Amazing staff ♥️ Dr. Kreiger is awesome

If someone asked me to recommend them a dermatologist it would definitely be Inna Gitelman. She is very professional and gives really helpful advice that actually works! I am beyond satisfied and would definitely go see her again if I have any other issues or questions.

The perfect place for people who crave paper forms, repetitive questions, and condescension. When I turned up with a rashes on three different parts of my body at the same time, my primary care doc asked me to get a skin biopsy to help determine if any kind of inflammation was present. She suspected that I might have an autoimmune disorder (based on some other recent symptoms) and was hoping that a skin biopsy might add another piece to the puzzle. After calling Westchester Center for Dermatology, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they took my insurance and they could see me right away. My enthusiasm was short-lived. After filling out paper forms (who still uses those?) with my medical history, current medications, and the reason for my visit, I was seen by a medical assistant who proceeded to ask me all the same questions I had put on the paperwork. After I got into a gown, the PA, Inna Gitelmann, came in and asked me why I was there. I explained that my internist wanted a biopsy of my rashes to help determine if I had an autoimmune issue. She immediately looked at me like I was some kind of nut and said that they normally don’t do biopsies for simple rashes. I explained in more detail about my recent symptoms and offered to call my primary care doc so she could speak with them. She heard me speak to the staff there and ask for a call back from the office PA to confirm what I was saying. While we were waiting for the call back, she began asking about my symptoms, medications, and history. It became immediately apparent that she had not bothered to read my chart before the visit. She took a quick look at the rashes on two of the three places I had them and declared that one of them was fungal, and the other was contact dermatitis. I explained again that my primary doc was thinking that some kind of autoimmune disorder had triggered the rashes to occur at the same time. She dismissed this again and began to explain the causes and treatments of contact dermatitis and fungal rashes. When I asked if she was refusing to do the biopsy, she finally told me that she would “do it if I really wanted to make me happy.” I said yes, since the prospect of going to another dermatologist seemed like a waste of time. She brought in an assistant, did the biopsy and told me they would call me with the results in 10 days. My primary care doc called back about 5 minutes after I left, and was horrified to hear about my experience. I called to make an appointment and was accommodated the same week. No long hold times or annoying promos. Front desk staff was so professional and courteous! Office was clean and I was in and out. I received my medication with no problem. Will definitely recommend and be back.

They don’t follow up with patients. Require you to pay before you can even speak to a doctor. And haven’t been officially diagnosed after years of visits. I have been told for years that my phone number on file is incorrect. And ever visit I ask to verify the number. They constantly lie and have excuses versus to acknowledge a mistake or apology. I was not able to speak with the doctor and forced to come in for an appointment in order to speak with a doctor for a follow up that was unnecessary. Further, the notes my doctor conveyed to the administrative staff regarding my diagnosis were never communicated to me.

Yes. Five stars for. Dr. David Kreigel and his amazing staff. They’re All super professional and caring. They called in my script for tretinoid right away. I came in for the office for the first time and I will not go anywhere else. I came in For BOTOX and wow. Didn’t hurt. Looks great. No bruises. He went super slow and had me wrinkle my brow to make sure it was done perfectly. Also he let me sit in the office with the ice and came back to check on me twice! It’s not about the money. He is very very caring and professional. I would recommend this DR. over any cosmetic spa. Super clean also. His nurse was also super nice. We have just returned from our visit with Donna Dennis P.A. and it was wonderful. The office is very efficient and friendly. The doctor is very attentive and eager to help. The procedure was quick and painless. We highly recommend the practice and look forward to returning in the near future.

So, one day I noted a very looking " suspicious" area and I instanly panicked. I called the dermatologist I've been to before in the past but they had nothing till August and even though I explained to them that " I was nervous etc etc" nothing. I started my search and had no luck getting an immediate appt until I hit this office. Not only was the receptionist nice she understood my fears and even though the original appt given to me was for like 2 days later, she said if anyone cancelled she would call me, and she sure did. I got an appt for the next day. Next day, I get there and I had the most sweetest, knowledgeable and understanding P.A. Her name is Donna, and not only was she sweet she eased my mind in a few ways. She has gentle hands too. The nurses were great too. I got a script for something else and my insurance didn't cover it but I called the office ( as Donna said) and they referred me to another pharmacy. Please pay attention to their insurance policy requirements. When you call they don’t discuss whether you need a referral or not. Then when you get there, they surprise you by telling you that you need a referral. Then you get the referral, make another appointment and find out that the referring doctor needs to log it on the insurance website. It is very frustrating to visit this dermatologist, not sure if they are doing this to indirectly reject some insurance, so you can pay out of pocket ☹️. Also, the receptionists don’t seem to care much, as all they say is ok, ok, ok. So please, since gatekeeping is very important, this place was a total turn-off, and I had to take my business to another dermatologist that was more welcoming and friendly. Absolutely SUPERB quality, care and service!

Highly recommended! I have suffered for two years from an auto immune disease, Lichen Planus, that attacks the skin. PA Inna Gitelman has brought me back to the land of the living! Did not have to wait for an appointment and staff was helpful and friendly.

If you value your time, I’d recommend going elsewhere. I waited 45 minutes for an appointment for my 3 year old and didn’t even make it past the waiting room.

I was recently treated for eczema, a persistent problem that I had for years without much success. I was seen by PA Inna Gitelman and had amazing success with her recommendations as well as treatment regimen. Every detail from scheduling the appointment to checking in, being seen, and having a biopsy was handled with professionalism and kindness. I saw PA Inna Gitelman, and she clearly diagnosed the problem. She did a thorough exam, and I have never had such a detailed total body skin check before. My husband will be seeing her as well.

The doctor is focusing on the patient other than making money. I have very good experience there. My mother is visiting us with no insurance coverage. The doctor tried everything to bring our cost down. Highly recommend this place.

She listened to what I had to say & my history and then examined me. She was able to diagnose my issue, provide immediate treatment & go over ongoing treatment. Very nice office. Staff was very helpful and nice and I was able to see the doctor quickly. I felt very comfortable and I was able to get the right treatment for the skin problem I was having. Really nice area and street meter parking is available close by. I asked the receptionist and she said the local police do go around looking for parking tickets to give, so make sure you bring enough change (you can use quarters-15 min., dimes-6 min., and nickels-3 min.). There is a parking area about two blocks away where you can park for up to two hours for $2. The parking closer is limited to 30 minutes, I think. The Scarsdale metro-north station is also close by. I had a great experience here. I try to avoid doctor's offices as I have 'catastrophic' insurance which covers basically nothing and I get more nervous about the bill then anything else. But that was not the case here. The staff was really knowledgeable and caring and walked me through exactly how much everything would cost, even the lab fees. When I finally got the bill, it was what I expected, no surprises. The doctor was super thorough. If/when I have good insurance again, I plan to go here regularly for check-ups. Over the years I've been to see Dr.Rappaport on numerous occasions for his extensive cosmetic laser expertise. My 3 other family members have also used his Dermatology services for their issues that arise from time to time. I've always found him to be (most important) "very knowledgable" and he also has a pleasant bedside manor. My Wife always mentions to me after her visits how friendly his staff was. I've always felt very comfortable under his care with his probable 30+ years of experience. And I can speak from experience as over the years I've had too many unhappy experiences with some of our other local MD's that I've seen for other medical issues. The Med professionals put me at ease which is no small matter as I'm prone to fainting when Med'l matters are discussed. If you want a full body scan, then specify that when making the ressie as they'll reserve more time for your appt. 4 hour parking lot a couple blocks north.

My experience being treated by Dr. David Kriegel, M.D. was worth more than 5 stars. The office staff was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I didn't have to wait long to be called into an examination room and also didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Kriegel. Most importantly he addressed all my issues despite saying he might not have time to address them all (this was my first time to a dermatologist so I had a list). He was attentative and receptive unlike most doctors who cut you off and keep to a schedule so they can hit the golf course on time. Had a great experience at a doctor's office! I needed to see someone quickly, and was able to get a prompt appointment with Inna Gitelman, and was seen on time. I have known Dr Kriegel as his patient for over 20 years. He has always been terrific - in diagnosing my dermatological issues, treating them and performing MOHS surgery when necessary. Gorgeous modern office. The medical assistant was so nice and sweet. I was nervous and embarrassed to show Dr. Kriegel a rash I had on my stomach,but he was very kind and professional...I appreciated it.

My first Moh's surgery on my right cheek was performed on March 10th, 2010 & on January 20th, 2015, Dr. Kriegel performed Moh's surgery on my eyelid. What a wonderful experience because even though I looked like The Walking Dead after Dr. Robert Schultz completed my plastic surgery, it was a huge success! After 9 months of massaging my eyelid area & following Dr. Kriegels medical advice, along with routine visits to Dr. Schultz, I am once again a happy camper. He & Dr. Schultz mentioned it would be a slow recovery time& within the year a small, tiny scar would be the only memory. Little did I realize that this would heal in less time than anticipated because they are 1 trillion percent correct. It looks AMAZING! My family & friends remark how SENSATIONAL I LOOK!!! Dr. David Kriegel & Dr. Robert Schultz are the MAGNIFICENT DUO!!!! I feel blessed to have Dr. Kriegel as my dermatologist & now he is treating my 1 triplet daughter with a minor skin blemish. I went to Allison Santhouse PA 5 weeks ago for the Fraxel laser treatment. As an over 50-year old woman, I had sun spots, acne scars, some actinic keratosis and uneven skin tone. Allison and her assistant Danielle were very attentive and supportive. Numbing cream was applied to my face and left to sink in for an hour. The laser treatment itself, I have to admit, was still somewhat painful. However the good news is that Allison was very expert and confident and the laser treatment was basically over in about 6 minutes. I was very red and sore for the first 48 hours, but that was alleviated by Tylenol and frequent applications of ice packs and moisturizing creams. By the 3rd day I was less red and had a lot of peeling. The most prominent overall results I noticed are improved skin texture and tone, with sun spots fading by about 40%. Dr Kriegel is an excellent surgeon and a very nice person, easy to talk with and reassuring. I had the MOHS procedure on a small BCC on my nose. The surgery was painless and amazingly quickly done, even with two passes over the area to make sure all the little nasty cells were removed. The area healed back up just fine. If you need skin surgery on your face or other sensitive area, Dr Kriegel is definitely the MD to see! Dr Kriegel is an excellent surgeon and a very nice person, easy to talk with and reassuring. Very long waiting times, unecessary procedures (recommended a lot of mole removals) and bad stitching job leaving me with horrible scars. Stay Away!

I have seen Dr. Kriegel for the past six years receiving Mohs surgery for skin cancer. His skill is at a very high level and the office is very well run. I recommend his office regularly to friend and colleagues.
