Very thorough, extremely competent and accessible to address any questions and concerns. They provide a friendly atmosphere and seem to really care about their patients’ physical, mental, and emotional well being. Dr Pearce and his group are excellent!!!!!

Overall, I would rate my experience at WTBJ as excellent. I had a very short waiting time until I was seen and the staff was friendly and courteous. Although I think my surgeon was 5 star, his bedside manner left much to be desired.

Dr.Pearce is a wonderful doctor and makes you feel at ease. Explains everything and answers your questions and explains them to you.He takes time with you. A very caring and wonderful doctor.I know I am in good hands with Dr.Pearce and his staff. Patricia is also great she makes you feel at ease and explains things so pleasant and nice. Russell is also great. Everyone at the clinic was great.Dr .Pearce comes very highly recommended and I can why.they are great.I would recommend Dr.Pearce.

All of the staff was professional, pleasant & super helpful. They make you feel very welcome. Dr. Pearce was as expected…great at his job! He took the time to explain everything, gave the facts & now I have a plan to get my health back on track.

I did not see the doctor until nearly 2 hours after my appointment time despite having arrived 30 minutes early. Also, I was told in no uncertain terms that my weight was the problem, not rheumatoid arthritis. The doctor did, however, provide me with some tramadol. I will be seeking another orthopedist, as my previous orthopedists had no problems doing my other joint replacements. I was told 5 years ago the joint in question needed replacement, and this doctor told me it was not needed. I’ve had both knees and one hip replaced already. I think I know when a joint needs replacing. Won’t be returning here.

This is the best place I have came to and had surgery. The staff and the doctor was amazing. Very friendly and took pride in their job. I felt at home. Thank you for taking great care of me Dr. Pearce. 5 star people in my book.

Well educated and smart. Experienced. Fortunate to have someone of his caliber in this area. Honest and straightforward. Change your emotional diaper? No. Highly recommend !!!

Kind, professional staff, overall excellent experience

I have had the privilege to work with Dr. Pearce on two occasions. He and his staff treated me like family but very professional in their work and bedside manner. I broke my Tibia bone in 2019. I healed very well with no pain as of yet. He and Russ were always very encouraging which kept me very optimistic in my healing. I recently had total knee replacement on February 2022. This is week 2 and I am already walking with no support very little pain; the PT he recommended is spot on and very helpful. Both situations were very different but the care and work was the same. I would encourage you to talk to Dr Pearce if you have any bone or joint issues; he will always be truthful and trust worthy in his advise and above all a very good physician.

I LOVE COMING TO THE OFFICE. HE IS A GREAT DOCTOR THAT DOES NOT SUGAR COAT ANYTHING. HE LETS YOU KNOW UP FRONT ABOUT EVERYTHING. AND GIVES HIS HONEST OPINION ON THE ISSUE. GREAT STAFF AND I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING.

I received a shot in my knee. It didnt hurt as bad as it has other times. Good news that the exray of my hip was good .

Yes I highly recommend Dr Pearce-he listened and is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable -and after being seen by 3 other doctors with having no help with my pain -I am much better with one visit! He also took care of my elderly Mom who broke her hip -it was also a very good experience with a great outcome!

Dr. Pearce and Patricia have always taken great care of me. Thy are the absolute best!!

Dr Pearce is personable, gentle, and gives expert treatment. His assistants are great too.

Excellent care from Dr. Pearce and his staff. All my questions were adequately answered. Dr. Pearce recommended Physical Therapy. WTBJ PT staff was amazing. Highly recommend WTBJ.

Dr . Pearce is always a delight. We’ve had many contacts with him over several years. He’s thorough and we trust him. Only thing boo on the negative side was that we waited just short of 2 hours before we finally saw him.

Dr pierce always takes the time to talk and explain. Russell very helpful and made me feel comfortable and showed concern for my situation

I went in with thumb pain. They xrayed my hand and he examined it. He then said I had 3 options: daily pills for inflammation, a shot in the thumb or surgery. I didn't want surgery so we opted for the shot. It's only been one day, but is already noticeably better.

Dr Pearce is very personal and caring and an outstanding Ortho!

I was sent to Dr Pierce by an ER physician. I found him to be thorough, personable and he listened to me! His staff was very efficient and made me feel cared for and valued as a patient. Thank you!

Dr. Pearce is a caring, thorough physician. He replaced my knee 10 years ago and I still cannot tell the difference in it and my other knee when walking or kneeling. Very professional. I would highly recommend Dr, Pearce.

Dr. Pearce repaired my right knee. I am only a month out of surgery and went hiking (cautiously) in NC with my family. He explained everything very well before and after surgery. Every appointment went very quickly. If I or anyone in my family ever need an Ortho Dr. Pearce is who they will see.

Doctor Pearce is a GREAT doctor. I tore my Right Knee ACL/Meniscus back in 2014 when I was a Basketball player for Union University at the time. Dr. Pearce had did my surgery then and he did an AMAZING job. I’ve had NO problems with my Knee ever since. This time I hurt my Left Knee playing pick up basketball with a few ladies. I instantly wanted Dr. Pearce. I didn’t care how long it look and what location I had to drive to. I was willing to drive to Union city if it took that to get him back. I’m so thankful for him. Dr Pearce has been treating me for two fractured bones in my foot for a month. I have been highly pleased with his care. I am an 81 year old female with whom he never seemed in a hurry but took the time to explain all of his procedures and answered all the questions I had. I love his sense of humor but found him to be serious when he needed to be to encourage me to follow his orders. I think he is an outstanding doctor, whom I give a top notch rating, and I highly recommend him.

Awful did nothing for me but PT. PT did a recommedation to him and he told me they basically did not know what they were talking about.

Dr. Pearce is one of the friendliest physicians I know. He has been taking care of me during the past few years and I could not be happier. He continues to provide quality and compassionate care. I appreciate all his efforts and trust his advice.

Would not recommend this doctor. Has no beside manner, especially when dealing with older patients. He is blunt, bordering on cruelty.

Dr. Pearce took great care of my son after a soccer injury, the PT department was very good as well. Now he's back and enjoying the game again.
