He saved my child’s life! Most wonderful doctor in the world!

I’ll start by saying that my youngest son sees nine different specialists at Childrens so we have seen our fair share of Drs. We saw Dr. Molter for our oldest son today and I will say that he has the best bedside manner of any Dr. we have worked with. He put my son immediately at ease and included him in his assessment. He kept things fun and light hearted even though my son was nervous about having his nose scoped. As a healthcare professional myself, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Molter.

Old ENT retired - so when looking for a new one- I thought Childrens was the place to go. This mans lack of social skills was obvious from the get go. Walked in the room, explained to me that my old ENT was wrong and my son couldn’t possible have what his records say. Hasn’t examined my son. Then he leaves the room. Comes back in, and I ask him to examine my son. Then the backtracking begins. Guess what? My son actually has the condition. But he now leaves the exam room again. 30 minutes go by and by the time he comes back tells me we need some tests and possibly surgery for this condition he clearly told me at the beginning of the appt that my son couldn’t possibly have. After calling multiple times to schedule said tests over a 2 week period, still no office notes had been dictated on my sons visit. This man had the nerve to call me and “walk him through my recollection of the visit to assist him in accurately dictating his notes”. Are you kidding me?

My son had over 20 surgeries with Dr. Molter, he is fantastic. Always had the answers and very down to earth. This Doctor has done so much for the St. Louis area. Thank you for all you do.

He was very rude. He made fun of me because I recorded a video of my son sleeping because I have been worried about sleep apnea. He then said there was something wrong with my son because he was scared and didn't eat good at home. Hes 4 years old!!! He had shots the week before and was scared he was getting them again. I will never go there again and will never recommend him to anyone.

Excellent bedside manor and very thorough!

My daughter is 7 years old. We had a consult with him and I was very pleased. My daughter was at complete ease because of his friendly bedside manner. He included her in the consult, asking her questions and speaking to her at an age appropriate level. He answered every question that I had and surgery was scheduled within 3 weeks. I am more than pleased with his bedside manner as well as professionalism.
