Wonderful staff at the office. A very friendly atmosphere.

I’ve been with this Dental office for many years. It feels like family. All staff and the providers are warm and welcoming and I truly know that I’m getting the best quality service each time I go.

My family has been patients of Dr Rossen for over 20 years. My expectation is 20 more. We have moved from The Colony 10 years ago but have never considered changing dentists. Everyone who walks thru their door receives excellent dental care with no condemnation if your home care could be better, its all about where you go from here. No problem to big, no problem to small. The genuiness of Dr Rossen and team has to be the secret sauce. The latest dental technology delivered with friendliness and care for each and every patient. Have always enjoyed coming in for cleanings. Molly is just great and love her attention to detail!!! She’s always very careful with my teeth’s sensitivity.Love Molly!!!! If I can be completely honest. Today the vibe of the office felt rushed. Everyone seemed hurried. I have not seen or felt that in past appts. I was very disappointed that the office was out of mini toothpaste. Sorry it sounds crazy to mention but since you’re asking. Last 2 times I’ve been in you were out of Sensodyne but never toothpaste all together- thought that was strange. Have always enjoyed coming in for cleanings. This is an amazing dental office that stays on time with appointments. Up to date with technology and able to make porcelain crowns the same day as your appointment.

Dr. Rossen is an exceptional dentist and even more his staff is professional and make sure you are being taken care of: in and out of the office. This office is always on time and they are eager to help accommodate you to make sure you are able to get your treatment completed in a timely matter. His staff is well established and extremely knowledgeable about the world of dentistry and have your best interest in mind. I drive from Garland to see Dr. R and Molly to get my cleanings each year. I have not had a bad visit in the 8 years I've been seeing Dr. Rossen. Dr. Rossen and his staff are the people you want taking care of you if you're hesitant about going to the dentist!!! They are very friendly, very professional, and have a great way of making you feel comfortable in the chair. They also do an excellent job of educating you, which shows me that they are not only knowledgeable and confident in the work that they do but also that they care about the experience of the patient. Update: I would suggest staying away from this practice. The dentist himself is great as well as the assistants but the front office is awful. They do not verify your benefits for you, even though they collect the information. Pretty odd to me as every other dentist/doctor etc. verified my benefits prior to scheduling an appointment. They did not inform me I was out of network and I got stuck with a nearly $3000 bill from them- which they were 'generous' enough to knock $100 off. If you go here, verify your own benefits instead of allowing the incompetent billing staff to do so. From the front office staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist himself- this place was wonderful! I am always apprehensive about the dentist, and the staff really did their best to put me at ease. Happy to have finally found a long term dentist practice I can trust! I really liked Dr. Rossen & his staff until I had some crowns done. They gave me my estimate & I paid my out of pocket costs without complaint. After the work was done it turns out that even though they accept my insurance, they’re not in network for the services they provided. When I asked about the bill at my most recent visit they said “oh yeah your insurance never covers anything”. Why would they provide an estimate for the services showing what insurance would supposedly pay if they knew the service they provided was out of network? That’s pretty shady & deceiving. When I mentioned that they said they accept my insurance, they said that they accept all PPOs but are only in network with a few of them. It really sucks because I did enjoy my visits to the office, Dr. Rossen is super nice & I loved his dental hygienists. I just don’t appreciate being lied to. ???? I've been going to Dr. Rossen for at least 2 years. Plain & simple, he's been a fantastic doctor for me. Not just him, but his entire staff. They replaced a $150 night-guard for me after it wasn't correctly sealed/bonded on one side (started to come apart), no questions asked. I have a permanent retainer in my mouth and it broke during the July holiday weekend. I made the mistake of going to Five-Star Dental in The Colony to have it repaired on the fly. They tried to give me some BS excuse about how I had all these cavities (obviously just wanting that insurance money). After getting a second opinion from Dr. Rossen, he assured me that they (Five-Star Dental) were pretty much all wrong in their 'diagnosis'. My family and I all go to Dr Rossen's dental practice. I was recently there and had a great experience. The entire staff was very pleasant, helpful and did a great job!

I drive almost an hour each way just to see Dr. Rossen. He and his staff provide such excellent care for my teeth and general health, I would not think of seeing anyone else. They are outstanding.

As a former patient of Dr Rossen, I return to this practice to find a very Patient Friendly Staff, amazing Technology on-hand to assess my needs timely and Dr Rossen who is very thorough, explaining a plan to get my teeth back to being healthy. I highly recommend Dr Rossen and his fine Staff. JD

I broke a tooth and drove in from Mississippi for my appointment. I had an exam and x-rays. Then, Dr. Rossen used his high tech machine and made the replacement crown while I waited. This whole process took about an hour. It was a perfect fit! No gooey molding material, no sending to a lab, no coming back in a week or two! I was finished and on my way! My first experience here was amazing. The hygienist Holly was gentle and very aware of what she was doing. She was very in tune with my needs the entire appointment. When you meet David it feels like you've always known him! He was down to earth and wasn't trying to recommend services I did not need.
