The September of 22 doctor clerk remove date with my teeth, four wisdom teeth and four impacted molars. When he was talking to me and Consulting about what was going to occur. He told me that there was a chance that he would have to patch up a hole in my nose because of one of my wisdom teeth. After my wisdom teeth removed every other month the side where he has stated would have a hole in my nostril, it gets infected constantly. At this point I feel like he completely ignored the whole in my nostril and now I'm in constant pain from blowing my nose. His staff were very nice, and he was nice. But I don't think he's prepared to make mental notes... maybe write down what you need to do to a patient because you definitely miss something and my nose and my face is in constant pain

While Dr. CLARK is fast and excellent, the office staff is extremely rude, miserable, gruff, and belligerent to the point of being unprofessional. The office is overbooked and treat you like cattle. You'll be waiting forever, no matter how punctual you are. At my first, visit, I assumed the staff was just having a bad week. However, two years later, after another procedure, the staff was just as rude and just as unprofessional. I don't expect to be coddled and I know how stressful a busy staff can be. But it is almost as if they resent having to deal with people or do their jobs correctly and with basic courtesy. They apparently don't want my business anymore, so I will not be going back. There are other places well worth your time and expense that will do just as good a job. Horrible experience overall. And this is twice.

The front desk receptionist was miserable and mean. The doctor was yelling outside the exam room and I heard him say the f*@$k word! I couldn't believe it! The doctor yelled at the staff and spoke to them as if they were idiots. Dr. Clark spoke meanly to me and treated me with disrespect. I guess since the doctor is so miserable it trickles down to the ladies on the staff. The guy nurses were nice. Apparently, they handle the doctor's miserable, rude, inappropriate behavior better.

Dr. Clark and his staff are wonderful. I had my first surgery with Anastasia and the whole stafff talked me through the whole process. I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth and they fit me into the schedule quickly. I only had to wait a month and a half, where other oral surgeons would have fit me in just for a conceltation in 3 months. They explained everything I needed to know, and with only one day in recovery and I feel wonderful. I would recommend him to everyone!

My special needs son had an appointment to have his wisdom teeth pulled, he has an issue with anxiety and although he is an adult chronologically he functions as a young teen and needs reassuring. The staff was wonderful. When he was settled in the chair in waltzes "Dr" Clark. He has minimal brusque interaction with the patient, in no way reassuring my son. He went to start the IV & my son jumped, his response was to toss his gloves across the room & storm out yelling "he can go to Geisinger & they can gas him" there is no way I would allow that insensitive butcher touch any of my loved ones My special needs son had an appointment to have his wisdom teeth pulled, he has an issue with anxiety and although he is an adult chronologically he functions as a young teen and needs reassuring. would not recommend this person - I gag on the thought of saying doctor - based on his obvious lack of compassion for the special needs population I witnessed the way he interacted and spoke with my son, as he tossed his gloves across the room and yelled as stormed out of the room like some sort of diva send him to Geisinger and let them gas him because he flinched when this animal went to place an IV in his arm

Cold hearted, rude & insensitive to the special needs population. Too busy being impresses with his certifications on his walls than caring about his patients Would not recommend him to anyone for anything

Office staff was rather rude when I tried to schedule, but the experience was a positive one. The nurses and Dr. Clark were very nice, assuring, and skilled. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs an oral surgeon.

Dr. Clark and his staff were fantastic. I had a wisdom tooth complication over a holiday weekend. Even though I was a brand new patient to Dr. Clark, I was able to get an emergency appointment (based on my regular dentist recommendation) that same day. They were able to schedule a surgery for me in 3 days, and helped me work out a complicated in/out of network insurance situation. The surgery went off without a hitch and I was well on the road to recovery less than 24 hours after the procedure. They are no longer in Scranton, they are in Clark Summit.
