After 3 years of weekly sessions, I can honestly say he has truly transformed my mental health and overall approach to life. Dr. Gore has been a huge help to myself and my family for years. He is straightforward and gets to the point quickly so there aren’t many hours of wasted time. I highly recommend for marital counseling, family therapy, and substance abuse issues.

I went to Dr Gore for several months, and when I felt it best to move on to see someone better equipped, he contacted my family and illegally shared tons of private information from our sessions to try and get my family to pressure me back into seeing him. I highly recommend Dr. Gore. If you want the best, look no further! In the past I've wasted my time and money with Licensed Clinical Therapists, and even a Psychiatrist all who were on my insurance plan and none of which were terrible helpful. Frustrated and in need of help, I decided to forget about who my insurance covered and just look for the best therapist I could find and thankfully my search took me to the incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, perceptive Dr. Gore. Dr. Gore has a direct, no nonsense approach so your sessions aren't spent wasting time (and money). After each session I leave with at least one or more "ah ha" key learning to take with me to put into practice. I keep a list where I add each key learning to review to ensure I am continually practicing what I learn from our sessions. I have made so much progress with Dr. Gore that I could never had made without him! Let me add he is not someone who coddles you and takes "baby steps" (i.e. Drags therapy out for years and drains your bank account!). He knows what he is doing and how to do it so if you are someone who tends to take forever to get to the point and you start telling all kinds of irrelevant details and will get offended by a therapist who will gently redirect you to stay on topic, then he may not be your guy. If that's you, then spend your money on a bleeding heart therapist who will take your money to let you ramble your time away and take years to resolve your issues. Dr. Gore was highly recommended to me due to his natural ability to quickly facilitate results and healing on many levels. I had tried multiple therapists over the years, but remained stuck and never felt a true fit or real progress until I met Dr. Gore. He has an honest and kind spirit that approaches therapy from a unique and creative place that feels authentic and safe. He is resourceful with many tools and techniques that have guided me, empowered me and helped me to grow and move confidently through layers of stuff. Dr. Gore is genuine and speaks truthfully.
