Dr. David Pan

Long story short, about 6 years ago, Mr. Pan basically ruined my eyesight. He was non-caring, and became defensive, rude when I'd ask him questions. I'd never recommend him. Not only did he impact me negatively physically, but this has also affected my mental aspect.

Dr Pan was the one who diagnosed my macular degeneration some 10 years ago. He has been able to explain my issues with me, provided injections, and answers all questions thoroughly as my condition changes. He has an impressive background and education. I live in Lincoln but am attempting to see where he has relocated in hopes that I can continue under his care. I would highly recommend him.

He listens to me...always asks if I have questions...his eye injections have become almost pain-free.

My father has been Dr. Pan's patient for years. Dad can still read at age 90 because of Dr. Pan's persistent treatment of macular degeneration. I am very pleased & satisfied with the care my father receives.

He wasted a lot of our time. several hours waiting to see either Dr Pan or to get tests done.

Dr. Pan has been caring for my eyes, including extensive laser treatment of a retinal tear. He is careful and thorough, and he explains my condition and treatment very well.

I have never been so disappointed. I recently had two surgeries for retinal detachment- The first one to operate the retina and put oil in my eyes. And the second one to remove the oil when the retina was attached. I can write a whole book on how I was not "always" told the whole truth about how my eyes are going to be treated. I was in there for a surprise and was never in total understanding of what is happening with my eye.

He provided 2 treatments for macular degeneration, both of which were very painful with 12 hours of burning pain following the procedures. I told Dr. Pan this on my second visit, but his response was to give me Novocaine becaue I asked about it. He did nothing to further evaluate my pain. When I called his office about the pain, the response from his staff was you will feel better tomorrow. This was an innadequate response. I expected staff to consult with Dr. Pan and someone get back to me.
