Dr. Harvey is the best.

He released our mom that was still suicidal. We took her immediately to another hospital where they kept her and actually helped her. Harvey was rude and didn’t take the situation seriously. She had taken an overdose of blood pressure pills. They kept her on a diaper and didn’t try and make her even get up to eat She had been in the hospital three times whe she arrived at Grandview by ambulance. He would not retirn phone calls and when he finally did after I called patient advocate he was rude and said he was discharge her. I begged and said she doesn’t need to leave yest. She had lost over 20 pounds a s was telling is very strange things that I have in video. He was and it and awful dr. He should not ever be in healthcare and I also heard several others complaining when I went to pick up a copy of her medical records. They even state in her records that she still had thoughts of self harm. So glad another hospital listened and took her as soon as we lef tGranadiew. Sadly nobody cared to do anything about his behavior.

He is insensitive, doesn’t care or understand the severity of panic attacks and has been as late as two weeks returning calls for meds I was out of. They have a policy that you can’t call twice about a prescription. Both my pharmacist and insurance company have submitted request for prior authorization on a medic have been out of for two weeks after being told by the office the pa had been called in. I will change doctors. He has no compassion regarding his patients and I have been fully truthful with him, even confessing abusing a drug not prescribed by him. The office is run terribly and yes, I have waited as long as 3 hours to see him, many times.

Dr. Harvey is extremely rude, condescending, and quite frankly, he is in the wrong business! Before I was seated comfortably, he decided I had ADHD because my daughter had supposed that diagnosis! He then wrote a prescription for Adderall, and said he would see me in three months. Each visit was only to write the prescription and nothing more. Harvey is certainly not a "people" person, and I wonder why he chose psychiatry as a career because his main focus in on himself.

Wonderful and compassionate doctor who cares about patients. I’m thankful for him.

Very rude and disrespectful after I dared question why I waited 1 1/2 hours to see him. I am changing psychiatrists. And this isn't the first time I have had to wait at least an hour. Almost every time.

This man should not be allowed To practice medicine in any reputable hospital .He was assigned as my father's psychaiatrist after my father was admitted into Grand View hospital. Dr. Harvey was very condescending cold callous and uncaring. There is no place in medicine for people Like Harvey. To prevent lawsuits and reputational risk and damage Grandview should fire him immediately

This man should not be allowed To practice medicine in any reputable hospital .He was assigned as my father's psychaiatrist after my father was admitted into Grand View hospital post being attacked and assaulted at a local nursing home. Our family was very insistent upon my dad not being return to the nursing home where he had been physically assaulted however doctor Harvey. Doctor Harvey was cold callous unprofessional and mean spirited as it relates to our concerns

Dr. Harvey was rude, insensitive and full of himself. He did not listen to our concerns or seem to care. His response was if we didn't like it we could find another doctor. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Harvey is reckless in treating patients, putting their health in danger. He failed to discuss important information about a dangerous drug and its side effects. Gave an elderly patient at risk, a high dosage with not even waiting a week to see if there would be side effects. Would not discuss medicine or its side effects, when I asked about the black box label he hung upon me. It is certain this is a very cold arrogant, pompous Individual Who does not value the threads of Human life.

Dr. Harvey was extremely rude. As a heart patient, he was disinterested in my medical conditions and report from their office. Dr. Harvey did not have any of my records easily obtained through their practice. He asked me my psychiatric diagnosis. He stopped a medication with no taper. He prescribed another drug I am allergic too and listed on the med list I handed him. Very disinterested in any patient! Spent 5-6 min max with me. He saw 4 patients in 20 minutes.

Was rude, showed no concern whatsoever. Patient in a crisis was worse after speaking with him. He should not be licensed to practise on humans. Horrible person.
