right eye that was perfectly healthy and is now just a blur. Think twice.

Dr. Brown gave me perfect sight by performing Lasik. I am so pleased with the results of my procedure and would recommend Dr. Brown as a provider.

Prior to my arrival for my appointment I called the office to see what my out of pocket expenses would be and was told it would be a copay of $10.00. Once there the cost was raised to $49.00. A laser was going to be used to reduce the possibility of Glaucoma. I asked what out of pocket would be. Here is Dr. Brown's repose You shut up I know what I am doing. At which point I walked out of the office. This Doctor is the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. Beware!
