Diane at front desk drench you in the aura of love trust and satisfaction. Chrisina and her soft smile is so natural and sweet that at first glance you will feel that you reached the right place. Clorette the hygienist is the main tool of Alley Pond Dental Art.She is so light handed that you will not feel any of those hard feeling thats are attached with dental cleaning from the day one of dentistry.She cleand my teeth without a single drop of blood no pricking no pain.Dr Hershkowitz's spell of knowledge kindness and trust is there in the staff in the walls in the floor and ceiling in the bricks and mortars. I wish there would have a sixth star in review.

My first time experience here was amazing and very welcoming.! The receptionist Diane was Very kind and Helpful making it a breeze for me. She also sat down with me and went over my insurance plan and finances which was very helpful she was just great! My dental hygienist Colette was awesome and very friendly making me very comfortable during the whole visit ! she’s very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything that was going on. she also gave me great recommendations on how to upkeep when out or when I’m home. Very professional i’m very satisfied thank you ???? Dr. Hershkowitz And his staff is definitely a 5 star dentistry and made me feel like family I’ll definitely be coming back and I’ll be also referring people because this is the type of service we all deserve thank you all

Today, 1/16/2023, another great experience at Dr. David Hershkowitz dental office. I needed an old crown changed. After an easy and fast appointment, at the office I got the usual friendly welcome from the receptionist, the sweet friendly helpful assistant Christina to the always smiling friendly professional and extremely knowledgeable doctor Hershkowitz. I promise I hardly felt the Novocain shot in my gum, the crown was down fast, the tooth was treated promptly and now two hours later after the numbness is gone I have no pain ???? My family and I are very lucky to have him our family dentist, me for the third year now, my daughter just started. We wish him, his family and to everyone who works at the office including our hygienist Clorette all the best in the new year and big THANK YOU ????????

This month, February 2021, has been a year since I started my dental work with Dr. Hershkowitz. My new crowns are amazing, my gums are so much healthier and guess what ? no more sleepless nights of fear the day before the dentist appointment (:(:(: The doctor is gentle, professional, knowledgeable and funny. My husband and I were visiting from out of town so neither of us were familiar with dentists in the area nor did my mother-in-law have a regular dentist for us to call. Now I can't say if Dr Hershkowitz is the best dentist in New York , I wouldn't know , but I can say that there is no dentist better . He's not only a great dentist but he also a true artist . I don't want to bore people with my dental history or dental jargon but I will say that with the help of laminates and table tops Dr Hershkowitz has fixed several broken and chipped teeth of mime through the years and I couldn't be happier . Just went for my first visit yesterday. The staff was extremely good at explaining how all the x-rays and other procedures worked, what they were looking at, and how we were going to make my teeth and gums healthier. I have more visits scheduled and am confident in the hands of Dr. Hershkowitz and the rest of his team.

I cracked a tooth during the pandemic and after suffering for 2 weeks I couldn’t take it anymore. I found Dr. Hershkowitz because my regular dentist was closed. Long story short I had a lot of issues and needing a tooth removed, due to my previous dentists horrible work ...but! Dr.Hershkowitz walked me through everything step-by-step on what needs to be done (very very detailed and knowledgeable) He relieved me of my pain and stress & reassured me that everything will be okay. He bills Insurance for work that was never done, then laughs it off as a mistake after he has collected thousands of dollars in Insurance fraud. I am frankly shocked he has any positive reviews. I went to Dr. David complaining about a single tooth that causes me a bad taste and breath and -instead of treating that single tooth- he replaced 6 crowns including that tooth's crown. Later on turned out that the problem is not addressed so I went to a new dentist who informed me that the tooth I am complaining about has infection and needs a root canal re-treatment. I would have saved a lot of money if Dr.David fixed a single root canal instead of replacing 6 crowns or at least referred me to an Endodontist!!! Even worse he did a root canal for another tooth that was not successful and now has infection too so now I have to pay for two root canals re-treatment in full -some 16 hundreds for each- because retreatment is not covered by the insurance. In regards to your response below, I agree that you were taking the appropriate steps Only to make the most money by deceiving your patient into unnecessary work. And for that I will make sure to hold you responsible for malpractice. Dr. Hershowmkovitz is a great dentist. I had a cavity in a hard to reach place My previous dentist said it was impossible to fill so he would have to pull the tooth and the one beneith it. Dr. Hershkovitz saw it and filled the cavity with ease. Thanks to Dr. Hershkovitz it wasn't necessary to pull the teeth. AWESOME!

Very Professional. He took the time to explain what was going on with my teeth in detail and exactly what follow up treatment i needed. The office manager was very pleasant and efficient.

I have been coming to see Dr. Hershkowitz for well over a decade. Him and his team are great! Always punctual and a pleasure to be around. They're honest, and always give plenty of information and suggestions for all possible treatments. I would refer them for the smallest to largest procedures!

In April of 2015, I fell broke my foot and 6 teeth. My leg has healed; but the embarrassment of my smile and fear of the dentist became worse. Finally, I met Dr. David Hershkowitz! He and his amazing staff did not make me feel self conscious and gave me the strength to take the first step. Dr. Hershkowitz is a true professional with is extremely gentle. He had his staff, Diane, Jen, Shannon and Melissa spend the time you need to feel like you are part of the family. I would highly recommend him for you and your family. I am lucky enough to say I've been a patient of Dr. Hershkowitz since late 2013, and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist. Not only is he an experienced dental surgeon, he is a remarkably honest and decent guy. These are the qualities to look for when entrusting your dental care to someone, I lucked out Over the past 2-3 years I have been treated by Dr. Hershkowitz numerous times for a wide range of dental issues, which have included fillings, root canals, an extraction, dental bridge implant etc. I needed a lot of work. I personally think my teeth are unrecognizable from when we met. It's hard to describe how much healthier I feel, or how good it feels to be able to smile without feeling embarrassed. I can honestly say I have never felt any pain and I could not be more grateful of the results of his work, which is ongoing. If you are a nervous patient (or not), or have been putting off going, I would recommend calling Dr. Hershkowitz. I've had a few not-so-good visits to the dentist in the past and I can honestly say they were night and day compared to visiting David. He always takes time to communicate what he is doing, has a story to tell, or cracks jokes when he can tell I'm nervous. It is humbling to see someone who truly cares about their patients and shows that care in the quality of their work and attention to every detail.
