Fantastic

He is worth the wait.

He is an excellent doctor. He stays up to date on medical techiques and developments. He is well worth the wait to see him. He takes his time making sure all your concerns are met and you get the tests you need. Excellent care for the past 20 years.

The complaints about running on time are true to an extent. However, when he sees you, he will spend just as much time with you as the other patients before you. I’ve seen many Docs for conditions and he is the most thorough Doc I’ve ever seen or gone to. He’s also a professor with OSU medical and I believe that’ a factor why he runs behind. He’s in “teaching mode.” He's very big on patient education. Very detailed! He will stay in your room and explain everything with you. To call this doctor a quack because he can run very behind, is ridiculous. He is far from it! I’ve had to wait for long periods before, and even had to leave a couple times. But, I will say I’m fine waiting and would never leave his office for that. When you find a great Doc, you don’t let it go. The best things come to those who wait. If I could give zero stars I would..This man does not give a damn about his patients..He double and tripple books every day..I haven't been able to be seen the last 4 times I went because he was between 2 and 3 hours behind..How can you even keep patients when you do this every day..Even his own staff have told me I would be better off using a different Dr. because of his punctuality , or lack there of, and lack of caring for his patients..A total quack !!My patience has finally worn thin, and it's now time to find a primary care provider that actually cares !! Dr. KaGeorge is what every medical professional should strive to be by ensure that your issue is addressed in it's entirety and you're not left with any questions. This is what causes his appointment to unfortunately run late. The patient has his undivided attention. What I would like to see is that he would allow his patients to call in to check in for their appointment when the office staff knows that he in running an hour or more behind. Doctor Kageorge is the best doctor hands down. He is worth the wait. Most doctors treat you like a number and it's a continuous revolving door. He takes the time to get to the bottom of each issue. The mother who was upset..I wish her luck finding any doctor who is half as good as Dr. Kageorge.

Jenn Mischel's post prompted me to write this. Dr. David KaGeorge is easily the best doctor in Columbus and neighboring cities, if not the best in the state. Yes, his appointments do run over, it's unfortunate you were not informed. The reason they run over is because once you're in the room with him, the patient has his undivided attention. He will move mountains to ensure that your issue is addressed in it's entirety and you're not left with any questions. He is not a factory like I've experienced with every other doctor; where you're in for 10 minutes, 'here's your script, did I answer all your questions, good day'. I Value This Doctor-Client Relationship! I have been a patient of Dr. Kageorge's for years now, and I will honestly say, without a doubt, his is the most honest, sincere and thorough care I have ever received from a Primary Care Physician. Noting reviews that cite long wait times, I won't disparage these ... can the wait sometimes be long? Yes. However, Dr. Kageorge takes appropriate time with each and every patient, rather than servicing by the clock. I have never been concerned when waiting to be seen, as I know he is providing the same level of service to others that I will also receive ... I'll have his undivided attention, our interactions won't be rushed, and we will work therough that appointment's purposes together; because of this, we have built a strong physician-patient rapport. His advice and care as I have worked though simple issues such as sinus infections and flus, to far more serious conditions has not just been thorough, it's been genuine, empathetic and legitimate "care", which is exactly what I want in a Primary Care Physician. Absolutly the Best Family doctor anyone could ask for. So very knowledgeable on all medical issues. Been with Dr. Kageorge for 30+ years. Yes, you may have a wait time for he cares about ALL his Patients. Thank you sir for all the good you do for each & everyone of your patients. You are a 5+ Doctor.

He has been my family doctor for years. He listens and answers all my questions and concerns. I never feel rushed. I trust my whole family to his care.

Arrived 20 mins early for my daughters 11am appt today. We sat in the lobby waiting til 1120. Then i asked if the Dr would be seeing my daughter soon , the receptionist told me that Dr kageorge runs late everyday and was still seeing his 10am appt. Not one word was mentioned to us as we checked in or waited on the lobby. If there is a daily pattern of running behind maybe appts should be scheduled further apart or communicate with the patients and their families. Very frustrating and rude. I am a medical professional and this is not acceptable way to run a practice. We will be transferring our families medical care. Arrived 20 mins early for my daughters 11am appt today. My husband & I have gone to Dr. Kageorge since we were first married 32 years ago; all four of our children have gone to him as children & into adulthood. He is excellent. Knowledgeable. He takes time to explain what is needed at each and every visit. In an experienced manner & in a caring one, he is dedicated and devoted to the service of helping his patients. We feel blessed to have him in our lives and are elated that he is with OSU Wexner Medical Center in New Albany now.

My 83 year old mother is diabetic, he spent a great deal of time (40 min) discussing issues, her medications and potential issues with depression. Excellent service and appropriate treatment.
