Why is it so difficult to get a response from the Doctor's staff. Everytime I have a question on or need assistance I need to physically go to his office to get anything done. This is not what I expected to do especially when I'm feeling ill Either he needs more help or better help. I would give 0 stars if it would let me. My brother was a patient of his. He was told by this doctor that his UC(ulcer colitis) was one of the worst cases he has seen. Contacted my brother once since his colonoscopy. Nurses and receptionist would say they would call him back never did. He got so sick and developed blood clots. Finally after 5 -6 months after seeing him he was able to get an infusion. Main reason he got that is because he bypassed the dr and went to the infusion center. Sadly it was to late and the blood clots went to his lungs and he passed away. If he would have gotten the infusion and help earlier from this doctor his results may have been different. I hope this doctor reads this and actually helps his other patients in the future so their family doesn’t have to go thru this I would give 0 stars if it would let me. Thank you Doctor Fumo and his staff for the excellent care i received and making me feel safe.

The only time I saw Dr Fumo was at the hospital for my colonoscopy after that no contact with him at all. Thru the years I feel he’s lost personal contact with his patients and now we are only numbers on a chart. The head nurse only called me back when I was upset on my portal otherwise I have talked to her and the receptionist numerous times and they say they will call back and NEVER do. Good doctor! Good bedside manner! Doesnt make you feel nervous or leave ya hanging. Hes a busy man but does his best to communicate with all his patients!

Dr. Bedside manner is excellent as he explains everything in detail. Makes you feel at ease. A pleasure to work with! I wish all Doctor's were as compassionate as Dr. Fumo!

Treated me years ago when Dr Seritella was on vacation. He was wonderful to work with.

Dr Fumo has an excellent bedside manner! Very informative and he basically saved my life! Highly recommended

Excellent Doctor. He was friendly with a very nice out going personality.. Took care of my problem. The care I received was very good and his staff were professional, caring and very good.. Yes I would recommend Dr.Fumo to anyone. Thanks Doctor you are great.. See You Next year.

Just called the office . I would say I'm not impressed with their manners . Just not friendly people .they make it such a huge hassel to schedule a colonoscopy . I called and says my dad at work and asked me to help Him make appointment. I'm told myself and my dad's wife can not help him schedule appointment . How ridiculous is that ? I asked if they can please hold the only appt avail for this coming Monday until my dad can call and they say no . Bad service

My experience with Dr.fumos office was at the office during the procedure was fine,I liked Dr.fumo I trust him with my health care,I had a great experience this time,the first time I didn't get instructed on the procedure enough being a diabetic I felt that the office staff should of spent more time explaining things to me,instead of handing me a piece of paper with instructions on it,and expected me to follow it.the nurse the first time around I felt didn't have the time.
