My 7 year old daughter had to have 4 teeth extracted in preparation for braces. I thought that they would put her to sleep for the procedure but instead just used laughing gas. Dr. Roth kept yelling at her when she wouldn't calm down after deadening her teeth about 10 different places. They told her this would be the 'worst' of it. Then they started to pull the teeth and she because hysterical. Instead of stopping and trying to calm her down he just whipped her head around so he could pull her teeth and then stood up and walked out of the room without saying anything when he was done. I'm definitely looking for a new dentist after this. Especially when they are supposed to be considered 'pediatric'!!

I am very upset with the care for my little 4 year old -Dr. Roth was very rough, obviously frustrated with her, and continued on with the procedure, when it was terrifying and painful for her. We came home with not only fillings, but with markings on her chin, throat and face from his hands/gloves handling her so rough. If the child is hysterical and won't calm down, then abandon the procedure instead of insisting it is finished. Worst experience EVER. This was so insanely TRAMATIC for my 4 year old - and all for what???
