Doctor Kerr is an excellent physician. The issue I have is with his staff. Their process of calling initial prescriptions in is severely lacking. The nurse who handles this failed to call in my prescriptions until the next day after 3 messages were left and then did not call in all of them. She never called me to tell me if there was a problem or that she forgot to phone them in. Not very professional when you are in pain.

Had apt with him and very prompt and knowledgeable...Nurse & staff very friendly ,new blg & offices...state of the art and clean...Highly recommend!
