He is an excellent surgeon .He operated on my left foot on 5/32022.the outcome was great.

Waited over an hour to be seen. Would not recommend seeing this doctor

The very worst dr. I have ever been to. He was arrogant, rude, condescending and ill tempered. He was very unprofessional. He asked me if I had any medical conditions. I have many severe and serious illnesses. I told him approx. 3 of them, and he rudely told me to stop. He asked about family history, I began explaining and told him why I was concerned about my severely swollen leg. Abruptly, he bellowed I was talking over him (I was not). He made a sarcastic bark like noise, and left the room. I waited a long while. Too long. I then went to the staff desk. I asked when he was coming back to the room with me. They said he WASN'T coming back. I can't believe a dr. acted this way and that the staff left me in the exam room and never told me the visit was over. I did not want to see this doctor. My cardiologist sent me to him as I had a mass in my leg, and possible clogged arteries. He was so abusive to me, I left, and cried. No doctor should mentally abuse a patient to tears. That man didn't know me, or the many medical problems I had, my PTSD and depression. He has no patience and should retire. I left with no diagnosis, referral, or anything. I AM REPORTING HIM TO MEDICARE, and the NJ Medical board. I had to go to another doctor for blood clots in my leg arteries. Stay away from this quack. He didn't care about my health. The staff was rude and would have left me in the exam room for who knows how long. Doctor yells, then barks out of the room! Who does that? I've been to hundreds of doctors for cancer, heart disease, shoulder and knee replacements and a host of other specialist. None have treated me this way. He better not bill my insurance company, that would be insurance fraud as he did nothing but look at my leg. He is a horrible doctor.

I needed Dr. Richmand’s experience & expertise TWICE within two years. While many will feel that he is unfriendly or short with them, I submit that what they are seeing is a consummate craftsman who doesn’t like bs sessions or talking about the weather. Be prepared for that and you will be very pleased with the outcome of your procedure(s) with him. I was/am. If you want the desired result, engage this man and his talent!

Awful experience in his office. I didn't sign in because there was another patient at the small window blocking access to the clipboard. I sat down and just forgot about it. I sat by the window for an hour...there was no one else in the office. Not one employee asked me what i was waiting for and finally i got up and asked why my appt. was so late. It was because I didn't sigh in. I was furious and told them that it was stupid of them not to ask me. Richmond told me to never come back...which I had decided before that. What a nasty office staff and Doctor. A total waste of my time. Find another group for your needs.

Very poor experience. Very long wait time with very little time spent with his patients. He acted like a surgeon and spoke condescending to me and his staff. Did not spend the time to listen to my concerns or explain things clearly. Will be switching doctors.
