He has fixed everything from my shoulder, wrist, knees and a really bad broken ankle( in 2) places. He is amazing! The staff is the best and very accommodating.

Dr. Coons is an excellent Dr, and I love that he takes time to explain things that I am not familiar with. He gave me choices, and lots of info to support his line of thinking. I appreciated his time and attention!

Dr. Coons is an excellent physician. I had a complete rotator cuff tear repair and frozen shoulder. He was fantastic. The staff has been wonderful, the 3 day nerve block was incredible and I would recommend it. It really decreased my use of pain meds and I was off of them within 5 days post surgery. His office is quick, fast and responsive. I would recommend him to anyone needing a shoulder specialist. Dr. Coons is an excellent physician. Dr. Coons spent time with me explaining my condition regarding my shoulder and the treatment plan that I needed to begin my road to recovery and options that I may need to do to further my care. I would recommend to anyone needing orthopedic care to contact his office, the staff was great to work with.

I have been seeing Dr. Coons since he scoped my left knee in 2010. He did a great job and did not operate on my knee until we explored every option available. He did not push me into surgery as another doctor I had seen suggested. We tried cortisone shots first and when that was not effective we did the surgery. In 2018 I tore my Rotator Cuff and Dr. Coons did the surgery and I have been very satisfied with the results. Always very friendly and always answered my questions. I have never felt rushed when seeing him. I would highly recommend him.

Had a resident see me without asking my permission. His dictation of my visit was not truthful. He was flippant, only answered 1 of my questions, never looked me in the face or gave me any opportunity to discuss other health issues that would impact my suitability for surgery. Never treated me as a person, let alone a patient. I know he is a good surgeon based on a family member's outcome but I have never felt so disrespected. I have been going to this office over 30 years, but will not see this provider again.

Was honest with me and told me my shoulder issue was beyond his level and pointed me in the right direction.

Granted the dr. was a bit behind I waited for almost 30 to 45 minutes extra to see him. But I had a very good experience he seemed very knowledgeable and he was very nice along with the rest of their staff. And the reason why I'm giving him five stars what really impressed me as when I went on to my chart and ask him a question he physically called me back personally to answer my question I've never had a doctor personally call me back just answer my question before so I was impressed with that. He did a total knee replacement. Had to go in for a modification and his office staff and PAs are so great at follow up

In 2013 I seen Dr. Coons for a knee injury caused by a long boarding accident and also from being misdiagnosed and wrongly treated elsewhere. He put me through an MRI and seen I had no ACL left in my knee and both my meniscus' were torn. It was insane that I had been walking on it all that time. Dr. Coons saved my knee and literally made my knee brand new. I recovered in 9 months and was able to play for a college basketball team that I played for, for 2 years. I Definitely recommend him.

My first time seeing Dr Coons for knee pain. I'm 60 years old, and have seen a lot of physicians in my lifetime, both male and female. Some are grouchy, some condescending, some don't listen, some do. Some seem like you are imposing on their time with your visit. Some have been good, some just okay. Dr. Coons is none of these things. He's a genuine person. He went over my condition in detail. It was like being seen by a family member. My only regret is that he can't be my primary physician.

Unprofessional, lost VA paperwork that I handed to him and never had the right information pertaining to my injury! Terrible experience!

Dr. Coons will take as much time with you as you need to answer any questions you may have about what to expect during and after surgery. He genuinely cares about you as a patient and wants the best for you. Have had him for 2 knee surgeries and would not recommend anyone else.

Dr Coons is very professional and down to earth. I feel like he tries every option before he mentions the operate word. I especially how he made me feel at ease as he gave me shots in both knees! Kudos to Dr Coons!!!

Always kind, compassionate treatment. Dr. Coons is the BEST orthopedic surgeon I have ever met. He is very knowledgeable.
