I needed a surgeon to see me and Dr. Scott was great. I had been in pain for months and after the surgery the pain that I had been experiencing from arthritis and a worn out partial was gone! Dr. Scott was efficient and took me on as a patient and scheduled surgery quickly. I would come back for any other issues for his care.

Just had my 2nd total hip replacement by David Scott. I can't say enough wonderful things about him and his staff. He has a great bedside manner and shows that he cares about his patients. Dr. David Scott has performed a total knee replacement sugery on my left knee, a partial replacement on my right knee, and a revision total replacment on my right knee. Throughout 3 surgeries he has been an excellent physician; he is never rushed, answers questions, and is very positive. The quality of care I received at OSC has been exceptional, and my surgeries and recovery have been uneventfuI, the best result. I am very glad that I left my home town for these procedures. I can't recommend Dr. David Scott high enough. 5 stars!

Most awesome Dr and staff!

Thorough, very professional team, experience at the surgery center was amazing. They assign a nurse to you & she’s yours for the duration. Was in & back out of the center in 6.5 hours. Follow up after 6 weeks was great. Highly recommend Dr Scott & his team at OSC.

Far exceeded my expectations. After 3 weeks I was on the treadmill and taking stairs. At 5 weeks, walking with no pain 2 miles a day. Surgery could not have gone better and PT at the Doctors office is a must. The PT team was in daily/weekly consult with the Doctor and pushed me right to my limits every visit and ensured I was on track. The at home “tools” were a key. I would HIGHLY Recommend Dr Scott and his entire team.

Clear directions pre-op as well as post op! I was excited that the physical therapy was in house. I had a pre-op visit with the physical therapy team and everything was scheduled and ready to begin after surgery! Everything from beginning, to surgery, to post op was well planned, prepared and communicated. Dr Scott & his team arranged for the ice machine, the continuous motion machine before the surgery date. They also had all of my meds prescribed & ready so I understood everything BEFORE the post surgery fog! I am back to hiking, long walks with my pups, paddle boarding in the summertime! Playing with the grandkids and all my activities are pain free! Grateful & pleased!!

Dr Scott listened intently to my initial complaints and did some treatment with medication injections. When this didn’t take care of the entire problem he ordered a diagnostic injection which showed a non emergency hip replacement was in order. I totally understood his explanation. I chose to have the hip replacement several months later. The procedure and after care was excellent. I am very pleased with the experience I had with this provider. He listens and explains thoroughly.

I am two years out of having both hips done within a five week period and in August I completed a 6.6 mile hike in to Sperry Chalet at Glacier National Park, a very strenuous hike carrying a 25 pound backpack. Dr David Scott replaced both of my knees and my right hip. So you can guess I was and am very very satisfied with the services from him and his staff. He not only did excellent operations but he did periodic follow up visits out to one year. My left hip was replaced first, by another surgeon and although I was satisfied with his work too he only saw me one time after his surgery. The one follow up visit was 10 days after surgery to remove the staples. That’s it! However, the reason I sought out Dr Scott, the first surgeon (the one who replaced my left hip) did not offer any advice on physical therapy either. And when I tried to talk with his team members about my needs I found them rude and uncooperative. With Dr Scott’s team he not only did appropriate follow up but he has physical therapy services right there. It’s part of the services he provides. The PT’s are familiar with the operations he does and that’s all they do, so they are good at what they do. No, they are great at what they do. I am now one year from my knee operations and I can hardly tell the difference from my original healthy knees of years past. The only time I feel a difference is when I kneel on concrete. Only then can I tell a slight difference. My right hip, on the other hand, is only 7 weeks out but, again, thanks to my PT, Carla, I am walking near pain free. So, I guess I’ve probably had more joints replaced by Dr Scott then anyone else. And, would I recommend Dr Scott and his team? You bet your life I would. Absolutely thrilled with the care I have received as well as the quality of the surgery. Six weeks post surgery and I have no issues with my new knee. I have regained stability in a knee that had been giving me problems for years. I am so pleased with this entire process that I am getting a new left knee this fall.

I am a big guy that had been turned down by multiple other surgeons, who refused to look past the numbers and see the whole picture. Dr. Scott did the hip replacement and my life went from debilitating pain having to use two canes when I left the house and electric scooters in stores, to pain free and no walking aids. Dr Replaced my left knee 19 years ago. His pre operation details were better than the other two Orthepeadiactric doctors that I got opinions from. True to his word my leg is the same length as my other one. His office follow up and care were very professional and friendly. I play golf about 3 times a week and work out every week as well. I am very active with yard work and fly fishing. So not sedentary life style. My follow up today shows my knee in great shape, no wear or tare in the plastic disc and the implants still fixed in place as originally placed. I totally recommend Dr David Scott and his practice. My surgery went great. I was able to hike 2 miles at 6 weeks

He is dry kind, good listener, honest in his opinion. His surgical skill is the best. I feel very fortunate to have had him replace both of my knees. I would very highly recommend him. His staff is excellent as well.

Complete hip done November 2017. I've had pain since then for 15 months. When I ask about my pain I'm told it will just take time to heal. No explanation, no satisfaction. My hip has dislocated twice since surgery. Now a third dislocation. Not a nice doctor.

I want to share a bad experience turning wonderful, in 2012 I hurt my knee at work I was referred to a surgeon at Holy Family who did a horrible job, I was able to get a second opinion and I went to doctor David Scott, he fix the issue with my right knee where I was able to move freely. Then I was in a car wreck in March of 2020 because dr. David Scott fixed my other knee my right knee I wanted to go to him for my left knee, my Meniscus was damaged very badly in the car wreck. Dr. David Scott did a full knee replacement oh my goodness I could do things that I thought I would never be able to do again, I am so grateful for Doctor David Scott He is wonderful compassionate, kind, and honest. Excellent experience. My new knee had 115° of flexion 1 week after surgery. I was hitting golf balls 5 weeks after surgery. Dr. David Scott is a very caring physician who always has time to answer questions and explain things.

It can be a daunting task finding a good doctor. Dr Scott and his staff were professional, efficient and courteous from the initial consultation to the final followup exam. I went into hip surgery with expected trepidation. However from the start I immediately knew I was in good hands, from the consultation with Dr Scott to the finance/insurance department, to the physical therapy. I was given all the information I needed to answer all of my questions and what to expect. And was pleasantly surprised it was an outpatient surgery in an excellent surgery center! No hospital! The surgery went so much better than I could have ever expected and I was up and walking with crutches the same day. Knee & hip were replaced. Used latest techniques, excellent communication & followup. Outstanding physical therapy - both in-person & machine to gain maximum range of motion. We give the highest recommendation.

Dr. Scott and his staff are all excellent. My dad was able to make an informed decision about his new hip. Even though Dr. Scott is very busy he took the time to answer our questions. His MA Tiffany and PA Chris are also knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions as well. Scheduling was easy and Dr. Scott was always timely.

Fantastic - this was my second time

This guy was highly recommended but turned out to be clueless. My wife went through hell for an entire year with a knee cap replacement. I finally went in to his office after 5 months of misery and all he could do was shrug his shoulders and throw his hands up that there was nothing else he could do. Terrible experience.

Just had my 6 month post op appointment for my hip replacement surgery and I could not be more pleased. Dr. Scott and his team are remarkable. The whole experience was great, I couldn't have asked for a more professional and caring staff. He was able to work me in during the Covid19 shutdown, and I am getting better everyday. After just two weeks I was able to play golf again and start exercising on a regular bases.
