Excellent bedside manner! Polite, personable; took the time to answer my questions. Made a scary experience less so.

I have been dealing with low back injury/pain for 18 yrs. using All therapies/surgeries (even med. marijuana/No help w/pain). Used oral Opiods which help give me a livable life until gov’t involvement to reduce/remove for treatment. I had a Neuro Stimulator implant and did not help w/pain, then had an Infusion Pain Pump implant(6weeks lay in bed w/spinal leak headaches)at Wellspan. I then developed chronic side effects from morphine pump: R/L leg/foot edema & histamine sinus/head congestion w/residual headaches from spinal leak. I was referred to Dr. Polin by Lancaster Neuroscience and he has been very helpful trying to resolve my health issues and found his experience/training very good.

My visit with Dr. Polin was worth the time it took to be tested. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the many topics we discussed while being tested.

Dr. Poking explained the procedure well which was appreciated, as I was quite nervous.

Great! Although a very busy doctor he took the time to explain everything so I could understand.

I found Dr. Polin to be very personable. He really helped me to relax as I was anxious not knowing what to expect. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who would need his service.

Dr. Polin was professional, yet was able to generate conversation to relieve any apprehension I had regarding my procedure. He explained everything and proceeded in a calm and unrushed manner. When he was finished testing, he discussed the results with me and gave me options I could do.

Dr. Polin was patient, caring and very interesting to talk with serving an important distraction during this test. When I met with my primay care physician for the follow up test results I stated how impressed I was with Dr. Polin. My physician agreed totally saying he sends all his patients who need neurological testing to Dr. Polin. Not only is Dr. Polin pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and patient his reports to primary care doctors are highly detailed, comprehensive and appreciated. Patients and doctors appreciate his talents and dedication.

I was seen last week and the appointment was very patient friendly. Dr. Polin is kind and genuine in manner. The test was performed quickly and efficiently and the results will be sent to my primary care physician. I would not hesitate to reccomend this office as well as Dr. Polin. Was turned away for not being able to pay hundreds of dollars when I walked in. I was never told to come with that kind of money

I had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Polin for a nerve study. I had high anxiety about the test, but he was very kind and not only walked me through each step, he kept me talking about other things to try to keep my mind off of the process. Wonderful doctor, would highly recommend!

I had the most horrible experience of my life here! My arm has been numb for almost 4 mths. My doctors office scheduled me with this EMG Group for a nerve study. No one ever contacted me to tell me I would have to pay out of pocket or put on a credit card (which I do not have) my estimate amount before ever being seen. My insurance company is a preferred provider with LGH and even called to ensure payment would be made. They still refused to see me without a credit card being charged $488.38!!!

Dr. Polin is a wonderful doctor. He is very patient with his patients. I was under his care and I would recommend him to everyone
