Dr. David Keith Naibert JR.

I highly recommend this doctor for pain management needs. It's obvious to me Dr. Naibert is highly knowledgable and has years of experience with the treatment of pain . Because of a rise in opiate abuse and deaths associated with their use there are a ton of rules and regulations --requirements which I found hard to follow , confusing and difficult. He took time with me so I could understand that having opiates was a "privilege " , strict rules needed to be followed, and if broken I would lose my privilege .He has helped me through two bouts of acute pain as I waited for surgery - when the surgeons would not prescribe me anything until after surgery ( even though I had severe pain every day). He also promised to get me off the drugs after surgery and working together we did that. I've never felt rushed and when I was struggling he took time and listened and explained. I have a contract to follow as he treats me for chronic pain. I am definitely blessed to have him on my care team !

He's a dishonest unprofessional crook, commits insurance fraud.

Dr Naibert has been my doctor for 10+ years. I am very thankful that I was referred to him. He's tough but fair, and cares about his patients. I've recommended him to others before, and continue to do so.

His shaming mechanism and our Medicaid left us asking for an advance of $300 a visit on a family’s credit card. I have severe trouble after seeing other pain Docs. This is not acceptable and it creates desperation on the day you are out of medicine. I’m not referring to people addiction, but he fabricated and relies on unscientific treatment and methods. There is a subset of pain patients that have tried everything prior to opioids. I nearly went bankrupt after no prescription modalities but after 10 years as a climber, skier... I was left in bed until I received pain management and achieved nearly as much as I had hoped for. I support a humane titration schedule and believe we need better minds in all avenues of this discussion. Please don’t stand silent, we need all voices. Many in the medical community have not experienced chronic pain as do physical laborers. Please see your gift as what it is. Don’t turn your backs on the rest of us.

Well, I have to say that Doctor Naibert and Mary treated me very well and I would recommend either one to be seen. However, their billing department sucked, which I hope is fixed now. The problem I had is that they switched to a new billing place, which I could never get a hold of or receive a call back after I have left a lot of messages. About 2-3 weeks later I heard from their new billing department. I wanted to make payment arrangements and offered to pay $100 a month since I am on SSD and a very low fixed income. They said no, Doctor Naibert will only accept $200 a month because he wants the debt paid off in six months. I explained there was no way I could afford $200 a month but can work something out to try and afford $100. I was told, well find a way to pay $200 a month and call us back. i tried to explain to the woman that there was no way for me to do this. She said, well try and work out a way and call us back, then she hung up on me, now I am in collections.

He is a likable Dr. , Easy to talk to. I’ve been going to him and Mary for over 5 years and have been helped and doing fine. They did have trouble with office staff, but have all new staff now that is terrific.

Thank you Dr. Naibert! I have had chronic pain for a long time and seen many doctors over the years. It is difficult to find a good pain management physician. I am so delighted I can now be treated with respect and by a professional knowledgable about medications and just what I need to get on with life.

Dr. Naibert and Mary Weber are the best around. I was abandoned when my previous pain doctor lost his license and I feel so blessed that I found Lake Washington Pain Management. These guys are very caring, knowledgeable, and responsible! They seem confident to continue to handle chronic pain patients when it seems the rest of the medical industry is treating us like outcasts.

He has no understanding of REAL chronic pain. He is of no use for anyone with long-term, debilitating chronic pain. STAY AWAY unless you have minor pain issues.

I have never in my lifetime experienced a more unprofessional Dr, then Naibert!I since the beginning, he has treated me like some kind of drug addict and that I knew nothing. He is extremely condescending, disrespectful and never listens to a word I say. Even when I'm trying to talk about my problem he wants to lecture me for an hour and a half about addiction. He was very uninterested in anything I said, He has a God complex and called me a liar. ALSO talked smack about my PCP. Shame on you!!!

The neurologist who was prescribing my pain medication asked all his pain patients to find new doctors. I got a referral to Dr. Naibert. After making me give a urine sample and sign a ridiculous contract he lectured me for 1.5 hours about pain medicine and addiction. He did not let me say a word. Made me feel like an addict and a worthless human being. I have been in pain for 16 years and have never taken any medication that wasn't prescribed to me. He did not care. This man has no compassion.

The staff is rude. I have never seen a pain specialist before & have little experience with these types of clinics.The DR threatens to kick you off when you question his staff's professionalism. I have a chronic pain and am tired of the narcotics my surgeons and primary care DR prescribe so I am seeking help to get my life back. If I was after more drugs I would stay with the DR.'s who will prescribe narcotics. If you do not want to be treated like an addict choose another understanding clinic

I finally found a Dr., and ARNP that I totally feel safe with. They know and understand about my painful disorder, the ups and downs of it, and work with me, keeping my pain alleviated as much as possible. I feel they care about me,and that's a big change from the past clinic! I am completely satisfied with the quality of care I receive here. The entire office is helpful, and friendly.
