Did anyone else have a stentrode put in while under sedation or anything along the lines of neurological issues

Everyone is super friendly from front desk to Dr. Minto himself! He listened to my fears and concerns and addressed them to help me feel comfortable with my upcoming procedure.

From booking the appointment all the way to the consultation with dentist it was an easy process. The staff are friendly, the waiting room is very clean and decorated cozy. Plenty of parking and easy to find on Google maps.

Entire staff very professional! Dr Minto explained all needed procedures very clearly and answered all questions.

Dr. Minto and his staff were very personable and thorough. My son had his wisdom teeth out a year ago and now it’s my daughters turn. Love the atmosphere. Everything is top class. He does a great job of making you feel comfortable and educated us about the surgery ahead.

They did an amazing job with my impacted wisdom tooth removal! Very kind and professional staff!

Dr. Minto and his nurse are a joy to see. Both are very professional and personable. It’s nice to have medical professionals who take time to learn your case.

Speaking on behalf of my nephew: Today’s first time visiting Dr. Minito’s office was a great experience. My surgeon was Dr. Fisher. He was very thorough with explaining the procedure. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was very impressed with Dr. Fisher and recommend his service.

Positively a great consultation. The assistant surgeon explained the process using a model, and clarified the safety cautions and healing process. Dr. Minto thoroughly examined my situation and confirmed that I could move forward with a remedy. Other staff in the Ins department and scheduling were very nice and accommodating.

Wonderful work and an extremely friendly staff. Dr. Minto even called the evening after my surgery to check and make sure I was alright! I was very nervous and they were professional and kind and put my mind at ease. Wonderful results too! (Wisdom teeth removal)

Never had anesthesia or any type of surgery. Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out. Was super nervous, but now I know there wasn’t anything to worry about. Didn’t get to thank Dr. Minto personally (Atleast I don’t remember) but he did a quick job and I left with zero pain. The assistants were super chill and did a great job too.

Outstanding! Dr. Minto did surgery on our 17 year old daughter who had impacted wisdom teeth. From the first visit till the surgery and follow up I was very impressed. The doctor is very professional. Excellent at what he does. No question about skills here. After care check is amazing. Two of my children have been here four extractions. Trust him completely. Staff is amazing as well.

Dr. Minto is the most amazing oral surgeon. I’ve had to have 2 different surgeries done by him in the last 3 years. Both times were amazing experiences. The first surgery I was absolutely terrified to be put under. Dr. Minto was so caring and understanding about everything. He let me play my favorite music for the surgery. I felt like I was truly cared about throughout the entire process. The second surgery went extremely well. Dr. Minto made me feel so at ease with everything. I was sent home with some delicious ice cream and a phone call later in the evening from Dr. Minto checking to see how I was doing. Dr. Minto explained what his plan was to extract 2 wisdom teeth for my husband. He expressed his concerns about damaging the nerve in his jaw. After We got home and my husband started to wake up after a while and has perfect feeling! My husband was also nervous but Dr. Minto done an awesome job! Great experience still in pain but the staff and the doctor are very caring they understand.

I am TERRIFIED of the dentist so getting all 3 wisdom teeth extracted was nerve wracking. However, showing up to my appointment everything was on time so less anticipation in the waiting room. Every nurse was sweet to me and patient. Dr.Minto played Beyonce to help my nerves. I had a tricky time getting the IV started, we tried 3 sites before they finally found a good vein (Next time I will remember to drink plenty water to make it easier on them). Before the IV I got nitrous gas and freeze sprayed. Hardly felt the IV and when I woke up I was in the car almost back to Gulfshores. I wish I could get put to sleep for all my dental needs and return on back. Thanks Dr.Minto for getting these teeth out and making this a pleasant experience for me to share! Awesome group of people! Dr. Minto has the best bedside manner and the in room staff was super nice and comforting. Had 2 teeth removed with minimal issues and no pain. Definitely recommend them for any dental work!!

I had an emergency tooth issue. The staff was able to get me in on a cancelation. Dr. Minto was so great at doing everything he could to take care of my issue. I was also happy to hear that I could have general anesthesia to get through the procedure. Dr. Minto took care of my within 2 hours. I am a real scaredy cat when it comes to dentist but I was so comfortable and no pain. The follow up was great and Dr. Minto called to check on me that afternoon. I have been very impressed with Dr. Minto and his staff. I lost a tooth and needed to start the implant process while visiting family in the area. They explained the process and options to me and the care I received was outstanding. They have the latest technology in their office to make the process as painless as possible. The office is conveniently located with plenty of parking and shade. If you have to go through oral surgery, I highly recommend Dr. Minto. I have been very impressed with Dr. Minto and his staff. This is the best experience I think I have ever had with ANY dentist/doctor/surgeon/medical professional period. I had my lower wisdom teeth removed and it went very well. The staff is friendly and they really care. I would recommend anyone who needs even the most extensive oral surgical work to go meet with Dr Minto, he is a great guy!!

I had my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday, and the staff was absolutely AMAZING! They were so sweet and gentle while putting down with anesthesia. I am on day 2 of recovery and I’m feeling amazing, I’m in no pain yall! The best part is that Dr Minto called personally to see how I was doing and reassured me that my oral surgery went smoothly. I just had my wisdom teeth removed as well as one more tooth. Even though they put me to sleep normally I’ll feel things in my sleep but I didn’t feel anything. While I’m recovering he called to check on me and my brother to make sure we was doing fine

During this crazy pandemic of COVID-19, I had a tooth break off and create major problems in my mouth. I called several dentists, only to be told they’re closed. This office, however, not only called me back a few times, they got me in as soon as possible, and fixed my problem. The staff and the Doctor were so very kind. A month ago I got both of my bottom wisdom teeth pulled & I was put to sleep. The healing process was painless I did not use any of my pain pills. I have no soreness/gum damage, no infections occurred because of the post op take home instructions. I’m so glad he decided to take me in during the covid 19 because I was extremely uncomfortable & aggravated with the swelling & soreness that I had. My teeth were growing half way under my gums. He was so nice to me, I had never been under before so he explained everything to me & even complimented my teeth lol I feel so much better now. Great staff, Great facility. I had two severely decayed teeth resulting from impacted molars that required surgery for removal. The dentist and assistants are very thorough in explaining procedures, surgery, post-op recovery and potential complications. I was given the option of a general or local anaesthetic and the surgery itself went very smoothly. Of course, all of this is very expensive without insurance but that is the case everywhere. We are from out of town and are here visiting for the month of December. I had a back molar I knew had been cracked for some time but had been able to baby it and get by, until 2 weeks ago. My tooth became immensely painful with swelling to my ear and under my chin. I called Dr Minto’s office and they got me in for a consult that afternoon. The next day I was back in his office to have the tooth extracted. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of the entire staff, the quality of work and bedside manner. I am horrified of the dentist. Dr Minto immediately put me at ease. He administered conscious sedation and removed the tooth without me feeling or being aware of a thing. When I woke the relief was immediate. I was sent home on antibiotics and a strong anti inflammatory. I only took the anti inflammatory for a couple of days. My recovery has been painless and without issue. I am so appreciative of the care I received by Dr Minto and his staff. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you. Pulled a wisdom tooth for my husband, quickly, no pain.. if in need would be right back.. he even called and checked on him that night.. great facility.

Caring and responsive staff! Clean office- and an amazing Doctor! Don’t go anywhere else! You will not be disappointed! I keep asking Dr. Minto to handle all my dental needs... cleanings, fillings etc.... this is a great office!

My son (age7) needed emergency work done and Dr. Minto used his lunch break to fix a mistake another surgeon did. He was the kindest man to my son and did a great job with him. The whole staff took care of us from the moment we walked in the doors until we left. I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Minto and his staff are great, friendly and verly clean office. I had 3 teeth pulled which one was broken to the gum line. I swear he was done within 30-45 minutes with minimal pain. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Minto and his staff provide excellent service. I had two molars extracted using just local numbing for the procedure. The extractions were pain free thanks to Dr. Minto's expertise. Dr. Minto is an incredible character with a true charismatic nature. As someone whom has been in his chair, and someone whom knows him personally, I can't speak any higher of him.

In March of 2018, I had Dr Minto remove a #14 upper left molar which had a bad cavity and was prone to breaking. He did it with local jaw numbing and skillfully pulled the tooth with no pain. His assistant was very helpful also. He gave me a pain prescription and detailed instructions on recovery, which I followed and had no problems in it healing in a few days. I took my daughter to see Dr Minto in March for her 3rd molar extractions. Her appt was at 9am on a Monday and we were back home by 11am! She bounced right back later that week. Dr Minto is very personable and is a very skilled surgeon. She was nervous and he was very kind and understanding so with a personalized treatment plan of sedation he was able to remove her wisdom teeth with zero complications before, during, nor after.
