Professional indeed ,empathic, kind and caring was everyone at this office. I was in a medical emergency and was referred to Dr Mueller for 2 oral surgeries previous, days before each other that went wrong by another Dr .1st one was perforated sinus cavity now severely infected and pain so badly and swelling lymnodes were swollen in neck,around my ears. They were concerned about the situation and took care of me.I can say enough of how they made me feel .They care about the helpless and that's rare in this day and age! Thank you Dr.M. His office staff was rude when I called with questions if they had my records and xrays. I pretty sure it's the woman who runs his appointments. I'm glad I cancelled the consult for oral surgery.

He is the most UNHELPFUL doctor I have EVER been to in my life. If I could give this zero stars I would. When having discomfort and pain, he would say everything is fine. He was also terrible at explaining my treatment plan. I also had my x-rays done in a literal closet. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor!!

I genuinely should’ve never came to this office. This is worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Huge lack of care for my treatment for my TMJ. I had to fight with him about fixing my guard which he messed up because he still insisted nothing was wrong. Finally they got me an appointment and had to shave it down because of how wrong it was when I first got it. I also got my X-rays done in a literal closet. In the later part of my treatment when I told him I was in pain he said there was nothing wrong and dismissed my discomfort and didn’t even have me in the chair for five minutes. He said to call when I needed adjustments which I did and he still didn’t fix my guard after it hadn’t been adjusted for three months. They are very rude and unprofessional. The whole staff is one of a kind! Very informative & professional. Any dentistry needs I have will be with them!

I went to Dr Mueller to have teeth extracted 7 of them to be precise. I found Dr. Mueller to be very professional. He removed them and I never felt any pain. He was very kind and so was his staff. I was really nervous when iI went but left feeling at ease. The ladies at he front desk were so polite. Would I go back to this Doctor again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever . Dr Mueller is not friendly at all and I had a tooth pulled last week went back because I have having trouble and he said nothing was wrong and now my jaw is swollen and my eye is swollen shut. I will not be see him again and would never in my life recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Mueller did an absolutely phenomenal job at correcting my jaw. I don't think I could have found a better surgeon, staff, or overall experience. 10/10, would do jaw surgery again.

Beware! I visited Dr. David Mueller for a consultation regarding TMJ. I had never seen this doctor before in my life, and I only saw him for 1 visit/consult. Be careful and beware...this doctor will let you think he can treat your TMJ with a specially designed night guard that only he can produce. Dr. Mueller performed 3 difficult surgeries on my TMJ. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. I highly recommend his work!

My experience at Dr.Mueller's office was exceptional. The customer service and the clerks were awesome also professional. Dr.Mueller was also very great at his job. The wait was never long and my procedure came out looking as good as new. Whenever my time comes again I will gladly visit dr.Mueller's office.

I've found Dr. Mueller to be professional, informative, and courteous. At no point did I feel uncomfortable asking questions. I also felt that before as well as after my procedure that I had a clear understanding and comprehension of what was to take place. I'm thoroughly pleased with the results!

We were seeing Dr. Mueller for my minor daughter's TMJ and Wisdom teeth extraction. He and his staff were inappropriate and rude on several of our visits. My daughter was uncomfortable with them and asked to have me in the room for the evaluations but they refused and decided to perform their exam without a parent present. His staff made very unprofessional comments to my daughter. Then to top it off, they did x-rays without letting me know it wasn't covered even though I asked in advance.
